I currently do not recommend this apartment complex for the price. It is extremely hard to get in contact with leasing agents/managers and they do not reach back out. However, the apartments seem safe and quiet so far.

Great pool and amenities

I love the pool and the amenities. Plus, the views are really nice during the day and even more so at night. My favorite part of the community is the lounge on the top floor. It’s a door vibe and cool area.

The apartments are beautiful with a great view of downtown Atlanta, not to mention the entire complex. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

I have only been here a month and the only complaint would be that we had issues with the new key fobs due to upgrade but everything is fine now. Also, I think in this particular question you shouldn’t have to use 201 characters to tell your experience.

Beautiful High rise. I loved my tour and my agent was very informative.

I scheduled a tour online, met with the agent, did a full tour and walked all amenities. I was able view the sky lounge, fitness center, swimming pool and picnic area. From the pool it’s just a beautiful view of the city. I applied on the spot.

When I first moved to Generation everything was so nice. Then it felt like the up keep of the overall property began to be very laxed, things stopped working properly and the overall cleanliness declined.

They’re nice but that’s not enough to make this worth the price. A long gap between luxury and this place but it looks very nice. Dotting a few more I’s and crossing more T’s will make all the difference here.

Generation is poorly ran. The trash shoots are always not working. The hallways are dirty. The elevators are always down the caliber of individual that lives in the building is disgusting. There’s always noise I filed many noise complaints. No one has gotten back to me at all about them, the grounds are always dirty.

Resident for 3 years

From dealing with my car being broken into last year (inside the parking garage) and my car getting completely stolen out of the parking garage this year because the access gates stay broken and strangers are able to easily access restricted areas and from tenants smoking cigarettes in the stairwell and the change of management EVERY other month and dog poop all over the property..ive been a resident here 3 years… i cannot WAIT for my lease to end. Every year this place gets closer and closer to a hell-hole

I love my apartment the place is beautiful yeah the amenities does not work like the TV down in the game room upstairs on 17th floor The movie theater you know stuff like that that sucks... But the bad thing that's really really painful and really frustrating is that people that have kids to live in apartment and they live over your head you going to have a hard life living under them it's nothing the least in office can do they can make noise any type of noise they can run. Bang stop the noise is constantly you never get a break nothing could be said or done about it.

I like Generation, the views and it's central location. However, I do feel like a child because the amenities close very early at 10pm. I think manage my forget that adults live at his property. And the elevators are out of service monthly without many updates about when the repairs will be done.

It was exceptional when I first came, but I noticed a lot of things had changed in a bad way one of them being the appearance, the hallways be dirty sometime the garage areas always dirty cups, garbage, cigarette butts, oil, stains, no garbage cans, then the stairway always have food and garbage as well spilled milkshakes and, etc. Dirty stairs, the pool area, chairs look old and dirty the pool a lot of times need to be clean the gym the equipment is never put back we’re supposed to go the TV in the gym can’t get it to work the wipes to wipe the equipment down sometime is not refilled the garbage area in my hallway is just unacceptable sticky dirty floor in a lot of garbage bags with a terrible smell it was not like that in the beginning

Perfect location to highway, poor building management. Markets this place a luxury, far from a luxurious experience. If location to entertainment, highway, and airport is the only thing you care about this is the perfect place for you.

Not very responsive nor care about the residents. They want the money. We have had numerous issues since living here, things like people's cars getting broken into and excessive noise from outside. We got hit with multiple late fees due to their systems error and they wouldn't refund or remove the charge. If I didn't hate moving as much as I do I would have left by now.
