The grounds are kept clean, the apartments are nice, the valet trash isn't the most reliable, parking isn't the friendliest because it is so controlled by excessive guests, the front staff could be a little warmer, the maintenance crew is friendly and prompt, nothing is perfect however I would recommend Double Creek Flats Apartments.

It has been nothing short of awful. The apartment above us has 10 people living it 7 of them being children who run around and stomp and jump off the kitchen counters starting at 3:00 am and goes for nearly 24 hrs around the clock. There is no peace and quiet here we barely get any sleep, and there is drywall falling from our ceiling the stomping and jumping is so violent! I have notified the property manager and spoke to the neighbors on multiple occasions and there is no resolve to the problem it has only gotten worse!

The community is quiet and safe . I love how neighbors are nice and everyone does their own thing and don't bother one another. The maintenance team are cool guys and they do their job right. I'd say overall double creek flats is a good place to call home ! :)

Great Experience! Maintenance gets a gold star - the few times that I have put in a work order is completed within 24 hours! Staff is very friendly and very attentive. Important notifications regarding office hours or the valet trash removal is sent in advance and I Love the food trucks!

I am happy living here. Property is well kept and it is a peaceful community. I wish there was sign where visitors can park that is visible. I really appreciate Mr. Robert and Mr. Jamal they are top tier guys who keep the property looking nice. ??

When I first moved in it was a 5 star community. But the last 6 months has been one of the worst apartment communities I've lived in. It feels like I live in ------ and the residents don't care about the cleanliness of the building, sitting trash in the hallways in Fridays and Saturdays, music blaring at 3am, residents throwing trash and cigarette butts off of the balcony and so much more. In all honesty I cannot wait till my lease is up so we can move.

according to my knowledge, multiple building has horrible pest issues that have never been taken care of well. Staffs can be rude. Weird smell in the community. apartment layout is good. However, I would not recommend moving in because of the pest issue and poor service.

Great place to live. Quiet and Grounds are maintained beautifully. Office staff is very helpful. Dog friendly grounds. Pool is maintained well and has an inviting atmosphere. Security gates add a nice of safety.

The area where the apartments are located is overall a good zone. The only problem would be their attention to maintance inside and outside the apartments. We have had a rodent problem that isn't being proberly treated. No one has done any check-ups since reporting the problem.

Staff is helpful and quick to reply. Property is maintained swiftly and repairs made as requested. They are a little too late on some requests, like fire extinguisher inspections. We were barely given 12 hours notice. Appliances need updated, still rocking stoves and WD from 1990's

I was incredibly impressed when I put in my application after visiting the property and meeting the staff in 2022 however management and standards on site have went down significantly since I moved in. When trash is not picked up tenants are not given credit. When it snows or is icy management does not have staff keep the walks or parking areas salted clear and safe. The gates do not seem to remain closed which is a security issue. The hallways are not kept clean in a reasonable timeframe leading to buildings smelling fowl and not welcoming. Doors to the exterior remain unlocked which shows office and or property personnel are not checking. Compactor is often piled up or does not work. It's not uncommon to nats spiders or cockroaches when we pay for a pest control service. Lawn care is lackluster and often not complete. Do not get value or service for what is paid to live here.

Great experience so far, maintenance has always been timely, seems like a good place for families to live with a lot of kids being around, gym area is nice, pool is nice, hallways are clean at least in my building. Enjoying it!

The apartment complex is an ok place to live, but not my favorite. The smell of Weed constantly in certain areas is very disturbing. Hall ways are always dirty with very bad odors. Our packages sometimes can't be delivered because the drivers don't have access. The parking is limited, especially for guest visiting.

It's been an alright experience. Gates work half the time, there is goose and dog poop everywhere. Apartments are nice on the surface but feel cheaply made and refurbished for what you have to pay every month. They charge you about 10+ processing fees every month as well. It's like taxes, they're just making this stuff up to get more money.

Nice floorplans and layout. The common areas and hallways are not cleaned often enough. Residents don't respect your space. Always blocking or parking in front of my garage. The trash valet service they have at the property, they even block my garage. How unprofessional and inconsiderate.

This complex is a godsend for me as a single, older woman. I feel safe and respected. Areas are clean and well kept. Maintenance is prompt and professional. It is on the high end of rent, but worth it to me.

The buildings are cheap with very thin walls. You can always hear other residents. You will pay excessive service & utility fees, like $35+ month just for trash. Despite this, the compactor will be broken at least once per month & the whole community looks like trash.

I did extensive research before deciding on an apartment complex to move into. Ashley in the office was AMAZING when I inquired originally and saw the models. Ultimately made me select the community. I have no regrets! If I didn't purchase a home, I would continue renewing my lease. Any time I has a maintenance issue, it was completed promptly and correctly. Amenities are nice and in a great location that's easy to get downtown and to shopping and restaurants. While the valet trash is nice to have, it is one of the few challenges that can occur, especially if you have new neighbors they are not familiar with the rules surrounding it. Some people will sit their trash out for an entire weekend or early in the morning which makes the hall smell really bad.
