My family and I just recently moved to WildWood and although it's only been quite awhile I adore this neighborhood! I feel safe in regards to my son. It's so clean and nice and quiet. The staff was amazing in getting us moved as soon as possible. Dee Whitehead you are amazing!!! If you are looking for a nice quality apartment WildWood at Stone Mountain is definitely for you.

I really just moved in about three weeks ago but I want to say this I LOVE MY NEW HOME Dee Whitehead is truly a woman of God an Angel everyday I praise God for her and the staff over here I have no problems. And when I moved in NOTHING NEEDED TO BE DONE . I'm so grateful. I too am on the bottom but the neighborhood Clean, there is children and that means life

I just moved to wildwood apartment it is very nice over here so quiet and everyone is so friendly. I live on a bottom level I can barely hear the people over me walking this is a good thing I am gonna love it over here.

I can not believe the staff was just outside cutting down flowers. This is true dedication to your job. It is so great to be in a place that people truly care. If you want to live where it is GREAT... WELCOME to Wildwood. There is nothing better in Stone Mountain. You really get what you pay for.

I love this neighborhood. I move here March 24th from Landmark at mountain view the WORST NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE WORLD. Dee whitehead is the best and moved in my apartment within a week. I love my neighbors they are quiet and the are not loud and ------. My child can sleep in peace not hearing people scream and running upstairs at all times of the night. I love this neighborhood and I would recommend everybody to stop by and speak to Dee.

I just moved into Wildwood at stone mountain. All I can say is it is well worth all that is said. I have come at different parts of the day and every time I came the property it was clean and quiet. The staff is amazing. My leasing professional dee whitehead had my apartment ready for me as promised. It is truly a place I'm glad to call home. my new home was clean both inside and out. The breezeway outside my door is clean enough to eat off of. I really look forward to staying here at Wildwood for sometime.

I've lived at Wildwood since January 2013. The Maintenance Staff does an OUTSTANDING and AMAZING job. They are very dependable and prompt with replying to your requests. And Ms. Dee in the office, she is truly AWESOME! She is very professional and courteous with responding to any of your questions. Would I recommend Wildwood, ABSOLUTELY! The grounds have always been very clean and I feel safe at night coming and going. Do I hear my neighbors? Yes, only the ones that live directly above me and that is to be expected because I do live iin an apartment, not a house. Overall, I am truly a happy, happy tenant! Thank you Wildwood, keep up the good work, your hard work definately shows!

I have lived at Wildwood @ Stone Mountain for more than 3 years, It is a very quite neighborhood and apartments are clean. The Management team is straight forward and is willing to help at any time. Easy to speak to and prompt with requests especially maintenance! Only reason we are moving is because we bought a home! I would recommend this community to anyone who enjoys peace at home!

I just moved into this complex and already they have exceeded my expectations! The staff is always friendly and prompt with handling my concerns. Dee Whitehead has been extremely sweet and helpful in making sure that my move was as smooth and easy as possible.The complex is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I look forward to calling this home for a long time!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and so far I am very pleased. Dee Whitehead oversaw my account. She was so friendly when I first toured the apartments. She was patient with me when I continually called and asked her questions regarding the apartments. During the application and move-in process, she was very supportive and helpful. She has continued to be kind, patient, supportive, and helpful since I've been a resident. Her overall attitude to her job and life is very positive.

WILDWOOD APARTMENTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORD. THEY HAVE ALWAYS SHOWED THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICES AND RESPECT TO ALL RESIDENTS. BOTH LEASING OFFICE MANGERS MS. J.J.BEDLE AND MRS.DEE WHITEHEAD HAVE ALWAYS EXHIBITED EXCELLENT ATTITUDES, PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS AND ALWAYS SHOWED A DESIRE TO HELP IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE. THE WILD WOOD APARTMENTS ARE ALWAYS QUIET AND THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT CLEAN. THE POOL AND WORKOUT AREA IS MAINTAINED TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL AND IS ALWAYS READY FOR A RESIDENT TO USE. I moved in to this apartment community years ago when the community was new and then had to relocate out of town due to health issues. I returned to Atlanta and looked around for a new apartment to live in. After my search, I realized that Wildwood was such a nice place to live, I decided to come back. After coming back, it's just like I remember it...clean, quiet, maintenance is very good and quick, and the office staff treats me like I matter. Professional management and the entry gate is always shut and working well. I love these apartments.

