I love living here, the only thing is the Dryer and washing machine that comes with the apartment cause it never cleans the clothes properly and nobody bothers at all to fix the problem because they "look at it" and said nothing is wrong with it! Like they wash clothes looking at it or something! Also the halls are king of dirty so that makes the pest uncontrollable. Other than that Jennifer the leasing agent is amazing!

We were lied to by Rodrick about rent amount, deposit amount, lease length, admin & application fees, as well as what the specific apartment looked like. The application process is a NIGHTMARE, the third party company is impossible to deal with; the leasing office never returns your phone calls; your leasing agent will always be "unavailable". They claim they're the only complex that can use Google Fiber, NOT true AT ALL. Get EVERYTHING you can in writing or they will change numbers, amounts, and other various information and they WILL blindside you. They claim they are the new "better" management which is a complete lie. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I absolutely love living at Stadium Walk! I have been living here about 1 year and 6 months now and have zero complaints. I cant say enough about Vanessa and the Greystar team...they are amazing! All in all, a beautiful property with a lot of great people.

Just moved in a couple months ago and love it. Can't wait to see what the pool is like in summer and am ready to walk up to a Braves game!! Ready to try out poker night next week and meet some neighbors.

The staff is horrible. There is a girl in the front office with a straight attitude. Nothing is the complexes fault. They will move you into a freezing cold apartment and make you pay rent without having heat or electricity on Christmas. Don't care about residents at all. Just care about filling up as quickly as possible which isn't happening based on better rates and promotions from newer complexes in the area.

Despite this is a new community, it looks like a 10-years old community. The amnenities doesn't work perfectly, the cleanlinees in the hallways is poor. It doesn't worht the price you pay for living in this community

This is a great community to live in. The apartment is in a good location very close to Suntrust Park. Office management is alright, best to go in person and speak to the manager to make sure you're getting the right answer.

Stadium Walk has a dog feces problem. I have an end unit on the ground floor. The problem is so bad, I can't use my patio, open my window or walk in or out the front door without breathing foul, unhealthy air. Management keeps telling me how great their policies are to solve the problem, meanwhile I am being forced to move because I can't live in feces. They also told me that I can't become infected from the contaminated feces unless I walk on the pinestraw barefoot.... not very comforting.

Let me start off by saying this is the best place to live in Atlanta. From the first moment I walked into the office I had an interaction with Jasmine and Anne-Marie, they were both extremely helpful with getting me settled in. The approval process was quick and easy and any time i has a question they were quick to call me back. Not to mention two months free rent and 500 off ur first month rent ! This property has a state of the art pool and gym. After a long day at work I'm able to come home and relax by the pool and have a drink. This is the first weekend I lived here and there already having events, they had an open ice cream bar for all there residents and guest it's nice to see that this brand new property knows how to cater to the area. Let's touch on the apartment, hard wood floors stainless steel appliances , soft door closing on all cabinets, open floor plan garden tub, huge walk in closet with lots of shelving, large balcony with enough room to have a party outside literally. I definitely recommend this property to everyone the staff is amazing. Don't forget to ask for Annmarie and or Jasmine they will definitely take care of you !
