It srarted great and then they switched management around at the office and they seemed to stop carring about the residents and more about the rent increases. Parking is terrible and there are too few resident permit parking spots available and even less visitor parking spots available. When I wanted to move into a 2 bedroom apartment no one did a walk through and the new apartment smelled like they stuck a dead fish in the hvac vent. When I informed them of this they refused to even check it out and said it was "cleaning chemicals". There was no move in checklist. I would not recommend this place to anyone and can't wait till the lease is up

Meets everything I was looking for

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern finishes that make it feel comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciate how much natural light comes in during the day—it really makes a difference! The office has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which shows they truly care about residents. The community is also quiet and feels safe, which is something I value a lot. Another big plus is the location. I love that I can zip out toward Plainfield for shopping, up Raceway to go to Avon, or US 40 to go to my work in DT Indy. Overall, this has been a very positive living experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

This community has gone downhill recently. While initially it was a great place to live I've consistently had frustrating experiences with incomplete maintenance jobs, excessive neighbor noises, package theft, and a leading office that gaslights when I have brought these issues up.

Love this place

Been a resident for almost 3 years now and I love my place. Maintenance and office staffs are both great and really helpful when you need something. I'm probably going to buy a home in the next few years and I'll be really sad to leave.

My home is wonderful beautiful and maintance is great the service from the office ladies are so wonderful they always make sure the grounds are well kept and I feel safe living here the apartments are well kept up to date .the rooms are large the kitchen and bathrooms are great size the master bathroom is beautiful to be positive it is a great place to call home because I love my specious lovely beautiful home so my advice if y'all looking for a place to call home this is the home . Love my place!

I've have had a wonderful experience living here for the past 5 months. It feels like I'm on vacation every day because of how beautiful the grounds are. The saltwater pool was so nice this summer and the work out center is really convenient for my busy schedule.

First floor living environment very noisy hearing loud vibration, stumping slamming of objects bumping ect. Adjacent staircase seriously noisy traffic floors defective throughout building. Children occupants upper apartments running and playing in apartments. Only can speak about one end of building #270. Must not I'm home alot retirement as well as disabilities.

First year we lived here it was GREAT. So great we decided we wanted to upgrade within the community. Since then, it's been awful. There was problems with moving in. Our apartment was dirty, our shower was broken, the AC was out. There was a "funny smell" which turned out it was mold/mildew in the washer. They did fix these issues after we asked over and over again. And recently we just found mold on our vent covers and it feels like we have to jump through hoops to get them to deal with this.

The apartment is too expensive. It is keeping increasing price every year. However, the apartment is getting older and older. It is not clean and shine any longer. I would like to suggest them to keep within the lower middle level of market price, just like the apartment level in the area.

I recently separated from a long marriage and I was searching for a place me and my 2 kids can call home. When I spoke with Jessica she was kind and helpful on all the questions I had. She was flexible and made some room right at 5:30 to check the apartment. I appreciated her willingness to meet me at that time. Living here has been peaceful and enjoyable! I placed some work orders for some items to be check on and in less than 24 hrs I was reached out by maintenance team. They sent a great team member that guided me and fix my items that I had requested.

The community should reconsider doing business with a professional towing company located in the same district not far apart. The current towing company distance allows them to impose higher fees, and their conduct has been improper and unprofessional in providing documentation and reason for tow. This arrangement harms residents and offers no real benefit to the community."

If living on the second or third floor, just note that there are no elevators. So you'll have to move all of your furniture up the stairs. Walls are a bit thin, so I can hear people talking outside. It's also allegedly a smoke free community but I know of a couple people that are smoking weed in their apartments

The apartments are generally satisfactory; however, they are noticeably overpriced for what is offered. The appliances are outdated, and the cabinets show significant wear. The shower in the master bedroom is difficult to clean, and the washer is quite small, accommodating only a limited amount of laundry at a time.

Jessica in the office has been wonderful everytime I talk to her. But the new guy is rude. The apartment has had mice and roaches. Little is done. They might spray but the problem hasn't been taken care of. It's disgusting. Also the fob on our building never works. So deliveries can never be made.

It's terrible. These are supposed to be luxury apartments and the people that lived next to us had roaches. I can hear everything my neighbors do and say. People park in front of your garage you pay extra for. There is a pedophile that is registered and lives in the community. These are only a couple of the things that are wrong about this place.

Loud kids are fairly common here - they play in the halls outside your door, banging a screeching. Inside the apartments are ok, but the actual buildings hallways are nasty. All apartment doors have self-closing hinges, so you will hear slamming doors constantly. The building doors have closers set to slam the door shut quickly, so expect to hear those as well. The maintenance staff is great though - they will fix things quickly for you if you put in a ticket. Overall, it's not terrible. It's overpriced for what it is, but so is everywhere else. Bring a good set of noise blocking headphones if you plan to live here.

First of all thankful to Jessica for helping me get into this apartment. If it wasn't for her I have no idea what I would do. So far everything's been great nice and quiet. It's comfortable. Has not been able to use the amenities yet although I do plan on using the gym or the weight room. Maintenance has been great when you need something fixed up there to get it fixed for you.

It's great, it's nice and everyone is always friendly. It's peaceful and quite , I feel safe living here. The office people are always welcoming when I go in the office, anytime I have to tune in a work order it's done right away. I love living here.

It is a very nice and quiet community. The rent is a little high but other than that it is a really nice apartment . Maintenance is awesome and they have replaced the carpets in the hallways. They also have valet trash which is very helpful, although you do have to pay for it. All in all, I would move here again.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment community, The leasing apartment staff is wonderful and kind and the maintenance team is efficient. The neighbors in the unit next to me(202) are constantly arguing loudly and slamming their doors while listening to loud music. Their dog last summer continued to defecate on their patio until they have their dog up to a nearby shelter. The only downside of living in my apartment community is my next door neighbor.

Quite neighbors, when something breaks or an issue in the apartment company has been very responsive to repair item. Company keeps up on ac/heating filter replacement, fire extinguisher inspection and smoke detectors

This is a nice community. The maintenance request are always taken seriously. The only issue I have is the noise from upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend living in a lower unit. I haven't gotten sleep in awhile due to my neighbors making noise all hours of the night.
