B&B Realty highly recommended
Two of the best years I’ve ever had renting was with B&B. I was in downtown Marlborough which was a great location. There are many great places to walk to plus easy access to parades, car shows, and festivals. Andrea does a great job communicating to tenants when needed. Repairs and maintenance are done thoughtfully with minimal impact. Roommates are well vetted, kind, and considerate. I would not hesitate to rent with B&B again!

I lived in the studio apartment @ Mechanic Street for 2 years (just moved out because got married and needed a bigger place). I only have great things to say. First of all: this place was a blessing in my life from the moment I moved in. It is quiet, residents are also very quiet. Each apartment allows only one resident, and what I have noticed there is that people respect each other's privacy and safety. Never saw any stranger there, door was always locked (you can only enter if you have a key), no loud music, no food smell (each is quite important since you live in a studio apartment). My apartment was on the first floor, even though it is a busy street I had no problems with noise during the day either at night. Maintenance was great, and I am very thankful for the guy's work and care when entering my apartment (can't mention personal info). Washer and dryer were so convenient, (there is one of each on each floor) and you can either put coins or use an app to pay for it. To the owner: thank you very much for all you do to that place, and I am hoping the next resident will be blessed in that apartment as much I was.

I was struggling to find an apartment in the Marlborough Massachusetts area, but Andrea saved the day! She was very easy to work with and very accommodating for myself being a college student! The apartment was very nice! The particular one I was in was a shared living arrangement with 3 other rentable rooms. Each room had individual locks on it, so privacy was no concern! Andrea was super fast and polite about fixing any issue (very small) that I may have! Often times within the day if you said something early enough! Everything was included in the 550$ rate, water, electricity, trash, and wifi! For a college student or anyone looking for an affordable room, this is the ideal space! About 40 minutes away from Boston and one town over from Worcester! Cannot thank Andrea enough for making my time in Boston as comfortable as possible!

It was a great place to live especially on short notice for a move from long distance. Despite hearing the street traffic it was a comfortable place to live. Sometimes the parking was a pain especially during the winter month. Most people tended to park in the same spots.

Overall, I had a positive experience while I lived here. Close to work and cheap but still pretty good condition. I never experienced anything extremely negative and I felt safe there. Close to a nice bike path.

I spent two years hear. Throughout my time at this property, the Landlord was phenomenal. I never had to wait for anything to be resolved for long. Most of the time any issue was resolved same day if not the next. They are efficient, helpful, and professional. I don't have a single bad thing to say. If there is an immediate emergency, call maintenance and Joe will be happy to help how he can. If its non urgent, simply email the landlord and she should get back with you by the next day at the latest. Take care of the place and you will be fine. There was no problem with receiving my deposit back upon moving. BB Realty is fantastic as far as I'm concerned.

I rented a room in a 3 bedroom apartment on Main St. The location was incredibly convenient for me and was one of the main reasons for choosing that space. For the price, it's one of the cheapest options around and worth the price if you aren't looking for a luxury space (it's still a comfortable and spacious apartment, just an older building). It definitely works best if you already have people to move in with, but they rent the rooms with a different lease for each occupant so they will work to find other people to rent those rooms and give you the chance to be a part of the approval process so everyone gets along well. Andrea was always receptive to my emails and responded promptly with solutions if something was broken or not right. If you respect the property and the staff, they're very easy to get along with. The other tenants were friendly and mostly quiet as well. A few pros and cons: Pros: Convenient location with restaurants in walking distance, close proximity to Marlborough-Hudson walking trail, laundry in building, plenty of parking, bedroom doors have individual locks, easy access to Rts 120, 495, and 20 Cons: Right on main street so it can be loud, businesses are below apartments so people tend to hang around outside, roommate issues can arise if you move in with people you don't know

