This apartment complex provides a lot of great amenities! However, the apartments are old, the windows are old and drafty, and there is no soundproofing. I can hear everything inside and outside of the building.

Don't believe everything on the advertising site. I hate places that say "Olympic size pool" which would be 50m long with 10 lanes, flags and multiple lane lines between the lanes. The pool is a nice sized community pool with one lane that may be 25yds. Half of the staff is friendly the rest don't want to help once you sign the lease. They spend more time getting sign spinners out on the corners looking for new tenants than trying to maintain those renting. It took two days to have a toilet looked at, the handle broke off. I hate putting my hand in the toilet tank to flush. I ran to the local hardware store and bought the 3$ part and replaced it in five minutes. Maintenance was upset that I did this. All I did was unscrewed the old one and put a new right back in. They have the dumpsters painted to look new but don't put up wet paint signs, goodbye to a good tie and shirt when I leaned over to toss my trash in. Don't trust the management to be caring or honest.

I've enjoyed the time I have spent here. Everything is maintained very well. The personnel are always very helpful. The noise level could be better at times. It comes mostly from the Apt above me with noise on the ceiling.

I really enjoy living in Watergate Village. The staff is very professional and the residents are very friendly. I tell people all the time how much I enjoy living in the community and I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to start with Watergate. It is unlikely that anyone would look past Watergate once they see the apartments.

Love it! Proximity to restaurants, shopping, gym... Friendly and vacation feel to the waterfront community with access to kayaks , water taxi etc...dog friendly and diversity of the residents is another plus. The gym and pool are well kept as are the community areas.

So far my experience has been great. We have only had a few minor maintenance issues but they are usually taken care of very quickly. The apartment is nice and the staff is very friendly. The location is awesome as well. The only downside is that the apartments are pretty old and not well insulated. We can hear our upstairs neighbors pounding on the floor when they walk and unfortunately they do that from 7 a.m. to midnight.

We have lived at Watergate Village for four years. What a fantastic apartment community! Our apartment is comfortable and quiet. There is a true community spirit here. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance staff is responsive and efficient. The waterfront location is spectacular, and close to downtown Annapolis.

The staff and workers are all extremely pleasant and very helpful. They seem to have a genuine concern for the community here and work harder than any other apartment staff I have experienced. I know they have planned dinners for residents when there are unexpected issues like power outages.

I have found living here very satisfying. I also feel safe when outside and inside. Rent is reasonable. I am close to town. City transportation is available and close by. Small shopping center provides me with most things I need with the exception of groceries and a bus is provided for transportation.

would like to get this fixed so I can move my office back to the bedroom. the fith floor should be looked at over us that is where the watrer was comming from. I will call the office tomorrow to see what is happening for this situation. The maintance person was very courteous and prompt. But he could not fix the problem. I think it is to involved.

Not quite sure of the year I moved here but it has been a pleasant experience with a friendly staff, great get-togethers, and a great view. The Yacht Club is also a bonus. Neighbors are friendly. It's a pet friendly place. And there is a nice mixture of seniors as well as young people living here. I've met lots of nice people here. Watching the seasons take place from my fifth floor apartment overlooking Back Creek has been a wonderful experience.

I have been a resident of Watergate since 1979 and have lived in three buildings and four apartments. I had boats on F and G dock for several years and the service there was superior. I would recommend Watergate to anyone interested.

Lived in three different apts. in Watergate over the years. A great place to be. Staff is superb. Only gripe is the parking (lack) at the high rises and small spike in crimes here recently. That being said, there is no better place to rent in Annapolis.

We've enjoyed living at Watergate Village for 26+ years. Keeping our boat here was an added benefit. We really appreciate our water view and walks around the property on the creek. We've been very happy here except for rent increases. No complaints - just keep up the good owrk.
