Overall the community is nice and friendly. The Bowen is pretty safe and usually very quiet. I've been here for almost 4 years and I have very little to complain about. My only suggestion would be that staff be a little more approachable and less standoffish. Otherwise great place to live.

My stay at the Bowen has been very good. One minor issue was addressed. The management team handled the issue accordingly to my satisfaction. It is a very friendly environment. One of the nicest place I lived in so far within the past 3 years.

The Bowen is hands down one of the best communities that I've seen with the exception of those that are brand new! From the 9 ft. ceilings, plank flooring, fireplace, balcony, granite countertops, spa-like tub, huge walk-in closets?and the amenities! ?? Totally amazing! Dorian Pringle, my LIVEBE Ambassador provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, and was extremely thorough. Well done!

Horrible place to leases. This not luxury. Gates continue to be broken, the smell of weed on the property, the staff lacks communication. Do not move here. There is security; however I have never seen him/her since being here

Mixed feelings about this property. Some aspects of the property feel as though you are at a luxury community but then the Property/Management falls short in areas. i.e. Beautiful entry, common areas, theater room and pool room. Yet common area is locked at night, pool table is shut down at night and the theater room has an outdated or broken projector.

Front office staff (Marcus (Community Dirctor), Mark & Dennis) are friendly, courteous and attentive. My experience has been wonderful. Their weekly activities are fun and engaging. The tenant advocacy meetings have been a safe place to express concerns (if any) as well as recommendations.

I feel safe and have had no major problems. I believe all efforts have been made to make renters aware of all incidents and neighborhood improvements. I have only been disappointed once when my parking permit fell in the floor of my car and it was towed. I guess that proved that they were alert in surveying the garage. It just cost me to get it back.

There has been some ups and downs in some areas like parking is a huge problem even after having a reserved space and having to pay $15.00 every month. But for the most part everything else has been fine.

My experience living at the Bowen has been mostly positive. The staff are great and maintenance is thorough and professional. The only negative was a few cars stolen and or broken into in the garage. However, management added additional lighting in the garage which helps. I appreciate management showing their concern by taking action. We also have a police officer that lives on the premises and assists with security. The Bowen is a great place to live and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Great experience overall! Pool usage last summer was not good because life guards were not showing up and as a result the pool was closed on several occasions with little or no notice to residents! New management seems to be making positive changes!

I've only had a great experience with staff at the Bowen. Very professional and always willing to assist. I don't have 200 characters to type but wanted to submit a review for the maintenance staff because they did an wonderful job making sure my air conditioning was working.

Honestly this is a wonderful community however it does have its drawbacks. The prices to rent out spaces for guest are expensive, they have EV chargers however charge you to use them which could be free, the street lights are always going off for parking on the streets that doesn't make it safe, and you can smell weed so many places.

Office staff are professional and courteous. The garage has new motion bright lights, much appreciated, particularly for evening and night entry. Maintenance requests are handled timely. This is a dog friendly building which I appreciate, having a 4 lb dog myself. Poop stations are convenient and always have bags. The cons, common areas could use some paint. Like any apartment complex not all tenants follow the rules. Depending on where you work a 5% rent reduction is possible. However this is not available to retired individuals. Tour the building and see what you think.

The staff responds to requests quickly and with professionalism. The property is kept clean (regular trash removal; amenities kept clean) and continue to improve the property for safety such as new and brighter lights in the garage; replaced the railings in the garage to the entrance doors and added a dog park.
