It is very old apartment and renewed. You will see lot of spiders and insects. Maintenence sometimes frustrate for anything to be treated immediately.. the pretend smoke free community but you see residents were smoking all around in patios

Great place to live. The grounds are kept up to make the area look great. Clean and very responsive maintenance crew. The management and office team are very nice as well and assure your concerns are heard. I also appreciate all the amenities.

The office people are awful!! Including the new manager Angela I've been having problems with the App to pay my rent and they refuse to help me and the keep increasing the fees they charge for everything they want !!!

Community was good but having lots of maintenance work which is not been resolving I am having water leaks from patio, which is not being resolved since 6 months,everywhere is water in living room. Very very slow maintenance. Everything we need to request for multiple times.

I've only rented here for four months and can say that this is the worst, most frustrating, experience renting and living in a place I've ever had. There is no community, only a false sense of quality living. Beware of the threats of legal action if you're a day late on your rent.

Love the amenities. Maintenance is slow to repair or only put a bandaid to cover the issues up. Residents aren't held to the community standards. My neighbors are always smoking on deck above me to point it ruins my ability to be on my patio, everything is always covered in cigarette ash and butt's are all over the ground of My patio. Residents leave garbage bags out not in pickup containers overnight when they're late or there is no pickup and animals rip the bags open and leave the garbage all over

I don't like the policy of getting a car garage for the winter and having to keep it until the lease is up. Tenants should be able to go month to month. I started living at the Aventine in March 2024 and it has been a really great experience.

It's quiet and safe. The residents I've come in contact with are really nice people. The office staff and the maintenance crew always get things done in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained.

The apartment complex is okay, has amenities but they tend to not work, like the printers or the gym equipment. The pools both inside and outside are a nice touch, but the inside pool tends to be out of service oftentimes, or the water is dirty.

Have had issue after issue within the 2 years of living here. Gave 60 days' notice since we are purchasing a home, and they refuse to accept it without paying an upfront cancellation fee of over $4K.

The truth is that the first year was very positive, but we are already in the second year and all the management of the office changed completely, and everything became of poor quality... from customer service to maintenance, everything fell apart. I understand that it is easier to blame the previous management. But that doesn't solve anything. We pay a fairly high price for the little interest they give to the tenants. I'm not a person who likes to complain about everything, but they became my exhausting

Apon move in they refused to let me view my unit what they gave me was not updated nor clean just painted over toilet flooded br light went out my ac didn't work for 2/3 weeks spider infested floor boards not intact sewer running through water pipe and power outages at any giving time

The Aventine is a lovely community. The apartments are bright, white and light. The staff team is eager to assist you with questions and readily provide solutions. I have had zero issues since moving in and would recommend talking to Jocelyn at the leasing office if you need anything!

Worst apartment I ever been in. Urgent maintenance also not addressed . Water heater is leaking for a week and the carpet is wet in the living room. One guy came and said need to change the water heater . But no responses till now . The leak is going down to the first floor apartment and he did complained as well. I was not having a thought of moving to diff apartment but now look like I have to move out if this is not taken care immediately. Coz of the leak I have mold in the wall , I have a little kid . It's going to impact the kids health and mine too. Is this the service you provide ? The bed room door was broken by the maintenance guy when he tried open for us when my kid locked , I did informed the day we moved in , still it's not fixed . It's been 2.5 yrs now. Very frustrating and I will never recommend anyone to come in live in this community .

Definitely NOT a smoke free community like it claims. The maintenance guys are nice and professional. The package system is about 50/50 for if I actually recieve a text about a package arriving but I know that's more on the delivery services than the complex. My unit is newer so it's nice but I have multiple neighbors who have been without working AC for months. I've been told our maintenance guys don't do that work which means it is on the office to hire third parties to do so and they are not. I would rate the complex a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
**AVOID AT ALL COSTS!** We saw the reviews and gave this place the benefit of the doubt and now we are regretting it. We moved in on June 9th, and as of June 20th, we still have not received any response regarding our complaints about mold and a non-functioning dishwasher, among many other issues encountered upon move-in. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have received no response. Consequently, we have contacted the Department of Health to conduct a mold inspection, as the landlord here shows no concern for the tenants or the apartment conditions. I am writing this review in hopes that the leasing office will see this and finally respond to our maintenance inquiries. Our experience with Courtney, the leasing agent, has been particularly disappointing. The property seems severely understaffed and disorganized. Courtney assured us that this would be a move-in ready, renovated apartment. It is not. She also called us 5 mins before move in to tell us our apartment wasnāt readyā¦ after us coming an hour and a half away and agreeing to this time and date. My experience with the community has not been good. Initially when moving in.. I signed my lease in September for a move in during November? when I showed up, the leasing office didn't know i was moving in. Aside from not having the unit ready, office staff did not walk the unit with me or themselves and provided keys to a unit that was still under remodel. Landscaping is horrible? outing my patio, it looks like a jungle. Maintenance team has been great! But a lot of things need to change.

The move in experience wasn't the best the apartment was pretty dirty some appliances weren't working and up to date as described during the walk through of the community. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. Prior to moving in I wish I got to actually look at the apartment I was going to move into it's closer to the main road and is pretty noisy I've gotten use to it but it's still aggravating. The indoor pool is dirty not valet trash can be so inconsistent with grabbing waste and the reason they leave it seems intentional and lazy at times. Don't want to seem like a bother especially where the world is now grateful to have a roof over my head but what we pay for rent some things just aren't acceptable

The units are getting up there in age and are dated. My main concern with the Aventine is it takes absolutely forever to get any maintenance request. Taken care of my air conditioner has been broken for over a year. Last summer they gave me a window unit which did not work correctly, and my air conditioning is still not fixed, this will most likely be the last year that I live here.

I really do like the community. Don't have any issues with my neighbors. Never really had any major issues. I do wish the rent payments become lower. Due to the economy it's getting harder to pay. I do wish we can stop the garbage valet and just throw our own garbage.

It's a peaceful neighborhood, the stay has been quite, pleasant and satisfactory. At first the maintenance was quite slow but they have been improving the service capabilities. Hope to see more such improvements.

It has been terrible. I have had multiple problems with my apartment 2 of the problems being floods. They were not quick to respond on either of them and they didn't really fix the problem. The second flood they had to take my walls off and have a bunch of dehumidifiers plugged in and it made my energy bill go up $200 I got no compensation I also could barely live in my apartment with the dehumidifier going and the carpet ripped up and we complained and nobody did anything they ignored our complaint.
