I love this place because the management staff and maintenance are excellent! Its in a great location - just 10 minutes from Stone Mountain Park and easy access to all the major highways. The property offers great amenities, and Management takes great pride in keeping the property clean, safe and affordable. Peak Living is a great place to call home.

Went i moved into this apartment complex it was really clean, quite atmosphere and Ms.Dee and her staffs were very professional..you put in a work order and the work get done. Since there is new management it seem there is a whole different atmosphere. The staff seem as if they don't have a clue as to what they are doing. I renew my contract online and still get a letter stuck in my door stating I didn't. Call the office to speak with the manager who never answered the phone. Went ever you put in a work order you have to call or send numerous requests before someone came and get the work done..which one time i had a door fell on me that i was told was repaired. I don't know what is the screening process for rental here but if you cannot stand marijuana scent don't move here. Everyday lately that what greet me in my apartment. I wrote management about it and no one reach out to me. I can't wait for my lease to be up to get out of here..it was nice went i move in but change of management taking this place downhill.

I cannot express enough how I appreciated Ms. Whitehead and her staff for the excellence they have shown me moving in my new apartment. Ms. Whitehead and her staff were very professional and courteous in showing me such support in my personal matters. Once I officially moved in, I had a problem getting into my apartment and before I could hang up after leaving a message because it was after hours, one of the maintenance personnel was at my place and handled it quickly and very apologetic. That was very comforting because I was exhausted after having a busy day. My neighbors are very friendly and kind when asked if they could move their cars, so I get my belongings into my apartment. It has been a week and I do highly recommend these apartment homes which are surrounded by so many restaurants and entertainment nearby Stone Mountain. I am very hyped about moving into my new upgraded one bedroom place and looking forward to a new beginning and future stability!

My family and I moved here September of 2017. I LOVE this place. The location is not bad I looked at dozens of apartments but none met my expectations like Wildwood. Staff is attentive and always speak. Maintenance is on point I never had a ticket put in over 24 hours. One day I just so happen to stop by the leasing office my kitchen light was out. They literally followed me home and changed it right away. I voiced my opinion about something to Ms. Dee she got on it right away. For the amount I get my money's worth clean, gated, friendly, and even courtesy officers on call. We will be here until we decide to purchase a house.

First of all, I would like to start this review off by saying if I could've given this apartment complex a 0/5 I would, but I have to at least rate it a 1/5 to write a review. I have been living here for two years. At first glance, this apartment complex was clean and nice but after you speak with the management in the front office you'll see what type of unprofessional and poorly run establishment you're looking to lease from. The property manager (-----------) will talk over you, she will belittle you, she will cuss at you, and she will make you feel threatened/unsafe in your own apartment that you pay every month for. Their are only two maintenance men that work on site, so if you think that you're going to put in a work order, and have it fixed that week.. think again! My shower diverter stopped working and maintenance took over a week to fix it so I had no shower for a week. I called the front office three days after placing my maintenance request and spoke with the property manager (--) who then told me that she didn't have a work order in her system & I had to create a new ticket & wait in line.. then she rudely hung up in my face. I provided screenshots of the work order I placed (with dates and times) for proof but was still told I had to wait in line under a new request. At that point, I had to go over friends and my families houses to take a shower, even though I pay $835 in rent every month, which is completely unacceptable. It seems to me that all the reviews state the same thing about the property manager which raises concerns as to why she still has a job here, given that she provides atrocious customer service. Because of the threats that's she made towards me, I have had to call Dekalb County Police Department and get them involved to file a formal complaint against her so that I can be protected. I have set up cameras in my apartment and will now record every interaction with her and any other employee that work at this business. It's sad that you have to go to this length in the place you call home, but I will continue to do so until my lease is up. On another note beware of the thin walls, holes in the walls that have been covered by masking tape, leaking a/c unit that created mold on my walls, peeling bathtubs, etc. Their are so many more things I could say, but I'll end the review here with a couple quick notes for future residents. 1-Look elsewhere, management wants to do nothing but harass you & make your life miserable! Regardless of if you pay rent on time & have no complaints on record, they will find something to follow you around for & harass you about. 2- The property manager walks on site with a loud speaker at 6 am just about every month for the inspections. Now I am a very reasonable person & yes I want my apartment to be safe, but walking throughout the breezeway with a loudspeaker waking me up with a loudspeaker at 6 am & I have to be to work at 8 am is unacceptable & unprofessional. Also, if your privacy lock is on when they come to inspect, you WILL be charged $150 even if you were sleeping. 3- Just yesterday the property manager and assistant manager blocked my car in with the golf cart, yelling and screaming profanity also calling me out of my name as I exited my vehicle. They both followed me upstairs to my apartment and I then called the police to handle the situation as I didn't feel safe. PLEASE steer clear from this place, no matter what! It's not worth the stress and drama!

