Excellent Service with Property Manager!
I recently had the pleasure of having a 1 on 1 conversation with our property manager Nichole, and I couldn't be happier! She is very attentive, responsive, and truly cares about our community. Issues are addressed promptly, and communication is fantastic. It's refreshing to see such dedication to the residents!

Over-priced, terrible maintenance, tiny apartments, poor ventilation and temperature control, a gym with broken equipment. This is a short list of items I'm very unsatisfied with, and there are more besides I can't even remember. The best thing about Nautilus Point is that it's one of the cheapest options in the area. That being the case, I'm planning to move away from the city entirely because of it. Don't move here.

I have watched a steady decline over the years where it has become an unpleasant place to live. The building interior and common areas are filthy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Been trying to resolve some of the issues for the past couple of YEARS

Everyone has been wonderful and helpful especially the staff. I got all the information that I needed to be able to move in. I haven't rented for many years and the process was very easy because of the help of the staff

The community is not well kept. Buildings are dirty. A lot of trash left anywhere and everywhere. Dog poop not picked up, etc. Buildings are not secure. Elevators are dirty. Stairwells are dirty. You do not get your money's worth.

useful, easy to use management doesn't keep their promises. Security remains a very big concern. elevator maintenance an issue, cleanliness of common spaces is an issue. Poor management follow through.

Seek Apartments Elsewhere
Overpriced, undersized. Terrible management. Everything good about Nautilus Point is incidental and unrelated to the apartments. The location is nice, but other apartments have nice locations near downtown. Neighbors are nice, but that has nothing to do with the apartments. The marina is nice, but the rich folks they rent boat slips to drag race down our streets at night. We're paying over $1700 for a sub-700 ft. apartment that we frequently need to submit maintenance requests for. Some neighbors in other buildings have complained of roaches, which we've blissfully avoided. The gym's equipment frequently breaks. They changed our door system to make us use fobs, said we could use our phones to get in (never happened). New management is now charging us for parking passes, plus charging us for ONE (max!) guest pass. Screw you if you have friends, bozo! I could go on, but really, these people don't deserve your money. The only reason I haven't moved yet is because other places in the area are similarly overpriced, but trust me, I'm looking.

COCKROACHES & THIN WALLS
If you like cockroach infestations with a response of 3 spritzes of repellant from their contracted pest company, thins walls where you can hear every step and conversation of your neighbors, & a staff that doesnāt care once you already have a lease, then this is the place for you!!!!! Not only did they not properly record all the times I had pest control in my apartment so that I cannot receive compensation upon moving out for the lack of solution to the infestation for the duration of my lease, not listen to my pleas for a new fridge as you see above THEY LIVE IN HOT PLACES AKA THE MOTOR AND I AM A CLEAN PERSON SO I DONT WANNA HEAR THAT ITS MY FAULT BECAUSE THEY WERE THERE MY FIRST WEEK IN AND WOULDNT SWITCH MY APARTMENT WHEN I COMPLAINED OR DOCUMENTED SAID COMPLAINT, but they also DESTROYED my garden I had for my entire lease on the LAST WEEK OF MY LEASE aka STILL MINE with no problems ever brought to my attention with & ZERO warning. I am allowed to have a garden per my contract as long as it doesnāt obstruct walkways or go aboveā¦Ā See More>7/17/2024

I don't feel safe here. The police have been here multiple times- once with guns drawn. My bike was stolen. The residents are loud and smoke pot constantly on the balconies. My car always gets door dings b/c the parking spaces are too small.

Know that you live with other people, be nice and pleasant to others. Keep shared areas clean and treat the property like it belongs to you. No loitering in the hallways and no throwing trash in the elevators

I wouldn't recommend living here. The quality of residents has declined, it is no longer safe to walk through the complex at night or use the gym. The buildings are old and all infested with cockroaches and nothing is done to fix the root cause of the problem.

Unfortunately, the buildings are very old due to which there are so many cockroaches inside. It is absolutely ridiculous. The pest control is there but it is helpful to a limit. And since we live in a studio apt, our apt is not technically inside the building. So, evertime it rains, there is just so much dirty water standing outside our place.

The staff are very professional. The community looks great. Has their own gym. I was recommended by a friend and 100% would recommend to anyone looking to get themselves a little place. When it comes to questions about the community, Jasmine is very knowledgeable in her job.

This is a great place to live. They have nice and pleasant staff at the rental office who try to help and address any concerns. You don't know the people they move in but you hope they do thorough back ground checks to keep the community safe.

Questionable Business Practices
This management company is beyond horrible and does NOT stand behind its verbal agreements! Do not EVER leave the leasing office without a signed statement as to what was discussed/agreed upon. Their questionable business practices now leave a stain on my credit record forever! We lived at Watergate/Nautilus Pointe for over 17 years. We moved out in June 2023. In July of 2023 we received a move out statement stating that we owed $46.62 but the statement also stated that the $46.62 would be paid to the tenant. To alleviate any confusion, I went to the leasing office and talked to both the resident advocate and the assistant manager about the move out statement. Both Bainbridge staff said everything was good--no one owed anything. Fast forward to today when I received a phone call from a collections agency saying that we owed $121.93 in past utilities and fees. WHAT?? So, I went back over to the NP leasing office--of course everyone is in a meeting. The office does not open until 10:00 so that staff can meet from 9:00 to 10:00 daily but still staff are unavailable midday. Staff availability is always a huge problem. Don't even try calling onā¦Ā See More>7/17/2024

Not happy about having to pour Clorox and Ridx and liquid plumber to prevent sewage backup. Packages are being stolen when the postal services leaves packages in front of the mailboxes. Need to have packages left at the apt. Door. I now request that packages are sent to my son's house. People are not picking up after their dogs.

Very quiet and nice community so far. We have been living there for a week. Location is very convenient and easy access to public transportation. The apartment is very clean and so far the neighbors are really nice. The only downside is parking there is not parking assigned so first come first served.