I moved my family into this apartment thinking things would be just fine the apartments are nice and are at a very good price most people consider high!! They steal cars on this property and its clearly an inside job!!!!

Do not move here!!! You will regret it!!
The management of this property is awful! The women are rude and very disrespectful! I have had mold in my apartment three times. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors doing laundry. When I was moving out, they gave me a hard time just to get a freaking walk thru of the apartment. On top of that, they charged me for things I did not even do and were not documented when I did the walk-thru but miraculously were noted once I left. They took my whole deposit! I am so upset because I have been a good resident and this is the thanks I get. Do not move here I repeat don't do it.

Trifiling & ------
I have been a resident here two years too long. I am so glad that my lease is up this month. The staff is unprofessional, ------, trifiling and rude. They lost my notice to vacant and tried to say that I wrote up my copy which I have had since 9/2011 at the last minute instead of admitting that they lost the original that I gave them. I contacted Corporate. They are just as crazy, but they did let me out of my lease. Please don't rent here!! The neighbors are inconsiderant and ------. The apartments are too expensive and very small!!

Nice layout but walls, floors, everything is too thin. It's like living with your neighbor all the time. You hear their alarm clocks, washer, walking between rooms. It's the worst I've ever lived in.

I don t like it!!!
The wall are so thin, you can hear when your neighbors talk, walk, watch T.V and take a shower. Plus, the fitness center is too small, there is only the treadmill, no weight and you can hurt yourself with the treadmill because its too old. When you have something to get fixed, you can wait 2 weeks. Also, the woman at the office are not friendly at al, it is like you bothered them anytime you ask for something.

Very Disappointed Tenant
I have never written an review about a property that I resided in, but I feel It is important that future residents know what they are getting into if they choose to reside here. I wish I could have read the reviews before I decided to move here !! Firstly the staff "appeared" to be very nice. They will assist you any way they can until you move in.......then the drama will BEGIN ! The walls in the apartment are very thin. If you have a neighbor living above you, when they walk or wash clothes you will hear it ! After three days I noticed ants, and they come out of nowhere! The office sent pest control, but it does not help. Some of the neighbors are nice, but then you will find the ones that will complain about any and everything ! Some of the things that they will complain about are not even true !! If you decide to move here.......it may seem nice but looks can be conceiving. I thought I was making a wise decision, but this experience makes me want to buy a house !!

Don't Live Here
I have never written a review but I felt others should really know what they are walking into if they move into Wildwood. I would suggest never moving here, you could find somewhere else for the same price or less. Maintenance is horrible. Throughout my year and a half there, when something was broken, it was NEVER fixed in a timely manner nor was it fixed correctly. On example was when my water heater broke. It damaged the carpet. Mgmt had the carpet replaced but only the patch. The job was done horribly and very embarrassed for people to come over and see. Seems for the carpet were coming up and the carpet patch didn't match the rest of the carpet. I called several times and "nothing could be done." To add injury to insult, when I moved out, they had a list of charges a mile high. One charge was for a stain on the concrete patio. In my time there, I had only gone on the patio once for about 5 minutes. The other listed items were just as crazy. One charge was for a soap dish that had fallen off the shower wall. I had called the office at least 4 times to have it fixed. They came once, fixed it incorrectly as it fell off again in two days, and never returned. My advice, move to an other complex where the maintenance is good and mgmt won't try and rip you off because you are moving out.

Dont waste your time
I am a single mother of two children aged five and nine. I have lived in the apartments from 2008-2010. One day my baby girl got off her school bus and forgotten her key to get into our home to wait for her grandfather to pick her up. Scared my daughter went to the rent office and Kay Kessler would NOT allow my baby to use the phone to call me to let me know she was locked out.. She sent my baby girl back out into the rain without conscious thought about her well being and saftey! I am in a state of panic.... thats when a stranger called me to tell me she seen my daughter afraid wondering around in the rain.... she could of been raped... killed anything... and that B*tch Kay Kessler did not budge on her so called policy on not allowing residence to use the phone.. reguardless af age. Don't waste your money on a place that wouldn't show your children care and offer saftey in the case of a emergency!