We are in the process of speaking to our lawyer. We feel we have been scammed. We have been living at the Wildwood at Stone Mountain apartment complex for 6 years now. We have paid our rent on time due to 1 exception where the online system wasn't working. We have never caused any issues or problems since our time here. We received notice on a Monday that some items on our porch needed to be removed by Wednesday. Tuesday morning we removed these items. We are now being charged a fee of 75.00. I went to the leasing office to discuss this $75 fee, spoke to --- --------- and was told the items were not moved, they have pictures and documentation. After a few minutes of debating this issue, I asked for the proof in which her reply was "No I'm too busy". Mind you when I walked in she was on her cell phone having a personal conversation. I then called my fiancé to advised him of the issue at hand. He then called the office to speak with --- --------- and was denied. The rep, I believe her name is -------, then offered to assist. He told her the issue and the entire time she was cutting him off, saying there is nothing she can do, she doesn't care what decision we make in terms of paying the rent or not and rudely disconnected the call. We are not happy with being overcharged and the customer service your employees have given us. We are going to go ahead and pay the rent with the $75 fee. We are asking for proof that the items were not removed by the day given because we know the documents and pictures don't exist as well as our money back! I am going to call and message the corporate office until this issue is resolved and you hire more reps in the office who can manage the job description without being rude and unprofessional.

I am currently looking for an attorney to hire. This place is the worse place to live. There is a roach infestation and possible mold in units that have been painted over. I requested for a full inspection. They don't allow you to see the unit until the move in date forcing your hand. Management is very unprofessional. I have written letters to corporate as well. The corporate office needs to seriously investigate the people they have working for them. I didn't get a copy of my lease until a month later which makes me wonder if they have changed it since i signed it. i believe they take advantage of the residents living in this complex. The whole way they do business is unprofessional and skeptical thus why I'm hiring an attorney. They will take full advantage of you if you let them. DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE!

We've only lived here for one week and already I am so tired of killing roaches. We reported the infestation to the office staff and yes, they sent the terminator guy. The very next day, we were back to war with the roaches. We're paying too much money to be dealing with this

If you need a place to stay & are desperate with your hands tied, I would seriously suggest looking somewhere else & bypassing this place. ***Make sure when you inspect the apartment that you thoroughly document & take pictures of the blinds, the patio (look for any black spots), any markings or stains in the carpet, **make sure you lift up the oven & take a picture of the burner receptacle (as I was charged for this on the move out inspection & the reason being that It was missing & I NEVER even cooked in my apartment & never even heard of this apparatus. Also, if it was missing when they did the move out inspection, that means it was never one there in the first place)** Another issue that caught my attention was the fact I never received a copy of my lease, even after inquiry . Without question. Request a copy of your lease & do not accept "Do you need it now? I'll get it to you later." Office management & maintenance are the furthest from professional & are not honest. *RECORD ALL INTERACTIONS TO PROTECT YOURSELVES* My original review was too long. Hopefully this shortened review prevents someone from making the mistake of living here. Apartments are out dated & not worth the price.

I honestly think these are some great apartments. Especially considering the area. These apartments will have you right beside all of your essential needs, not to mention it's down the road from Stone Mountain park. It is gated, & people & pet friendly. This is my 2nd year & I had no problem renewing my lease.