I had a great experience renting through BB Realty. Rent was very affordable, especially considering the area (I was renting a room in a shared unit with 2 roommates but had an individual lock and key for my room). Hardwood floors in the unit were gorgeous and all the appliances in our unit were new so that was fantastic. Building has 2 washers and 2 dryers that were coin and app operated so if you don't have change you can pay through the app - I found this super convenient being someone who never has change/cash on hand. Resident parking lot and the parking lot behind it always has available spots and there are 2 municipal parking lots on the street that are good to park in when it snows (the leasing company was always very quick when it came to plowing after snow but I liked to park in the municipal lots since they have roofs). Never felt unsafe to be in the parking lot/outside the building, and its location on Main Street was super convenient as there are tons of restaurants, bars, walking trails, and parks all in walking distance. The leasing company was also very quick to respond to all emails, and were always very friendly whenever we interacted. I would definitely rent from them again if I'm ever looking for an apartment in Marlborough!

This was my first apartment as an adult and I couldn't beat the rent, especially in such an expensive area and state. I felt very much at home in my little studio, which had just been upgraded right before I moved in, so all the entities-- counter tops, appliances, carpet--were new. It was always pretty quiet, neighbors were friendly but kept to themselves, and the building requires a key to enter, which gave me peace of mind. Keep in mind that as this is an affordable property, you kind of get what you pay for, but that is not to say that was at all a bad thing! Management was incredibly friendly, flexible, and thorough, and though the team is small, that makes it feel like a family- run business, which is nice. There is only one maintenance man, but he usually responded in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone living on their own in an affordable unit.

I would definitely recommend renting with B B Realty. I lived on Broad St. and I have only good things to say about the management. I felt valued as a renter and all my interactions with management felt very personable. They were proactive at notifying me of any on-going situations and all my requests for maintenance were handled promptly. The rent was very reasonable with off-street parking, a secure laundry room, and good location near the I-495. The unit was also recently renovated, clean, and very comfortable!

If you are looking for a lot of value for your rental dollar, you will be very happy with B B Realty Corporation. My location on Broad St. in Marlborough offered me quick access to I-495, I-290, and the Mass Pike. Plenty of nearby shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and well tended to. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and effectively. I feel safe in this apartment.

Overall, my 2 years renting were great. The best parts include the following: cheap rent close to where I worked; helpful and prompt maintenance when needed; laundry on-site; well-maintained apartment. The only area that could be improved is the promptness in replies (and general availability) from the landlady for many things. One example is it took a longer-than-expected time to receive my security deposit despite multiple, gentle reminders. Still, I would recommend the 115 Mechanic St. apartments to anyone looking for a small and affordable place west of Boston.

Lived in 2 different apartments, from 2015 - 2016. Overall, a very wonderful place to live. I don't need a lot, so a nice little place with cheap rent is absolutely fantastic. Especially in Massachusetts, where that's hard to find!!! The landlord is absolutely fantastic; very chill, very professional, and very kind. She managed to help me out in a tight spot, and for that, I am very grateful. (I was starting a new job within the week, and although I was looking for a studio, she managed to get me into an extra room with some interns. After that, she did get me into a studio :) If you want to live in a nice neighborhood, and you're not fussy, LIVE HERE.

