The Property Managers are very kind and compassionate as whatever issue that you have they will do their best to help you. The Maintenance team here response to a request almost immediately. It's location is perfect as well because it is less than 1 mile away from the LaGrange Mall, Home Depot and some of the Popular national Restaurants and even popular local ones too. Also it is 2 miles away from Grocery stores and clothing stores as well. And it is easy to get to the Interstate whenever some needs to leave town.

Replacement of water heater

Had a leak in our water heater,Ricky went above and beyond,told he changed our light bulbs and fixed our kitchen made a special trip back and adjusted our kitchen sink! Awesome service! He even checked back to make sure everything was still ok!

I have been here for three years, and so far, my experience has been pleasant. It is a quiet community, conveniently located near shopping and interstate access. The staff is friendly. I feel that the maintenance workers could be more efficient, but overall, I have enjoyed living in this community.

Walls are super thin. A/C heating return is loud. Ceiling fan loud garbage disposal is a joke shakes the entire counter. Breeze way has yet to be cleaned...been here 6 months. Landscaping is maintained.

The maintenance supervisor and his two apprentices came to my door the very next day after my maintenance submission. They were friendly, quick and fixed the garbage disposal quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better crew.

Amazing Staff

Madison was so very helpful in my hunt for an apartment. I was elated to see how clean and nice the community is kept, compared to others in the area I was expecting the same half looked after grounds, but nope not here, they have it pristine. Wonderful staff and team

Even though I’ve only lived here for a month Selena Johnston and the rest of the staff have helped me out tremendously with everything that I’ve needed or had questions. Selena herself has answered and helped me with all my thousand questions even when I felt I was being too much. She was always nice and so helpful with everything. This complex is so nice and quiet with it being so close to downtown. They definitely have a lot to offer anyone who’s looking for a place to live.

Love Woodland Trail

The best thing about Woodland Trail is the team!! They are very kind, and always quick to assist with needs. The apartments are very spacious and the greenspace available is an added bonus for my dog! Highly recommend Woodland Trail.

Haven't been here long and I have had several issues with my Ac unit leaking, ants, lizards, frogs, and water bugs near or in my home. I am shocked cause the outside community looked well kept but I feel like I should have been worn about living near trees and bushes.

Neighbors don't care about you, your stuff, or peace of mind. Staff is great, community needs major repair. People constantly blast music like this their house and people upstairs don't care to be quiet in the night hours. I've had better noise control in a dorm of sorority girls at college. But staff is great.

I absolutely love living here, it is a very quiet and peaceful community. Anytime I need maintenance done, it is attended to almost immediately. The little park and pool is perfect to keep my children busy as well! Also every single worker is amazing! Any questions or concerns I have are dealt with such compassion and courtesy!

I have not really experienced anything particularly cause I stay inside of my home but it's a nice environment I have not seen any issues or any problems that require me to move out it's ok I have to watch out for others also cause you can trust someone but not everyone so like I said before it's a ok place to stay just stay to yourself and handle your own situation.

no response from two request for maintenance and two emails

I’ve been here since October 2024 I never requested maintenance for the ants in the bedroom closet or the debris that’s coming from the vents on my bed knowing they will not respond to me, I’m very upset . I can’t take pictures of the cabinets. They have old grease on them. I can’t describe it any other way thick dirt. I’m trying to control the ants now. I did have them crawling on me. I would prefer showing this to the corporate office. I’m looking for their contact info.

Nice neighborhood, friendly people parking lot a little crowded but it is a beautiful neighborhood..Madaison ( I think I spelled her name wrong). But she is such a sweet person. We'll all the staff i have met are so adorable.

Complex has gone downhill in the past 6 months since new management. The property is not being taken care of. They have moved in corporate apartments and the people in them are loud and messy. Maintenance doesn't fix things properly they just rig it.

The staff is very nice as are the apartments. For the most part, it's a quiet community, and the amenities are very nice and clean . I have submitted a request for an exterminator aa I have killed a few roaches in my apartment.

It's been decent. They go up way too much each year to the point where it isnt even affordable for a lot of people. Also, with the price increases, nothing new or extra is even offered to make it seem worth it. Which doesn't make sense because nothing changes about the apts and nothing extra is offered and yet prices go up every single year by AT LEAST $50 a month. The gym is a joke. They stated they were doing a full gym renovation and yet left two old and broken machines in there that have been messing up on and off since I FIRST MOVED IN 3 YEARS AGO. With everyone's price increase each year, they been could've updated those two machines and yet they are still sitting there broken as hell.
