Great Location, Great Price

I lived on Mechanic St from July 2004 through November 2004. My time there although short was great. The building was kept clean, the tenants were quiet and respectful, and the rent was completely affordable.<br><br>Andrea Bibi the property manager is professional and always responded to my requests in a timely manner. She also has a great personality and is easy to get along with which is always a plus.

Reasonable rates and quick response for maintenance

Close enough to work without having to pay Boston rent. Tons of parking and in a safe neighborhoood. Even when the labor day parade goes through town and the sidewalk is full of people nothing gets vandalized or damaged. <br> <br>Not a single maintenance problem took more than 24 hours to get fixed. I´ve had a water leak and a fridge died. On both occasions I found the problem in the morning, then called and left a message on Andrea´s machine. I went to work, knowing she would take care of everything. Each time I came home, to the problem being fixed.

Never had a problem

I have been renting from BB Realth for feel eyars now and and so far they have tryed to acomodate my needs .I told them that my refrigerator wasn´t working got a knew one <br>And every time i ask for something usualy it gets done. <br>So i have been recomending to my friends. <br>

Affordable living near downtown

In 1999, I was looking for an affordable apartment in Massachusetts where I could commute to work. The housing market was going crazy at the time and it was impossible to find reasonable rent even in questionable areas. Luckily, I found a studio apartment with BB Realty with a very reasonable rate. They do not raise the rent quickly because of the housing market but because of rising costs such as snow removal and water. The apartment is located very conveniently near downtown Marlborough so shopping and eating out is within walking distance. Did I mention the close access to I-495, route 20, and route 85? Very important for getting to work or getting to the airport. I only wished that Marlborough had a commuter rail so that I would not have to drive to work everyday. During my stay, I found the apartment to be well managed in important areas like snow removal and plumbing. Granted that the units are nothing fancy and do not have amenities such as air conditioning or a dishwasher, but it would be very difficult to find a livable place in Eastern Massachusetts for what they charge. I´m not sure why the first reviewer had such caustic words towards Andrea Bibi. My experience with her was that she is very understanding and very helpful. I don´t remember anyone asking me to complain about the management during 1999 to 2000. The Marlborough area is mostly -------- so I can see why the person thought that most of the tenants don´t speak English. Majority of the tenants that I have met are either students or working. They didn´t seem too poor to me. The neighborhood may look old but I never had a problem with theft or vandalism. Parking is a bit tight as there is only one parking space per tenant and only street parking for visitors. My only complaint is that they install a doorbell or an intercom to allow visitors to signal me. I do have to say that the absence of a doorbell or intercom does improve privacy and noise. In my opinion, I would move back again in the future.

Quiet, clean well-managed property. Friendly tenants.

Over the eight months I´ve lived here I find the property to be quiet and clean, with friendly tenants and responsive, caring management. The rental rates are reasonable for the area and there have been no increases during my stay. Overall I´m quite happy with this rental.

great place to live freindly people

I rent from them and have nothing but the best of luck.Although i rent the garges for my auto repair shop,any time i had a prob.andrea took care of it whitch were very few i mite add. <br> <br> as i said i dont live in the apt. but i do go into them and help people move in and out.

Rebuttal of previous review

I don´t know what the real story is with the previous reviewer, but someone has to try to set the record straight. It is a disservice to everyone when someone who had a bad experience (through his/her own action/in action, I have no doubt) uses a forum like this to publish lies. <br><br> <br><br>I rented a Studio from BB Realty in 1998-1999. When my income had improved sufficiently I moved to an area "luxury" apartment complex and had such a bad experience (very slow maintenance, very high noise levels, inadequate parking, unresponsive management, stained carpeting, poor snow removal) that I moved back to BB Realty as soon as my lease was up. <br><br> <br><br>If the previous reviewer were interested in an honest review, he/she would have made note of the fact that all BB Realty properties (that I know of, at least) are within 5 minutes of both I-495 and Rte. 20. This is not subjective, it is a fact. He/she might also have taken the time to learn how to spell ------ ----´s name before launching a personal attack against her. Most of his/her other comments are based on his/her personal experiences, so I can´t comment on them directly. I only ask the reader to bear in mind that every Rental company has a few bad tenants, and note that the previous reviewer was undoubtedly one of these. <br><br> <br><br>I have had nothing but good experiences with both BB Realty and ------ ----. ------ I find to be a person of integrity who is committed to doing what she can to improve the quality of life of her tenants. I had no maintenace problems or complaints whatsoever, had no problems with noise, or anything else. <br><br> <br><br>The BB Realty apartments I have seen are not luxury apartments, but they don´t claim to be. They are comfortable and affordable apartments in an otherwise very expensive area. If luxury is what you´re after, look elsewhere, but don´t expect better service.