I rented an apartment on 115 Mechanic St for about 6 years. I'd highly recommend renting from BB Realty. The best part about living at Mechanic Street was the cheap rent and the hassle-free apartment. Mechanic Street has almost zero lawn so you're not paying for landscaping. Andrea, the landlady, also has people who take care of plowing the sidewalk and parking lot in the winter, and pays for the dumpster, so all of that was already included in the rent. There are washer/dryers on each floor which was highly convenient. In my case, the apartment had been renovated just before I moved in. I was very happy with the condition of the apartment throughout my stay--I had only two small maintenance issues while living there--a broken showerhead when I first moved in, and a leaking toilet valve later. Both were fixed promptly (and correctly and without any hassle) when I reported them to the landlady. The apartment I rented was very small. This worked out perfectly for me since I was used to even smaller college dorms and it cut down on heat/AC costs. Additionally, winters can dump quite a bit of snow and the parking lot is only so big. I was always able to park in the lot, but it is a bit tighter in winter. The apartment is also very well located. It's far enough east that it avoids the higher snowfall of higher elevations, like parts of Worcester. But it's high enough in elevation, that Marlborough didn't get the flooded basements that people further east got a few years ago. Marlborough's also close to a number of major highways. Also, the Mechanic Street location in particular seems to benefit from being so close to Marlborough Hospital. After city-wide power outages (due to noreasters), I always got power back within a day. I know one Marlborough resident who took 3-4 days to get power back in the same storm. (And I know non-Marlborough residents who take even longer.) As a personal anecdote, at one point during my stay, a driver crashed into the side of the building one rainy night. The city evacuated the building and cordoned it off pending a building inspection the next day. Andrea made sure everyone had somewhere to go, and for those of us who didn't, she put us up in one of her places for the night. In short, I very much enjoyed living at Mechanic Street, and it was only my need to live physically close to my new place of work that finally forced me to move elsewhere. You'll be very hard-pressed to find this kind of management or price anywhere else.

I had a great experience with BB Realty. To start with, Andrea (the landlady) is a very accomodating and easy to reach person; This was my first leased apartment and I could not have asked for a better first time experience. I rented a studio apartment on Mechainc street. It was cheap to heat, it was in a convenient location, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only reason I left was because I was moving out of the state. I definitely recommend BB Realty to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient apartment in the Metrowest area.

Safe, clean, great value, good maintenance, friendly/competent office staff. While in MA for a few months, I was pleased to be renting from B B Realty. I got exactly what I paid for and needed. Friendly tenants, ample parking, quiet -- everything I was looking for in a studio apartment in Marlborough, MA. Definitely get in touch if you're looking to deal with reputable folks and a great housing value!

Horrible. Noisiest apartments I've ever stayed in. Landlord nickle and dimes you with her "justified" lease violations. Go elsewhere. Reaching this landlord is a matter of getting about one email a week, as she never will answer the phone at the office. Worst landlord I have ever experience. All other reviews were probably made by her.

I lived at the apartment for 4 years. Although the building is located next to a busy road, there was not much noise in the apartment. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. The landlady was always very understanding, and any issue that I ran into was fixed immediately. I was very happy there and I totally recommend BB Realty's apartments.

great place to live!
I have lived at bb reality for over 3 years and would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a clean, quiet place with excellent maintenance in the greater boston area. Landlord Andrea was very friendly and helpful in sorting out any issues I had. Parking was not a problem, the washing and drying facilities were very conveniently placed, and the neighbors were nice. My studio was near downtown Marlborough, just a few minutes away from restaurants/pubs/bars in the area, and stores like target, walmart, price choppers, and the library was just across the street. I have now moved out of Marlborough due to personal reasons but I want to say that I enjoyed living here as a young professional.

I rented the studio apt. (T2) at 61 Broad St. The rent was low, it was cheap to heat, and hot water was included in the rent. Andrea, the landlord, was quick and diligent about responding to problems. The only drawbacks were parking during the winter and the rug has seen better days, though overall the place was neat and clean. Overall a good rental experience.

Great Corporation and best service I have ever had! The apartments are clean and the neighbors are quiet. Also the place is very convenient to the Post Office, Banks, the main street in downtown, pharmacies, and groceries. The most important is that Andrea, the owner, is responsible, honest, flexible, and always available to take care of problems. The good deal of the rent is also a plus. I would highly recommend Andrea s apartments in Marlborough.

Quiet and hassle-free
I lived in this building for two years while a graduate student in the Boston area. Andrea, the landlady, is a dream. The apartments are clean, everything works, and the neighbors are quiet. I don't require much beyond that, but if you are looking for an inexpensive place to live where you will never be bothered and that is within walking distance of the main street (with decent restaurants, the post office, and other shops), then this will likely suit your needs. The highest praise I can offer of any apartment applies to this one: living in the apartment was worth the two-hour commute. Anyone who throws parties, or is otherwise loud, should probably look elsewhere.
