Living here is a totally nightmare. The people up stairs are very loud and it starts super early like 5:45am. Their alarm is super loud and they keep snoozing it. The kid runs wild all the time. Parking is horrible. The officer on duty picks and choices which car to tag and not tag. The officer even parks all his cars including his patrol car to where others can't park. He only tag cars once a week. If he did it daily the people paying rent would have a place to park. Dog poop everywhere. No sitting area for parents at the playground. Not enough play equipment for the kids. Trash valet has different people every night so they pick and choose which apartment to pull and pick from. Call the number and they say they are coming and never showed up. During winter or when it's cold outside there is mold/ mildew in the windows. I have to clean it three times a week. The trash company that does the Valet is horrible. They miss my apartment all the time. I call the number and they said he will be there shortly or he will come back around and never do. This happens to my neighbors as well. When they are taking out the trash it's leaking and leaving stains all on the concrete. And when some trash falls out they never pick it up. So when I get up in the morning I check to make sure my area is clean due to I don't want a fine for having excessive trash. The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors kids crying and also the parents bed. I have always paid my rent on time, NEVER missed a payment. I will be leaving at the end of my lease. I will not recommend anyone to move here unless they are on the top floor and they have to have no kids. I have made the office aware of these issues but it's only so much they can do. They are to afraid to communicate with others when they are wrong.

Nice, well maintained apartments! Katie in the office is wonderful. The maintenance team is helpful, knowledgeable, and responds in a timely manner. I love the pool area and other community amenities. The package lockers and trash pick up are great bonuses!!

Nice place to live and Quiet. Good amenities and nice gym to work out. Parking can sometimes be difficult. The rent goes up every lease renewal is the only issue that I have and dislike. It's a good amount

Just moved in my experience was amazing the management staff and maintenance was very professional I am very please that I choose to be apart of the woodland trail family this is heaven just love it words cant explain the love I have for my new apartment home and also they made the move very easy gave me the tools that I needed to make it smooth transition example utilities, cable, home insurance I wasn't in the blind about nothing and it was very clear about want they expected from me as a tenant in my new home.

This is THE place to live! Maintenance Staff is amazing and trustworthy, and Office Staff is helpful and on-top-of-things! You can live here and not worry about a thing. They continue to add perks to living here also!

I’ve lived in many apartments and this is the best one so far. No maintenance issues. They always keep the grass cut and clean for all the dogs. It’s a really great place to live. And it’s close to everything we need.

It has been of great joy to live in the Woodland Trail. The most favorite part of my apartment is the view from my balcony with several types of trees and some birds. I can not be happier about the mailing service. I have the extra option of having my package placed in a case and all I need to do to enter a code sent to me. As you enter the Woodland Trail, you can see how clean and beautiful the environment is with all the colorful leaves, especially in the fall. The maintenance is so quick. I find it so nice that they surprise us with some small gifts during several events.

The grounds and apartments are immaculate, and the staff and maintenance crew are extremely warm and welcoming. This is an extremely awesome, community-involved apartment community! Paying rent, submitting a maintenance request and completing any other tasks are easily accessible from your phone as well.

I lived in a second floor apartment here for a year. My neighbor who lived above me had three large dogs, with two being over 75lbs, and they were absolutely horrible to deal with. The dogs would run across the apartment, and my whole apartment would shake (paintings would fall of the walls). This happened multiple times during the day and into the night (till 3:00 am). Even though we contacted the upstairs tenant multiple times, nothing made it better. Next, we sought out help from management, but even they informed us that there was nothing they could do other than move. We were told to move even though we were there for 6 months BEFORE our neighbor moved in. How was that fair? The dog policy on their website is a LIE (max 2 dogs under 75 lbs). We lived with 3 huge dogs above us with a long-standing "guest" who would park right up front without a permit. This establishment might care too much about their fur residents than their real ones. If that is ok with you, then this is your place. I am a much happier person now that do not live there anymore, and can't believe I put up living there under those conditions for that long.

I rent here for 2 years. Apartment are ok but for the price should have bigger living room and kitchen and dining room laundry room is a closet maintenance is piss poor. Rent is high and to top it off the company (ram) is trying to stiff me on the deposit and charge me for stuff most apartments do automatically when someone moves out. (Cleaning or changing the carpet, painting wall) not only are they taking my 550$ deposit they are trying to charge me for 1150$ for new carpet and painting wall and new blinds in every room. I got all my deposit back from Laurel crossing and did a better job of cleaning at woodland trail. Very disappointed in this company..

Woodland Trail Apartments is the best apartment community in LaGrange! They are the newest around, and they have some really awesome features. I especially love their pool area in the summertime, when I have spent time there with my friends.

Woodland Trail Apartments is the best apartment community in LaGrange. Me and my family lived here for over 5 years, and the service is nothing less than excellent. The maintenance team always attended to all of our needs, and all of the ladies in the leasing office were extremely helpful and attentive. I always felt welcomed here. If you are looking for an apartment to move to in the LaGrange, GA area, I highly recommend you check here first!
