Everleigh Duluth is a safe and enjoyable location.The recent decision to cancel paper coffee cups is a downer.Most residents that I have discussed this with are surprised and disappointed to read of this decision in our monthly event calendar.

Living in Everleigh Duluth has been a joy. I can’t speak highly enough for the entire staff in making our residence here a true “ home “ . The neighbors are lovely and the location in downtown Duluth is wonderful . I cannot give this small review enough stars!!!

This community understands the 55 plus residents' needs and likes. They respond to suggestions and can handle the complaints of less than cordial residents. The community activities are excellent and they offer a variety of snacks for get-togethers. They especially promote a variety of activities to include active and less active residents due to physical limitations.

Good people and good staff in the Everleigh 55-plus community, but the rent includes many built-in overhead expenses. About 70% of residents don’t participate in the programs and activities, yet they still have to pay for them.

My experience at my community todate has been excellent. The management staff is ready and willing to assist when necessary. There are many, many EVENTS planned each month by managemen and tenants. Not only do staff and tenants get involved with daily activities here. Some of our daily activities are: Brain games, meditation, low impact Aerobics. Line dancing,etc. EVERLEIGH family also volunteer to our neighborhood FOOD DRIVE. in our neighborhood. Also our BOOK CLUB AND EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIE & POPCORN. I look forward to getting the monthly calendar of event's. I might add that the tenants are asked to help make the monhly Event Calendar...Food choices are very good. The grounds inside and outside are very clean and maintained by Maintenance dept.. Yes! I will recommend Everleigh by GREYSTAR... Thank you,

Absolutely! “My decision to move in to this 55+ community was tough to make at first, me being an independent person, used to having a place of my own. However, as life moved us forward, our children move on and our lives can seem to shrink. Facing this can be hard, but Everleigh offers so much for our population in this season of life, it makes living for MORE so possible. Coupled with the dynamic environment in downtown Duluth, this facility is exceptional on so many levels. After all, who doesn’t like complimentary coffee in the morning?â€� Linda C

Since we moved in one year ago we have noticed that the facility is not as clean as when moved in.A lot of equipment is worn out and very dated .The rugs thru out the building are filthy.The umbrellas in the are pool faded out and moldy. The drapes on the gazebo are almost black from the mold.The swings in the bocce area are in terrible shape and need to be refinished or replaced.

I have had a Wonderful experience living at the Everleigh community except for a few times. While rules are available regarding pool, handicap areas, quiet time, non smoking, etc. I don’t believe they are communication often enough using available resources. I realize some residents will occasionally ignore them but with better communication Everleigh could head off problems in advance with improved communication.

I love the location of Everleigh Duluth as there are lots of place to walk, restaurants and the Town Green where there many events. The fitness classes Chair Yoga, Low impact aerobics, Strength Training, and Water Aerobics are very good.

All of the good features of Everleigh are overwhelmed by the HORRIBLE internet service that we receive . Staff at the apartments stay frustrated by the inaction in solving the problem. We will be moving out soon due to this problem. I cannot conduct my business affairs with the poor and unreliable internet service that we have.

Gathering areas on 1st floor are usually cold. There are so many HVAC vents and the cold air in intolerable at times. There is not a "heated" pool. There would be much more use of the pool if it were heated. I, personally, have had several water issues where my walls and ceiling had to be cut out to repair leaks from upper floors. Sound-proofing could be greatly improved. For 3 years I have been requesting that our building address number be put on the Everleigh sign at the curb. It was finally installed. Building staff in great and very helpful.

Our living here at EVERLEIGH DULUTH has been satisfactory. My Interactions with the staff and community has also been satisfactory. So far we are experiencing a comfortable setting! There are various activities which are made available to which are invited to participate. This is a plus!

Nice people, beautiful apartment, great location, quiet, safe, inside the building is very nice and well maintained, lots of activities and amenities. The internet is horrible and you have to pay for it and use it, no other ISP options, so if you need internet to work this probably isn’t your best option. It is a good place to live in general if you don’t need internet and don’t have a dog- the neighbors won’t clean up after their dogs and the mgmt won’t enforce it. Sometimes sketchy charges show up on your rent invoices, although sometimes you can reason with the mgmt about it. Appliances are high end, it is well appointed and pretty, and usually if you have a maintenance problem they show up pretty quickly.

You don't want me too. I'm trying to be a Christian in my heart. I rather talk to Greystar in person. I have had an experience that was unbelievable. This community corporate office doesn't respect it residents or maybe it was be. Because they don't respond to call for emergency. Well they didn't respond to me so I had to hire an attorney. You corporate management is to blame for most of your problems. They are not visible and don't communicate with residents enough.

How far is moved down? It was very warm and welcome me but once I found out I worked they have nothing for people that work. Everything starts before 6 o’clock. I don’t have any exercise classes for people who work I can’t get out of in and out of the pool and I never get the calendar for the events that are taking place, even when I ask for one

There should be some available incentives for lease renewals such as no rent increase every other year for those who have been here for 3-4 yrs. or there should be an incentive with no rent increase every other year depending on how long they have been leasing.