Initially upon move in and a couple of months of residing here at Wildwood at Stone Mountain apartments I wrote an exceptional review. Now approaching 10 months in I have a roach infestation problem that popped up out of nowhere which I noticed has been a complaint among other residents for years now that I was unaware of. I constantly clean and my home is neat. The roaches live in the walls and have recently made their new home inside of my appliances!!! Yikes!!! I was insulted by --- in the leasing office who stated the roaches were due to my inability to clean my stove properly. Terminex has treated my place 2 times with no results. It actually got worse. In my opinion a cup of oil spilled over on the stove should not results in hundreds of roaches. I have ants in my bathroom and a leaky sink that has destroyed over 80% of my jewelry. My Ga Pwr electric bill increased since I must leave the lights on at night to deter hundreds of roaches from attacking me or my dog. My water bill has increased due to repeated washes from soaked towels under the sink. Fumes from temporary fixes (RAID) bug sprays I purchased are making my dog and I ill. --- in the office gave me 2 choices. Live with these conditions as she will not be able to address them immediately OR lose my deposit and vacate the premises. This is what $855 per month plus water gets me? AND rent goes up $30 upon my new lease in 2018? Unacceptable. I have contacted RAM Partners LLC and will continue to run surveillance of these issues until resolved inside or outside of court. I would have rated them 0 but I have to give at least 1 star to write this review. Perhaps my attorney will get me better results.

Phylicia in the leasing office is Amazing! She's very welcoming, warm, friendly, and has true southern hospitality. I was apartment hunting one day and went to three other places before Wildwood and although the other apartments were more spacious and had my preferred floorplan, the leasing office staff were very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. But the way i was greeted by Phylicia when i walked into Wildwood was why i chose this community as my future home. First impressions are very crucial.

I just moved into Wildwood last week and my experience here has been amazing so far. This is my first official apartment after moving away from home with my parents. Making the transition was pretty tough, but with the help of the leasing agents the process has ran a lot smoother. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the apartment and the location. When I first moved in the other day I felt right at home. The neighborhood is really quiet and serene and the grounds are beautiful. I can see myself living here for an extended period of time. If anyone were to ask where is a great place to live I would definitely recommend Wildwood!

I moved into this community in 2015. I was in a pinch and needed a place so I did not do my due diligence. This community is not worth the rent prices. As far as safety goes, I do not feel safe here and that is extremely important to me. Do not be fooled by the police cars parked throughout the complex. The officers aren't visible and there isn't a security guard. The only means of security are the gates at the front of the complex. But these gates don't keep out individuals that do not belong here. You will periodically see people standing at the gates waiting for a vehicle to enter, or you may even get approached in your vehicle with someone asking to be let in. In February my vehicle was broken into, but I made the mistake of not reporting it because nothing was missing. There were several cars that got broken into that particular night. Now moving on to the noise, I am constantly tormented by the loud music coming from various vehicles coming and going. Sometimes they are simply parked in the parking lot playing loud music with profanity. The walls are so thin that you would believe that car was in the room with you. Adding to the outside noise, you will constantly hear children screaming and yelling has they frolic in the parking lot. These same unattended children are constantly playing in the parking lot and you will have maneuver around them. The children play in the stairwell, run up and down the stairs while yelling profanities. Ok, so now on to my second floor hell! My upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and have no regard for anyone else but themselves. You can hear loud conversations, yelling, loud music and periodic loud bangs. The unfortunate part is that I have already complained and the were warned but the disturbance only stopped for a short while. I am writing this review at 1:30am as I listen to the loud music playing above my head. I wanted a 6 month lease but changed my mind because I wanted to save some money. That was a terrible idea!!! It has been six months of misery and regret. I've never broken a lease but I am considering it. I feel like I am wasting my money to live in a way below mediocre apartment complex and neighborhood. The neighborhood has really changed and it is for the worst. I lived here 15 years ago and it is nothing like I remembered it. The shopping center across the street is the most unsavory atmosphere you could imagine. The parking lot is filled with teenagers loitering, homeless people panhandling, various individuals peddling all sorts of things. It just plain sucks!!! I purposely avoid the Walmart and the Kroger that is located within 2 minutes of me because of the people in there. I am dreading these last six months here. I have already started looking at places closer to the perimeter and even inside. I make too much money to stay in this miserable place.

