The Price is Right

I lived in an aparmtent owned and managed by B B Realty for a year. I've never had a landlord as friendly, honest, understanding, flexible and as easy to reach as I did when I rented there. The neighbors were quiet and nice with the occaisonal roudiness above. But if I ever felt uncomfortable I could easily contact BB Realty and I know it would be adressed. There is a washer and dryer on each floor of the building I lived in. Though the dryer was right outside my door it was never a noise issue. Tennants usually followed the hours of use policy.

Great Place

Great place to live. I was interning in Hudson and Andrea really had the best deal in town. She was nice and always took care of problems. She was very understanding about short term leasing and provided fully furnished and large apartments. There were also many other interns in the building. I would highly recommend Andrea's apartments.

A Good Deal!

We had a great apartment in Marlboro that was spacious, and very close to downtown. The landlord really cared about her apartments and tenants, was always honest, and did all that she could to be of assistance when we were in need. My wife and I lived there a little over a year, and were sad to go, but did so primarily to be closer to our jobs.

Who writes this crap?

Is it Andrea? Or does she threaten tenets and make them write here so someone anyone will rent from her . You re in for a real bad time if you rent from these people they are bad news if you have any problems you are on your own and her new deal is she will let you have pets with a pet deposit . If Andrea followed MASS rental laws she would know that pet deposits are against the law in MASS. But there motto is rent to the poor the illegal and especially to anyone who thinks they have not rights as a tenant that way she can just suck them dry for lots of money for a sub standard poorly maintained apartment. RUN don t walk away from them you will be very sorry of you don t!

I rented with BB Realty between Jan-Aug during an internship. Andrea is a great landlord, she was very responsive to any problems that occur. She cares greatly about her residents' comfort and happiness. Apartments are also in good location, within walking distance to downtown Marlborough.

Pros/Cons

Pros: Andrea is a great landlord. She always listens to concerns and always works with her tenants whenever there is an issue. I was there for 3 months and never had an issue going to her. Also, the maintenance is very good. Anytime there is a problem he fixes it quickly and does excellent work. Also, the apartment is filled with other interns. It's a great way to meet people outside of work. There is always something to do on weekends. Cons: Parking is in a city lot. It works but is a little shady. Also, some of the furnishings are a little cheap. For example, we had brand new beds, dressers, and desks in the bedrooms, but the living room furniture wasn't too good. Overall, this is a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone. If I had another internship, this is where I would be staying.

Convenient and affordable, best deal east of the Mississippi

I stayed here during the summer of 2007 and this is by far the best housing decision I have ever made. First of all, if you do your research of housing (especially short term) in the area you will find this place to be the cheapest by far. The location is great, right off of 20 and 495. Furnishings are good, and Andrea, the landlady, is always kind enough to help out with any problems that may exist. The only inconvenience is receiving mail by any provider other than USPS. For other carriers, it may be more convenient to have the package sent to someone who can either pick it up for you or will be able to hold onto the package if they are not there. Otherwise you'll have to find the nearest service station, which may be far away.

A Great Place to Live

I was a resident Jan-May 2007, and never had a problem. Andrea is very easy to deal with and quick to act. The apartment is a pretty nice place in a safe location at a great price. I definitely recommend this place to others, and I plan on returning.

Hassle Free, Affordable

When I moved to Boston I was new to the area, and had some concerns about moving into an area I knew nothing about. Moving in was easy, and the apartment was exactly how it was described. The living space was in relatively good condition, with any problems that arose being fixed almost instantly.<br><br>Communication with the landlord was never a problem, with her being available basically whenever we needed her.<br><br>Landlord listened to any recommendations that were made about the living area, and acted on them.<br><br>If I move back into boston, I will most definitely look to rent from B B Realty.

Great place to live!

I rented an apartment at 264 Main for 6 months, and I could not have found a better fit anywhere else. The location is great - right on main street near restaurants, a jogging trail, and the public library. The management is extremely prompt in responding to any issues that arise. This apartment was a great find, and I would definitely stay there again.

Best Place to Live in Marlboro

I Rented an apartment with BB Realty on 264 Main Street. I had a real good experience. Its a peaceful area and the stores and restuarants are also nearby.<br>I really liked the management and maintainance staff.<br>I would strongly recommend for this apartment if you plan to stay in marlboro.

Amzing place!

right in the heart of the town, just 2 blocks away from the Public Library, less than 5 min walk to star bucks, restaurants, and everything possilbe!!! I would highly highly recommend it...thanks to B B Realty for making my summer a cherishing experience!!

