I love living in this apartment complex. It is super safe and gated community and it is very clean around the parking lots and even in the buildings. We have amazing amenities such as a really nice pool, access to a gym, and washer and dryer included in the apartments. You will love the staff as well they are all very kind and will do anything to help you!!

This community is hard to speak very highly about. Although my honest review would be that the apartments are nice enough and not a terrible price. They advertise as a gated community yet they only have gated entrances that barley work, not completely gated all around. The leasing staff is very nice and friendly. One of the leasing agents is almost completely useless and I'm not sure how she has managed to stay employed as she usually can't even answer the most basic questions about the property. The other is more knowledgeable but is very unprofessional. Overall the complex is nice enough to live while you're in between finding somewhere else to stay. I wouldn't recommend living here long term.

The rules are too strict. Specifically the pool rules in the summer. Having so many rules to use the pool makes me not want to use it at all. Not worth the hassle. Pools are selling points for me. I was pleased when I first moved in, but not anymore. It's also a hassle to have visitors now with the newish parking rules. I'm not satisfied with living here anymore. Too many cons outweigh the pros now.

Fast maintenance, although the community has gotten less trustworthy over the years. Unsure if this is due to lack of vetting in the rental applicant process, but I've seen many more police cars recently than when I first moved in.

Ashley & Jackie in the front office have been a pleasure to work with since day 1. Any question that I have they have ensured they got me an answer. Every maintenance request has been completed same day and successfully. I love the apartment and the access to the pool and gym are great. Very quiet community.

Double creek flats is a cozy and comfortable place to reside. Its a place with good management and good neighbors with a serene and neat environment. They operate timely maintenance. The atmosphere is beautiful and cool!!

Avoid. I cannot wait to move out. They charge and nothing goes into the actual apartments, but to the amenities. So if you're cool with a an updated pool and gym over a updated apartment then go for it. For a 1b 1b $1400+ they do not clean out the apartments but repaint over dirt and grime and throw carpet powder to cover up the smell for the first couple of months. Let just say I never owned a dog and that's all you smell. It's so disgusting how you can literally see hair/dirt being painted over. JUST AVOID AT THESE PRICES!

Residents can be loud at night when they are out on their porches, sounds echo everywhere. The dogs they let in the complex are too big, they sound like a stampede of horses when your unit is underneath them. On some nights the airplanes at the nearby airport can be very loud.

I have Lived at double creek flats for about 3 or 4 months and couldn't be any more happier. Inspections I don't even realize happened which I really appreciate and everything that we had gone over at move in has become nothing but the truth and Love the privacy the give me and kind reminders about anything coming up or that I need to accomplish.

Office staff is great. Maintenance does a great job keeping the apt complex very nice and always taken care of any maintenance request in a very timely manner. Feel very safe and secure here. Lobby is quiet for the most part.

It's been good nothing bad to say besides the visitors parking, it's hard to have visitors over when there isn't that much parking for them or the parking is on the other side of the complex. Beside that everything else is fine and the other people are friendly

Maintenance repairs everything in a timely manner. The amount my rent goes up each year for what is at the apartment and no really upgrades, Is making it easier to move on as in move out. The security is not the best. I know we have cameras but the gates work a fraction of the time and even multiple cars get through the gate once it opens.

Overall the experience has been positive and I've been pleased with our time here. I moved in very soon after the complex opened so I'm unsure the condition of other units but ours was very nice. The complex is overall clean and well kept. Parking is somewhat an issue as there is not always parking as close as one would like but you can always find a spot somewhere. The only issues I've really experienced are with getting in contact with office staff. They are busy and often understaffed so going into the office is usually your best bet