I just moved here from South Carolina about a month ago because of work. I was out searching for a new place of residence and I happened to stop by Wildwood. All I can say is that my initial encounter with the staff and property was amazing. After I completed my application I came back approved within a week. The leasing agents were very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Dee. She helped to make my transition to the property run smoothly. Anytime I had any issues or questions she was quick to give me a response. I've been living on the property for almost two weeks now and my experience has been amazing so far. I would recommend this property to everyone!

I am a new resident of Wildwood, just been here a few weeks. I must say that I am blown away by the property, the community and the staff. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful in helping me getting moved in to my apartment. The property is very clean, very well lit and properly manicured. Upon both my first visit to view the property, as well as the day I moved in, the staff was fabulous. Dee in the front office answered all my questions and went over the lease with me. When I moved in, everything was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend this property to anyone, it truly feels just like home.

Let me start off by saying the staff is very RUDE especially ------------- (she has plenty other reviews on herself and also on different other sites) she sticks her nose up at people like she's any better than the next person don't ever rely on her to get anything done when you move here other than tell you lies, the only concern she has is evicting people trust me I believe this apartment has had just from 2015 about 40 evictions, beware if you're late even a day they will try to put a dispossessory warrant on your door even the apartments in the nicer part of town like in Roswell don't do this I suggest you spend your money in a different apartment. The only person that was actually friendly was JJ but they got rid of her saying she wasn't a team player, if you call being nice and professional not a team player well I don't know what is, the apartments are nice on the outside structure but if your living here you can hear people on the stairs and also smell if some one is smoking in there home from the vents and windows even if they are closed, safety is not even a subject here the gate is mostly always broken and also have had about three robberies from just this year, which one of them was a armed robbery but the staff couldn't care less all they do is send out a letter but nothing else to protect you. I have been living here for three years and I can't wait to move this Thursday!! Oh and they also do LOTS of inspections throughout the year which is invading your privacy (they say Georgia law they don't need a notice to come in your home WHICH IS A LIE 24 hr notice must be given but we will be going to court for that issue) so look forward to about 5 a year and for the staff to demand you to clean up to they standards! Regarding rent when I first moved here it was only $830 for a 3bed/2bath and in these three years they say my next renewal rate is $1,070 which is ridiculous thats a house or a apartment in a nicer area not on bad memorial Dr. I have always wondered why so many residents were moving when we first moved in but now I know. Everyone in my building since living here is gone and never stayed longer than 6months to a year except me and another person. This review is already long enough so I will put quick notes on the bottom. Quick Note: maintenance is slow, they fire a maintenance person as soon as they hire them just ask Quick Note: They have roaches, they will tell you they don't and you brought them but you will see residents with other exterminator companies not using the ones the apartments provide they only spray water. Quick Note: They will charge you for blinds even if one is broken they will add it to your rent, they drive the neighborhood before its time to pay. Quick Note: They don't care if you have a disability they will put you all the way in the back which is a 10min walk to the front if you don't drive.

I have never felt so disrespected before. I applied for one bedroom apartment last month to move in dec. 10th with ---- who by the way was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable. We talked about renters insurance which I told her I will call back with whether or not I'm going to sign up through my car insurance. I called back yesterday, to discuss this matter with her(----) but I was told she no longer with the company and --- is the assistant manager now and was asked if I wanted to leave my name and number so she can call me back, I did. --- called back about 10minutes later, first I was on speaker, she was talking to someone else at the same time, told me she doesn't understand what I was saying (English is my second language) said she's going email me all my info and I should email her back with my questions. She said "next time you call, you don't hung up on my people." I didn't hung up on anyone. I left my name and number for her to call me back. She was very rude, yelling on ear, told me she's not gonna listen to me because I was yelling at her so she hung up the phone on me. I didn't even get to ask her my question. I felt so disrespected, I cried. I called their 1800 number and discussed what happened, the guy asked if he can help me with my questions or if I wanted a refund. I got my security deposit and application fee back. Never going back again. I'm glad I found out how unprofessional this place is before I moved in.
