I have been living at Retree Apartments for a while and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The management team is always attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and parks. I also love how clean and beautiful the common areas are kept. If you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home, I definitely recommend Retree Apartments!

I am going to wait to see how the final inspection goes before I want to share any feedback. I was fairly unimpressed with the apartment, it wasn't the cleanest upon move in, no microwave. I expected more than I got for the price. It's better than the street

Lots of families and kids in the community, which makes it feel much safer. As for the apartment itself, lots of things were left undone or done halfway before moving in. Things were definitely not cleaned after the last tenant and there was some paraphernalia left behind in kitchen cabinets. Multiple things needed to be repaired upon moving in and I am still finding things after living here for a few months. Staff has been helpful with questions and the buildings/property is well-maintainted and kept clean.

A lot has changed over the years, good and bad.... The many years I've lived here it has been a challenge at times but i continue to stick it out.... hopefully this years bring NEW changes to the "Retreat" because change is needed. I'm looking forward to buying my 1st home soon.

it's a very nice apartment complex it's on a good side of town it's very quiet has all the amenities that you need has a good gym that's right behind my apartment building the trash cans are pretty close also a sheriff lives in our apartment community and that's gives me a sense of security !!! There's a bunch of other good things about this place and as this being my first apartment I have been having a great experience !!!!

The apartment complex is overall a good place to leave and rent from, other than the parking spaces are overcrowded and no control at all, many vehicles without parking passes, not to mention the parking lots are starting to look like a junk yard with vehicles that have flat tires crashed cars that haven't been moved in months. The hallways could use some love with a fresh new carpet. The office staff very polite and maintenance crew Jason and Roberto very respectful efficient, and as always performing a wonderful job with all of our maintenance needs.

Pretty quiet and safe! Staff does daily cleanup! People friendly! Very comfortable living here! Prices are not bad! On of the nicest apartment complexes in this area! Very satisfied with this location!

It's a quiet community with a diverse population. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. It's a very family oriented community so there are lots of children playing outside. We like that. Office is great about vigilance about following rules and keeping the community safe. Maintenance is outstanding and prompt whenever there is a problem.

Terrible place to live, roaches, gunshots in the woods behind where I live. Kids running free and completely destroying common areas, so we haven't been able to use the pool or the fitness center with a bunch of kids messing with the equipment

Very comfortable apartments, good geographical location, all services available, swimming pool, gym, constant notifications and updates from the administration, all roads in perfect condition, the repair or property damage service works very well! In general, they provide very good leasing services and finally very economical!

Been here for a short time, and any issues we've had have been addressed very quickly. I lived here years ago, and it was terrible, but now the property upkeep is fantastic in comparison and I love it!

Community is nice, unfortunately there are issues that do pop up. Mine are walls don't cancel noise to well. Carpet is pretty cheap, we've had issues in my first few months. Place is very pet friendly.

Very good place to live for families, maintenance attendabce is very good too and the buildings, common ?reas look well all? year. It's well located too. Good attention at Office, it has pool, gym, playground.

Great place to live so far. Apartments are clean and well maintained. The management does a great job of communicating and always have things looking tidy. Lots of family's. Only negative would be sometimes there are loud and obnoxious children running around behind patios. That's hardly the managements fault. Aside from those times it's an amazing place.