AFFORDIBILITY -- dude I'm an intern <br>Clean -- everything was clean when I first moved itn<br>Good landlady -- caring, asked often if situations were good <br>Location -- downtown Marlbrough, very picturesque and safe, quiet<br>All basic necessities were provided <br>Note: ask about history of building if it may be an issue. The building is slightly worn down, but it really isn't an issue at all.

Affordable

You can't beat these rent prices. I needed a small apartment for half a year and couldn't believe how expensive it was to live in the area. If I had to find another apartment to live in I would have to pay hundreds more a month. Also, the complex is generally quiet, I never had much of an issue with any of the other residents

Andrea is a wonderful landlord

I stayed at 115 Mechanic St. for one year and I have to say, I miss that apartment! The place had wonderful new wood floors and was very clean when I moved in. Although it was only a studio apartment, it was very spacious, and had quite a bit of storage space. The best part about living in this apartment was having Andrea Bibi as my landlord. It was my first time living in my own apartment and she made it so easy for me. She was very clear on what the terms of the rental agreement were and answered any questions I had. I never had a hard time reaching her and she always returned my phone calls. In addition to all of this, she truly cares about her residents and went well out of her way to help me. She is an absolute joy to talk to and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in Marlborough.

A PLUS!

I leased a one bedroom apartment from BB Realty for a year. I relocated to Eastern Mass from out of state and found that the rent here was very affordable and I also was very satisifed with the management of the property. Repairs were done in an extremely timely fashion, parking situation was terrific, and the land-lady was absolutely terrific to deal with and was very understanding. I would recommend anyone that is looking for "no frills" peace-of-mind apartment rentals to turn to BB Realty first.

This housing is great!! The landlord is very nice and easy to work with. The housing is very affordable and well kept. Near downtown Marlboro. Plenty of parking. A !!!

Well-managed, quiet and clean. Great place to live!

My comments from 4 years ago ("I find the property to be quiet and clean, with friendly tenants and responsive, caring management") are still, happily, totally valid. There has only been one small increase (a nominal 5% one) in all of 4 years! I love living here ...

I have lived with BB Realty since 97- or so I think. I do not like living in cookie cutter apartments- I BB Realty because I live in one of their 4 family homes. It's unique, and the parking is right in front of the house. No hiking it to the car. I could walk to 495, and route 20 if I had the desire to do so. This is not a brand spanking new property, but I am very happy living here- hence my long stay with BB Realty. One other note- Andrea, the property manager, is great. She is very honest and sincere, which ranks very high in my book. The next time I move will be when I buy a house!

Great place to live!

I had a great experience with BB Reality. The landlord, Andrea Bibi, is very attentive and treats her tenants very well. My apartment was very reasonably priced and affordable especially for the area. The building was very quiet, and I was never disturbed by other tenants. Any maintenance issues were taken care of quickly and efficiently. <br><br>I have and would again recommend BB Reality. <br>

Great place and great people

I rent a studio from BB Realty for one and a half years. It was a great experience. The price is very attractive. The land lady is very nice, friendly and thoughtful. Although (my understanding) it is a family run business, the move in/out process is very formal. I filled out a lot of paper works but it is all worth it. All the terms are very reasonable for both the land lady and myself. Can't think of anything bad about the place. <br><br><br>

Great Apartment and Service

I very much enjoyed my time living on Mechanic St. I moved into a beautiful studio apartment that was clean and functional from the moment I walked in. <br><br>It was also very convenient to the highway (495) as well as Rt 20 and also convenient for grocery shopping, etc. There was always available parking and I never ran into issues with any neighbors. As an added bonus, I was able to make use of Andrea's (the landlord) brother's auto body and repair shop which was not only a quality option but extremely convenient as well.<br><br>What I was most impressed by was the level of service that Andrea Bibi upheld during my duration. From the first time we spoke, she was always completely professional, helpful and caring. If I had a problem and had to call at an odd hour, my phone call was always returned in a timely manner. If maintenance was ever needed, it was taken care of as quickly as possible. Andrea was always completely up front and honest about the laws and regulations regarding the renting of property.<br><br>I've been living in apartments for many years and Andrea has by far been the most dedicated landlord I've come across. She drew in tenants who were generally respectful and quiet and pleasant. I never had obnoxious noise problems or a college like atmosphere. Overall, I would give the apartment and the service of BB Realty an exceptional rating.<br><br>
