Maurice provided outstanding service. My fridge wasn’t cooling, and he showed up just 30 minutes after my emergency call and fixed everything within the hour. I really appreciate his quick response and professionalism. This is top notch!

Lovely Home

[Incentivized Review] If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live in Atlanta, this is the apartment for you. The customer service is amazing! I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was outstanding and truly knows his job. Thank you! The community is clean, gated, and has great access control. Everyone was helpful from the leasing office to the application team. This truly feels like home.

Terrible!!! Can’t wait to get out of here

So far my experience hasn't been that great. The biggest issue here is the roaches. They have pest control true enough but it has never worked. The trash people always find a reason not to pick up trash. They hardly ever pickup on time. Trash is always sitting in the hallways for days which further escalates their pest problem. The stairs are disgusting, I'm not sure why they haven't paid anyone to pressure wash the stairs. They have someone come to just blow trash and dead bugs away every Thursday. The walls are thin so you can hear every move the person above you makes. Being resident here, you hardly ever have a place to park. My refrigerator is broken and still isn't fixed. My food has spoiled and my ice maker doesn't work. I was told it would be fixed by monday or Tuesday. The only good thing here is the maintenance guy. He does a great job and the leasing office people are nice but that doesn't change the fact that they really need to invest in cleaning this place up especially the stairs and hallways because it looks disgusting. I have a leaking ceiling. As you can see in the picture this was already an issue that they patched up. The maintenance guy literally comes in and leave. Then tells me he found the problem but my ceiling is still leaking and he tells me that he’ll follow up in the morning. This could easily create mold in my apartment.

Our dryer wrong out and Maurice came the next day and replaced it! He was so friendly and had our new unit hooked up and ready to go in no time. Extremely satisfied! Love Stadium Walk and all of the staff!

New Management/Company Sucks

I have lived here for 2 years and at first loved it. The location is great and the apartments are nice but the second Windsor bought the place it’s gone downhill. They implemented the dumbest parking system and everyone gets ticketed, they are extremely hard to work with on the front office side (inconsiderate and money hungry) and they don’t do any of the fun events that used to be put on at least once a month. Looking forward to moving out.

I submitted four service requests in a day. Robert R, the maintenance worker who helped me, appeared within an hour and completed all four before the end of that hour! He was very kind and professional, I'm happy to know that any future requests will be done by him or his co-workers as they are all clearly dedicated to providing excellent service in a friendly and timely manner. Pretty good. I am very happy here but they are jacking up everyone’s rent on their renewal date and every friend I have made here is moving because of this. This makes me really upset because it seems like this is a new thing with Stadium Walk. A lot of people have been here multiple years and are now moving because their rent is going up hundreds of dollars.

Overall positive experience residing @ Stadium Walk. Great location. Ease of access to major highways, retail, restaurants, etc. Grounds are well maintained, management is responsive, neighbors (at least in my building) are respectful.

There is still smokers and marijuana been smoked here. People are doing it freely and dont care about it being non smoking . I moved here because it was non smoking but now the smoking is out of hand !

Wish I could give 0 star to this complex. STAY AWAY from these unethical folks. We stayed here for three years and things changed drastically when we moved out. We followed up thrice in the last two months before moving out to check if we need to provide any documents, policies around renters insurance, etc. All we were told in the leasing office is just make sure policy does not expire and we moved out ensuring there is no damage anywhere. After we move out, we get a statement saying there are 2 charges for renters violation (which nobody asked me to provide a proof for inspite of asking several times), pixelated image of stovetop damage. Basically, they very rudely told us we dont care about verbal conversation with the front office - we need written proof. Wow, this is the level one can stoop to extract money out of folks who have not damaged anything or violated any rule in 3 years of staying at your apartments with extremely thin walls and older appliances. ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND, STAY HERE ELSE THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS IN THE AREA WHO ARE BETTER AND MORE ETHICAL

I do not have much to say. I wish it wasnt required to write anything in this box. The experience was decent, parking is not so great, and the constant smell of pee on the elevator is a problem. The tenants with dogs do not clean poop after their dogs and that is not okay.

Living at Stadium Walk has been a good experience thus far. The location is really convenient to stores, the interstate, plenty of restaurants, obviously the stadium and The Battery, and pretty much everything I normally frequent. Unwelcomed critters can be an issue, something I've never experienced anywhere prior, but overall it is a quiet and pleasant place to live. People are even relatively good about picking up their pets' waste.

I love living at Stadium Walk. It offers great amenities, an amazing location and upgraded unit finishes. You are in walking distance to Truist Park and The Battery. The staff is friendly and there is a definite sense of community. Prior to Covid there were weekly resident events.

Management is wonderful, my largest concern when renting is that management isnt being contracted out and constantly swapped, and that management is timely with responding to concerns. On top of that this is a great area near my work which made it a great decision for me. Thank you to Joe, Jenn and maintenance!

Very peaceful and relaxing community. So easy to work out of my home from my balcony. The pool vibe is something to die for its like living on a resort. I was skeptic about moving to a new city. But I would be renewing my lease and take a chance in this new city. I feel safe and everyone is just so neighborly and sweet. Very great community. The office doesnt respond to email timely so I would recommend calling.

Joe Crow is literally amazing!! He was so helpful in answering all of our questions when we were trying to get approved. Him and another girl in the office went above and beyond for us to be able to move in. I highly recommend moving here! The staff is incredible and the apartments are beautiful.

Stadium Walk is in a great location near the Braves stadium and right off the highway. We chose this place because of the convenient location and community events that were offered. The amenities were great and the units were nice and modern. However, parking spaces are small and I've had scratches large and small on my car from people not being careful or just accidentally hitting my car. There are a lot of pet waste throughout the grass areas and the breezeways usually smell of urine. When we moved into our unit, we thoroughly cleaned and mopped the floors but after a few weeks of living there, we started to find huge cockroaches. We kept our unit clean and made sure to leave no food out but we killed at least 3 cockroaches each week in the warm season. We requested pest control multiple times and it didn't seem to help at all. We found them in every single room in our unit not just the kitchen. The washers didn't do much at cleaning our clothes at all and there wasn't much to do about it as they were cheap standard washer/dryers. I enjoyed living here overall but there were some days where we just regret our decision.

No this place has tons of problems. Checkout my yelp review with pictures and videos. Broken lamps with electric cords, broken heavy gates that crush amenities that you cannot access. Its gross and ridiculously overpriced
