During my time of staying in Ashton it has been pretty good. It is not how it was when I first moved in back in 2017. The crime & activity has increased in the complex, children have no respect for others property, & PURPOSELY drive into the street with their scooters, bikes etc. The rent has significantly increased for the age of these apartments which was built in 1995. The price doesn't match the layout or come close to what it should be valued. The children's playground needs serious attention! The bubble piece that is supposed to be on the outside to keep toddlers from falling has been missing for quite sometime & it seems as if children safety is not valued. It is a real concern numerous parents have here in the complex and has been made it's way to office staff. Please have this addressed before someone gets hurt.

Office staff is great! Trouble with neighbors continually leaving trash outside there door for days, causing flys and animals getting into trash, does not look good when family comes over! Thy also have broken furniture out there. I know the staff has spoke with them, it's not helping , Groups of young children running free, shooting pellet guns etc

I'm not completely unhappy about my stay here, but I do wish that the rent would stop going up, and the upgrades as well repairs would reflect the quality of this area; as well as Ashton. The staff supports each other.

It is a fairly quiet community. I appreciate the location of it. Very close to Savannah. It is a short drive to several different beaches. If you are looking for convenience and comfortability, this is the place for you.

My family and I have enjoyed this location since 2018. We have experienced friendly and professional service. School system is 100% the best, teachers go above and beyond for there kids. I would recommend this location if moving to the area.

Very cozy and friendly apartment. In the almost 3 years I've been living here there's only been 2 incidents that were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Any time I've needed anything, whether the light switch not working or AC going out, the staff has been super friendly and quick to fix the job. 10/10 recommend!

I have a stable community. I have lived in the highest end apartments in the city to small places with roommates. I have never felt more at "home." management and neighbors do not bother me but are very responsive when I need help. They are very quick to sort out anything, even difficult asks (monitoring my power usage because of HVAC issues!). Lisa and Tracy have been wonderful in handling my sometimes crass, very New Jersey Italian demeanor, ie brutish. As a stated? I just feel at-home. Oh! also the maintenance guy is amazing. He goes out of his way to be available whenever I need. I have a weird work schedule and he does whatever he can to help whenever. I forget his name but this community couldn't function without him and his prompt action, attention to detail, skill, and people skills. Give all those mentioned a hefty raise because they have earned more than their worth in keeping people here.

The property manager and team are amazing, the parents around the complex need to be held accountable the kids trash everything leaving trash in bushes people not picking up dog poop and the gym being trashed . The kids climb over peoples vehicles you can see drug deals happening. I know the team here tries hard but they can only do so much . This place can be amazing if they were able to crack down on those things .

Close to local shopping areas, banks, restaurants, grocery stores. The grass/grounds are well maintained. A few residents do not abide by the rules of making sure to accompany their children to the pool and some residents do not pick up behind their pets when they walk them and allow their pet to use the bathroom and leave it. That probably happens everywhere though.The office staff is very friendly and always helpful. The parking is not assigned. You may or may not be able to park close to your apartment, but It's only bad in the rain. I like it here, no issues.

The management team has been difficult to work with. They do not listen when you tell them that they need to address issues within the apartment, like old malfunctioning appliances, my stove and dishwasher needs replaced, they are old and barely functioning. The maintenance men are rude and unhelpful, the main manager is as well. If I could afford to move I would.

I have lived here for a few years now. The apartments are outdated, a lot of the units still have carpet and old appliances. When you request to have the carpet removed for allergy reasons they refuse. I have asked several times and offered to have my stuff removed while the floors are fixed. There is no security at the apartment. People leave their trash everywhere. There are dogs on the campus that are prohibited per the lease but the owners are still allowed to have them. The office staff is very friendly. This apartment complex needs a major upgrade.

Nice community. When I moved in the staff was very friendly and professional. They only unsatisfied experience I had was 2023 I was without heat for 11 days because the unit went out and it seems they were taking their sweet time figuring out how to repair it. Other than that, I think the rent it to high. Overall if I had to give my honest rating. It is a pretty decent place to live in, but can use a major makeover inside out. The trees should be cut down

When I first moved here I was happy and excited about living here until I received a text stating I was was going to be given a warrant I thought it was a warrant for my arrest or something it was bc I didn't pay my rent by the 5th I was told that it would be late after the 5th and u have to pay $100 fine well I was ok with the it was easy fore to manage my bills so I paid my rent on line I felt bad bc I thought it was ok but it was not communicated with me correctly about the late feecommunication is very important to me

I have been living here for six years. My experience living here has been great. It was a little rocky at first but since we have been giving reviews they have done an amazing job at making sure we are happy living here. It's a quite nice area. The school district is great. Pet friendly and I enjoy my time here. I have no plans on moving any time soon.

Overall the community is okay. It's quiet for the most part. Maintenance does come to us in a timely manner. Lisa Reinke is really chill manager for the most part. The community is well kept except for the dumpsters, they overfill too much. So we definitely need a couple more dumpsters...that's it

I have enjoyed living in Ashton Richmond Hill. Number one, I have felt safe. Number 2, management has been more than understanding and cooperative. Lisa and Tracie are the best. The ground stays clean. For the most part, maintenance answers requests fairly decent timing. On occasions, there have been a few times that I have had to wait longer than unusual. However, for me, that has not been the norm. I love the location being not far from a grocery store and right besides the high school. Considering the economy, rent has been fairly decent. I like the bedroom setup with master bedroom/bathroom on one side and other bedroom on opposite side of living room. My experience is great. My negative would be that some appliances could be updated. (Stove, dishwasher) But fot the most part, I have enjoyed my experience at this community.

Ok. But not great maintenance updates. Promise to upgrade but never happened. I would not recommend living here to my family or friends. With the increasing rent, one would think that management would invest in upgrading the apartments for long term residents but they don't.

It's important to look at the specific unit you're going to be moving into because some have been updated and some have not. For a low income apartment complex, even the units that are not updated are still decent.
