Great front office staff, amenities, and a beautiful pool but some quality of life improvements would go a long way. Parking, smoke alarms, and noisy front doors are a few rather annoying issues. Ive had to start sleeping with a white noise machine because I can hear every step my neighbors take and it seems my downstairs neighbor is an aspiring DJ with the floor shaking bass at random intervals.

Stadium Walk is the perfect community! Perfect location, beautiful apartments, and great amenities. I absolutely love our gym and pool! Not to mention the office staff are incredibly nice and helpful!! They have made resident engagement through the pandemic so great! The resident events are always great. I recommend this community to everyone I know! Want something affordable without being in the middle of Atlanta, but close enough to everything.... STOP HERE :)

While the apartment complex has nice amenities and staff are friendly, if you are looking for a quiet residence, it is not the place for professionals who work from home. Some residences do not have regard for others.

Great area. Nice floor plans. I just wish some of the staff and maintenance was better. We have been having maintenance issue since October that have yet to be fixed. We are trying to be patient with everything going on however it we were hoping for a little more urgency from the staff.

I love it here! Ive made so many friends and I love the location. Its close to my work and I love being able to walk to the stadium! The pool is super nice to hang out and meet new people and before COVID the Thursday events were always so much fun! They have been doing virtual Thursday events that are awesome as well! 10/10

The apartments are beautiful. Wooden floors, quartz countertops, large balconies, there's not much more you could ask for the rent (it's not very high relative to prices in the Atlanta area). Definitely ask whether you have a Nest/Google Home in advance of signing lease, as those are in slight delay due to COVID and was a slight disappointment upon move-in. All other amenities are fantastic, and the management team is extremely kind.

The entrance gate has been broken and up for over a month now ! That is not safe at all. The luxury is over rated dog poop all outside on the floor the leasing office do not enforce the residents here with pets to clean after their pet enough ! The breeze ways in the apartments especially first floor are filled with dead bugs I know it's summer but atleast once a week clean inside the breezeways.

Love the location. Not toooo close to the Braves stadium but perfect access both to the city, 285, Truist Park, the Battery and the northwestern suburbs. Couldn't be happier a month in. Avoids traffic if that's a concern. Easy access to fast food as well as more upscale places in the Battery. Only concern is when people break the gates. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Stadium walk apartments are even better than the pictures online. Great friendly staff who remembers your name instantly, good community where everyone speaks. Location Location Location everything you need is walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Living down the street from baseball stadium is definitely a bonus. Apartments are spacious and have their own personality. Great experience for someone who just moved from a different state and dont know too many people.

Very expensive for the experience. Theres often dog poop everywhere outside because people do not clean up after their dogs and often walk dogs without a leash. Theres also a good amount of pests and the breezeway is always dirty with trash, especially on the first floor.

I would highly suggest Stadium Walk! Location is amazing, and the weekly resident events are bomb! The staff is super customer service oriented, especially Jennifer! Walking distance from the Braves stadium, and minutes away from the highway.

Stadium walk is a amazing property that's got the best management, amazing pool and great facilities all round. Thursday nights are fun to meet socialise and hang out with your community. The leasing office has a ton of board games and great coffee for the morning. They keep improving the place. And if you plan to move here, you should meet Jennifer at the leasing office to show you what a great place you would be moving too!

So, I have been living at Stadium Walk for about 13 months. Once my time was to either renew my lease or move on to "bigger and better things" I did the apartment hunt and could not find any community that matched the professionalism and camaraderie as the staff here. Sure some places were "cheaper", or in a "better/highly desirable" location. But once you factor in everything, there was NO other place that I would rather live. When it comes to the staff, hands down more personable then any other "complex" I considered. No offense to the guy that works in the office ( I think his name is Jake) but the leasing agent Jenn is second to none!! She tells you exactly what you want to hear, on any question that is asked, no sugar coating, beating around the bush, NOTHING! which is why I chose to renew my lease another 13 months. If you are on the fence about which apartment "complex" to make your home, go visit Stadium Walk, ask for Jenn and be ready to join a great apartment COMMUNITY!

Moved down here from MA. Staff has been nothing but friendly and supportive. Jennifer is hands down the best leasing manager. She goes out of her way for all her residents and always puts a smile on my face. Was able to meet friends quickly due to events held by the property. Apartments are clean and brand new.
