I really like this apartment because it is close to my office and close to wholefoods. Nice restaurants and everything is in walking distance. Well maintained and nice community areas especially gym and indoor pool, BBQ area. Co-working area is very convenient to mingle with other people in the apartment.

I have lived at the Aston for over 5 years. I could not be more pleased. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The building is clean. I hope never to move. The location is perfect for walking, transportation and the museums and art venues. It is a diverse community in terms of ethnicity and age. My hope is remains affordable with no major rent leaps.

I have been living in a one-bedroom at Aston for 7 years now, and I am very happy with my apartment. The main reasons I chose the Aston were that I wanted to stay in the River North/Streeterville area, near where my previous residence was, and I also wanted four-pipe climate control (where you can switch between heat and A/C from the thermostat as opposed to the building controlling it). I also like having my own washer/dryer, so I don't have to go to another floor to do laundry. I should also say that the Aston is a modern building and is well-kept.

I lived in the building for five years, it was a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly during this time. The building is beautiful and the location is perfect, my apartment overlooked Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is excellent, the only thing I didn't like about it was not having a hood in the kitchen, which, when I cooked, left a smell throughout the apartment. Other than that, everything is incredible. The staff team is very competent and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Recently, I was unable to be reached by the leasing agent and because of this, they intentionally called COMED and falsely reported that my unit was abandoned, requesting my electricity be cut off. They deliberately did this knowing I have an infant child living in the unit. I just moved it earlier in the week.
