The residents are v clicky and there is a division between the ------ and whites. Which is uncomfortable to all people involved. I went to see one Sat night to see what was happening in the lobby. I asked the participants what was happening and not one person answered me. I asked again and still no one answered. I asked friend and she informed me it was trival night. That attitude is not inviting to anyone. Let alone a new comer.

A very nice building with lots of amenities situated in a very safe, walkable community with great restaurant options. A wonderful management team as well which helps in making it a great place to live.

The staff at the Everleigh of Duluth are exceptional and accommodating. I moved into this property day one and have no regrets of downsizing. The apartment is charming and the perfect size for where I am in my life.

Wonderful home!! Beautiful neat and clean grounds and building. Management is easily approached and always courteous and responsive. Surrounding neighborhoods very attractive with pleasant, friendly people. Everything you need is within a few miles.

First the experience of being showed the possibilities of leasing was great. Abby one of the leasing team members was awesome and professional aways. The grounds is always clean and well maintained. got to know a neighbor from our balconies. I feel we is going to love it here.

I chose this community mainly because of the pool, that I have not been able to use due to it not being heated to an acceptable temperature. It has been a disappointment for me. I need it for health reasons. Many complaints from many has not made a difference.

Looked at many apartment complexes before moving to Everleigh in July. None could compare. It feels like home. Residents are friendly and the staff professional. Apartment is beautiful as are the grounds which are well maintained.

Fees keep on rising for no apparent reason on top of very high rents. Most apartments have no bathtubs, which is tiresome. Some of the residents are very untidy when it comes to cleaning up after their dogs.

Everleigh Duluth is a very nice place to live. Apartments are immaculate and very spacious. It is a very peaceful place. The management are very friendly and professional. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. An overall great place to live.
