The racism towards Black residents is systemic and out of control. I have never lived in a community that displayed so much bigotry, hate and racism. Sad. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Unfortunately, I don't support or condone hatred of any kind. This community needs a diversity consulting workshops.

Everleigh has a very caring staff and they make sure your needs are met. If you have any concerns they make sure that they can assist you in your concerns. The residents are very pleasant, everything is clean and kept up to par!!!! I would recommend if you are 55 and up and active, give Everleigh Duluth a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Very pleasant neighborhood and a modern city nearby/walking distance. If you enjoy entertainment this is your place. This neighborhood offers a variety of activities, eateries, and live entertain at your doorstep. It's a great opportunity to get out and not have to drive.

Everleigh Duluth is a friendly environment with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. There are plenty of activities and amenities. I feel very safe which was one of my top priorities. Overall the experience is very nice.

Thus far I am very satisfied here. I wasn't aware that this was a smokeless community, I was told two weeks after we moved in, but I've had to leave the property in order to smoke and this was a problem for me, but I've had to follow property rules to live here!

The Everleigh staff here is very good! Maintenance is short handed, but when someone comes to fix the problem & then says he’ll be right back & doesn’t come back until the Asst. Mgr. told him to drop what he was doing & go to my Apt, this was several days after his first visit. He did come & fixed the problem.

E Everleigh is a wonderful place to live for active seniors. It has many activities for seniors to enjoy each day with a full calendar of events each day. Your neighbors are very friendly and eager to help you get familiar with the place. Could not ask for more.

Good would recommend if apartments were more affordable for seniors. One reason I would not recommend is the pool is not heated. There are no hand rails in shower or tub. Since this is a senior community I feel it does not accommodate senior needs. Also wish there was a shuttle for personal needs. I move from Fl where all community’s had shuttles.

Everleigh is great community to live in. Based on many years of experience with apartment living, the Duluth location is perfect with walkability, nearby restaurants, libary, and shopping. I can't say enough on how well the property is maintained and it's beautiful. The amenities are top notch. It's quiet and safe. The community events offered to seniors is awesome and management has been great. It's been a good experience living here.

I am satisfied with one exception and that is the problem laden tv provider- and we have NO CHOICE but to accept it. I have asked for and received at least 4 adjustments to my bill because of satellite failure - channel negotiations - one of which- ABC - is still on going.

My mother and I love it here! We here as a community are like family and we all look out for one another. Everyone here is so nice and except for one person, we are all just happy to be here and drama free! Christina has really came up with so many new activities and events for us! We are all thriving and don’t need “stupid crafts” to occupy our time like the residents here were treated in the past many months ago.

Numerous residents of Everleigh 55 Plus Apartments received a cell phone text from another resident that stated the following: (Shelter in place on Tuesday Lisa Groves is being handcuffed, arrested, and escorted out in her Mobility Wheelchair, the Humane Officer will be taking her Service Dogs into custody, all of her belongings will be thrown into the street. Don't communicate with her at all! Again Shelter in place don't come out of your apartment the fireworks are over lol!) Lisa Groves received copies.

I have been here less than two months but thus far I have enjoyed my experiences, there are a great number of fun activities to participate in each week. The residents are friendly and are welcoming. The staff is very helpful.

Beware! Everleigh isn't the place to rent

Attention Veterans, Disabled, Elderly and Decent people give me your ear: As a Disabled US Army Veteran/ Global Traveling Veterans Advocate, I've attempted on several occasions to speak to Stevie Faulkenberry, District Manager over Greystar's Everleigh Duluth 55 Plus and when I finally spoke to her I merely requested to be treated respectfully and for my Service Dogs to be treated accordingly to law by Management, Team and a Clique of nasty residents. Stevie Faulkenberry is extremely unprofessional and doesn't do her job. Greystar Corp. Managemet,Everleigh Duluth 55 Plus Apartments Management and Team have attempted to violated my Freedom of speech rights and Consumer Review Fairness Act. This is Greystar response who is owned and operated by Bob faith , Cheatham, Hein and Fowler , Attorney at Law I'm nobody's slave. I'm an American, Disabled US Army/Veterans Advocate. I don't have to lie the truth is on my side. Fowler, blah, blah,blah Attorneys at law. See their lies below.

Everleigh is fantastic. The amenities are great and the staff is very attentive. We are beyond pleased with our decision to move into our townhouse at Everleigh. We have enjoyed the location and although the area is highly populated we feel very safe in the community.

Please don't move there you'll regret it.

I come and visit and occasionally stay the night with my dear friend, but I wouldn't move there. The Manager ------ ------ is extremely unprofessional, unknowledgable and straightforward rude and she doesn't really about the Residents just her paycheck. She sits behind her desk and doesn't interact with the Residents. ---- -------- is extremely aggressive,unprofessional, gossips about other residents to other residents, dates a resident and spends the night with him. ---------- ---- is extremely nasty, unprofessional, lacks people skills and a personality, I have seen her mistreated many of the Residents and Plus she was drinking on the job. --- the Maintenance man is extremely unprofessional, nasty gossips and hateful. The events gets canceled all of the time, coffee machine always run out, if you work and miss events they still charges you. If you research Greystar Corp and you will see that they have been sued numerous of times and they aren't reputable company. Again, please don't move here this isn't the place for you.

This is a good property to reside in. An extra fob would be helpful in case you could not find your key s. Average to above would be my experience. The people are friendly and kind along with the senior management. Would not lease from the same leasing consultant. Guest it was at the end of the month.

Communication is number one priority. Knowing who is responsible for certain duties/responsibities is not indicated. The vacancy of an activities director took its toll over the last year (and before I came). Now it will take time for the new director to get things in place--guidelines and for people to adapt. How is the best way to register a situation or problem? We are all in the customer service and selling of this property. Our satisfaction and the way our concerns are addressed help sell the property. I signed my lease for another 15 months because I like it here. I will continue to participate and do what I can to engage in the community.

Great location!!! In the heart of downtown Duluth. I would not recommend the location for anyone (although active) with a handicap. Here for 7 months now and have noticed a shift in the staff's willingness to assist with simple tasks like receiving packages if you are unavailable.
