Maintenance didn't communicate well. Maintenance didn't tell me if the fireplace could be cleaned or not. Maintenance came to the door without mask, and shoe covers on. I expect for maintenance to be prepared and receive a phone call or notification before entering or coming to the apartment.

I've lived at the Bowen apartments since 2013 and I've had a wonderful experience. Maintenance is very quick to respond and the office staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend that the pool water be changed though.

My experience has been fine. I have no issues with the staff. The people driving in the garage are disrespectful. they drive to fast. The neighbors do not seem to friendly. The staff is very friendly.

It was ok until I had conversations with residents that have been there long term. The staff in the office is very unprofessional. The community is nice but there are things that need to change. I ran into a bad situation and lost my job. I applied for rental aid with the county but the office was not cooperative in the matter is helping get the rent paid. Then they offered to extend the lease and took it away for the non payment and all I was trying to do was get caught up. I'm fact the application was still able to be processed t they just were not to caring about the matter. The staff has a very bad reputation and brings the community down.

Overall community is good. A few things have changed since 2020; the removal of security system in each unit and lack of security cameras in building, garage & near street, cars are being broken into alot especially during the winter when it gets dark early!

They lied about alarm systems, they advertised alarm systems in every apartment and then took them out and you pay for your own, but didn't adjust the rent. You pay for parking every month and visitor parking if needed, but if you a motorcycle you can take up a parking space for free.

We have lived in the BE Community a little over 4 months. Glad we made the decision. Groceries stores, shopping and recreation are easily accessible. The staff is always professional, courteous and able to resolve any issue that may arise. The community's amenities were definitely designed with its resident's in mind. It is a nice place to live in and were are glad to be part of it.

Quiet, gated community makes me feel safe, friendly staff, good amenities, pet friendly, close to school and stores. Events for residents. I miss the built in home security system. Other than that, it's a great place to live.

This community is the best I have found in the Bowie area. Security could be beefed up a bit to avoid some of the issues in the garage and around the community. Amenities are great and the property is clean. Weed usage is an issue but not sure much can be done about it since most are doing it inside their units. It does make for unpleasant smells in the hallways.

This is an excellent community with a very attentive and responsive staff. The property and grounds are very clean and well-maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide many community activities for residents to mix and mingle. If anything is out of order in the property, it will be addressed and resolved quickly.

The experience here has been great. Not perfect but very nice. Few flaws in design. Decks above patio should not have space between planks. All drainage seeps through and drips on patio furniture. Pets have been put out on deck and they have urinated through deck onto my patio furniture.

My community is well kept, quiet, with nearby town center that has all your common needs - food store, local shopping, dining, etc. The gated security and covered garage and huge positives. I do not have much more to say but I am required to reach a minimum # of characters.

My experience has been mixed. I like the community and the maintenance response has been good, but management has not communicated well regarding certain things, including a recent crime committed on the property. The emails sent from office management were not clear in explaining to residents what happened, and how it happened. Residents need to know the severity of the situation in order to make decisions for their own safety and well being. Also, appliances should be kept up to date, not just functional, in a "luxury" building.