Was fine at first then the staff changed
When we first moved in the biggest issue we had was the ants it even got so bad that they were in my car because the grounds had so many there. Then everything was fine. Terry was at first was a little rude but I have respect for someone who is rude handling there business as the previous person stated we would get reminders to renew then we stop getting them then we realized the office staff changed. We were told a letter was placed in our door to renew but I knew they were lying because they could not produce a copy of it. Then just so happen I inquired about the renewal reminder on the very last day to give a 60 days notice. The current office staff doesn't know anything. While we were there bad, noisy kids would run up and down the breeze way and Terry handled it. We moved out 02/26/2010 and the deposit has not come. When I called I was told we had to wait 4-6weeks and there deposit process was different then I let them know that is GA the law states you have 30 days to refund the money I was put on hold and 3mins later someone told me to pick the check up today. ************DO NOT MOVE HERE************* I don't care how many police live there the office staff is incompetent, and ignorant.

Where do I start? I have not had any problems out of this place until now I have been here for over 4 years and each year before my lease is up I am getting some type of letter stating such, this year there seem to be an exception to the rules and I am being told this is a cortesy they provide and do not have to let you know that your lease is about to expire, on top of that I am being told they have numerious letters and they were put on my door, I will put on my life this has not happen and that is nothing I will need to lie about, then on top of that they are telling me this is a courtesy they provide to us that they are not required to do so...Now this place is telling me I will have to go on a month to month lease because they can not back date the information out of the system, I find that very hard to believe considering since I ahve been here there was only two issue I amy have had with my rent, only once being late and a check issue so I am a good tenant..I also remember a while back there was a break in, in someones apartment it was all over the news I contacted and spoke with the leasing office, all they told informed me that they believed it was someone the person knew and there was nothing to worry about, nothing was sent out to let those of us who did not know of this even happening ad to be careful to endure this does not happen to us..I like the apartment the fact that it is fully gated and this is really the first tiem that I have really had an issue but if this is not resolved and in a timely manner I will not resign any more lease with them..I have decided that I will be contacting thr coporate office because I feel they will need to know what is going..I also want to know why we were never warned about the heavy increase in the sewage bill just a straight shock I am sure to everyone..All I ask can something be done about my concerns?

A Very Disappointed Neighbor
I am very disappointed with the staff of Wildwood at Stone Mountain. I talked to the family today of a neighbor that was found dead in his home. My neighbor's family from Texas called the manager (Kay Kessler) and asked if someone could go by and check on him to make sure he was ok because he was not answering any calls for three weeks. THREE WEEKS...... that's an eye opener to let you know something is not right. Days passed by but Kay was still trying to follow the rules and policies for the apartments and not allow a staff member to go inside and check it out......there's a life at stake here. The family members had to come all the way from Texas to find the man dead in his house. They busted in the patio door six days after the family requested someone go in there six days after they called. The family even took it amongst themselves to call the police and have someone go over there. The police came but they couldn t do anything because Kay would not allow it. If you ask my opinion .that sounds like a lawsuit. I talked to the family and they were surprised at the management. A similar situation happened with my other neighbor. I was concerned because my neighbor's car and work van was sitting in the same place for three weeks straight. I called the front office to let them know that I was concerned about the neighbor because his daily activities were stopped - they said they can't do anything about it. Dee Bullard told me that and she didn t even sound concerned. I called again and asked if they can please go by and just make sure everything was ok - it didn't happen. I took the initiative to call the number on my neighbors van and they said he is ok. Even though I didn't know this man personally, I felt relieved. Days went by and he still hasn t moved his car and work van. I thought to knock on the door. He came to the door and I told him that I was a concerned neighbor and wanted to make sure everything was ok with him because I haven't seen his car nor his van moved. He told me Thank you so much for asking. He went on to tell me what was going on with him and why he hasn t been here. It makes you wonder if they are concerned with the people living in the apartments they manage or are they just looking for a paycheck. It makes you wonder.

I lived there for two years, and yes I had ants, but that was not my biggest problem. Terry, (management) is rude for no reason. She is not professional at all. When I moved out Terry tried to charge me for things that was on my walk through from the previous tenant. I wonder how the old tenant would feel to know they were charged for repairs that didn't get fixed. I try not ot complain, but she makes it hard not to. I have heard her co-workers complain about her as well. She is the first impression that people will get about the apartment complex, and that is not good. I liked my apartment, and the maintnance supervisor was very professional and quick to come see about any problem. But when I look at my over all stay, all I think about is how Terry treated me. Even though the apartment was nice, I would not recommend this complex because Terry will cause the wrong person to do something they might regret. She is a problem.
