Lovely place to call home

This place is very nice, great staff, and awesome amenities. Apartments are spacious and parking is easy. The grounds always look great and its very scenic. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Feels Like Home from Day One

This place really stands out because of the people. Larry is amazing—kind, professional, and you can tell he truly cares about the residents and the community. The maintenance team is just as great—super prompt, respectful, and always helpful when something comes up. You never feel like you’re waiting forever for things to get fixed. It’s clean, well-kept, and has such a welcoming feel. Definitely one of those places where you feel taken care of.

I like it here

I moved in a year ago and while I wish they had more people come to their parties, it is a fun community and they do a lot to make it look nice even though it's a big place. I plan to renew my lease depending on price

Great place to live

I love living at Old Farm Shores. Sitting on my deck overlooking the lake is a great place for weekend coffee in the summer. With all the snow we’ve had over the winter, I could always count on the maintenance staff having the roads and sidewalks cleared before I went to work. The office staff goes above and beyond for any issues I’ve had.

Nice property and staff

I’ve been living at old farm shores for almost 2 years now and the community is great with all the amenities offered, and the property staff are great, the people in the office are amazing and always nice to talk to and can help us with our issues, and the maintenance team is very quick and efficient on responding to any maintenance requests I put in

Awesome!

I lived there before and honestly really liked it. The office team was always super nice and made me feel welcome every time I came in. The property stayed clean, the pool was awesome, and the gym was always clean too. Maintenance was also really good and always handled things fast. It just felt like the people there actually cared, and that meant a lot.

AMAZING

I've been a resident at Old Farm Shores for just 7 months, and it has been one of the best experiences I've had. I recently moved out on my own, and Larry made the move-in process incredibly smooth. I absolutely love the water view from my apartment. It is very peaceful, and my cats enjoy watching the ducks and geese swimming around. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, and although I encountered a few minor issues, Tasha was very positive and calm on the phone when I called. She promptly took care of everything after I reported the problems. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and their warm attitude never fails to put a smile on my face. If you see Anthony around, you're sure to have a good day! I would definitely recommend Old Farm Shores to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

Beautiful Property

I’ve been at old farm for a couple years, they’ve done some really impressive work to the property over the last year. We’re excited to see what the landscaping looks like this year, when we first moved in there was admittedly a little tlc needed, and they really went all out to remedy this.

Moved into a studio apartment back in 2000. Transferred to a 1 bedroom then to a 2 bedroom. The lake was a big draw for me. It is calming and the catch and release fishing is fun. This is a great place for anyone needing calm in their lives.

The best place to live in GR

If you’re looking for a new home, make sure you check out Old Farm Shores! It’s close to everything you need from going out to just running errands. The maintenance guys keep up with the grounds, apartments are immaculate and bug free! The buildings are older and you have the typical issues, but maintenance will fix anything needed. The office staff is amazing and always willing to help. Couldn’t ask for a better place for the price!

Old Farm Shores is the perfect fit for any nature loving city person! The trees, lakes and animals make the setting perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help you get to know your neighbors with their resident events each month. More importantly, maintenance guys are amazing as they are always there to help out when you need them - even if it seems like a silly little annoyance. I appreciate them all more than words can express and and thrilled I chose Old Farm Shores to call home!

Nature at its finest

I love living here. With the water, trees and wildlife it doesn’t get any better. The office staff are engaging and caring. Maintenance are quick to respond. Love all the improvements last year. The community gardens are at the top of my list.

The Best Apartment Complex Around :)

I have been living in Old Farm Shores Apartments for almost 2 years and I can say with complete confidence, I love it! I love the atmosphere & vibe. Pretty much everyone I encounter, neighbors & all, seem very kind & friendly. Nice trails to walk or bike along with old farm park right by with disc golfing. I love walking around at night with my dog and seeing a bunch of sweet deer. I love the ponds with all the geese & ducks. I love that it is pet friendly. My pup loves the dog park & I love all the other pups. My daughter & I love the pool, which is a very nice pool & always clean. They have a nice gazebo you can host a bbq in the summer or just cook dinner for the fam & a fire pit area. A nice little gym & club house. The club house has games/hangout area you can access unless there's a party. They also always do cool events like free dinners, cookie decorating, contests, etc, thought the year. The area in general is pretty nice. I hardly hear any disturbances. The staff is GREAT! Maintenance will get on your request on the same day. Larry, Tasha & Patty are awesome office peeps, the best! Kara is the BEST property manager EVER!!! She is truly amazing! Any of them will always help you with anything you need. I love living here! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great, safe, peaceful place to live :)

A Welcome Respite

I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking to find themselves in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors and friendly, helpful staff overseeing things. I had one maintenance emergency and it was taken care of swiftly. Moving in was such a breeze and when I unfortunately fell sick a few months later and had to go through a career path change, the staff was so understanding and accommodating. Honestly this is the best apartment community I’ve had the pleasure to live in. 10/10 would recommend

my only complaint would be the landscaping. The rocks are all over the place and I have tripped on them ( luckily I haven't been seriously injured ) In the warmer months I've noticed a lot of weeds growing everywhere, they cut them down and they just grow back. I also think you should replace the washer in my apartment building, we have 2 dryers but only 1 washer. Good news is I adore the office staff. 5 stars to Patty, one more thing, resident's who's blinds are all torn up because of their pets should be made to replace them. Thank You, Kathleen Cameron

I love living here, office staff is wonderful, the maintenance team is same day. We recently got 6 inches of snow, the maintenance crew was shoveling all day and the roads were and still being plowed at 5:30 when I arrived home. It’s nice not to worry about driving and walking in deep snow.

Maintenance fixed up everything when I moved in. They are friendly and keep the grounds clean. Staff is helpful. Plenty of community activities. I enjoy the nature, ducks, trees, trails. This is a great place for the price, compared to other less attractive setup. Apply today! Veterans discount.

The lawn care is bad. Maintenance tries to band-aid the problems. Floors make noise every time you walk. The apt you see when inquiring about Old farm shores is NOT apt you will be getting. You'll get a apt with noisy floors, outdated appliances. Good luck renting here! I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

its like having my own home and yard on the pond. i have fantastic neighbors and we enjoy planting flowers and making the appearance that we care about the property. I have gone through many changes in office staff and maintenance and these people are my absolute favorite. They are conscientious, kind and very efficient. They go out of their way to welcome everyone, not only doing their own jobs but have to take care of outsiders who think they do anything they want and be disrespectful. There are rules in every apartment community and if we didn't have these rules it would be pure chaos. the staff is here to make this place great for the residents. Residents should be respectful to staff as they have our best interest at hand. Not only do we have a beautiful pool area, dog park, beautiful outdoor kitchen, walking path and a beautiful clubhouse and as a resident i appreciate being able to bring a guest or two to those areas. Unfortunately people who don't. live here don't have respect for rules. People can be asked to leave if they don't follow rules. Police have been called to to escort people out read your lease and let the rest of the residents enjoy the amenities. As a resident of Old Farm Shores, we are protective of our community. I would like to thank the staff, Kara, Larry, Patty and Elonda. I would like to thank the maintenance team Mark, Andy, and Jon. It has been a pleasure meeting so many caring residents here.

Very beautiful apartments! Could use a little remodeling but overall apartments are really nice. Very beautiful fire place in the living room and very spacious rooms. They have very helpful maintenance that fixed my issues within minutes.

I have lived at Old Farm Shores for several years now. The office staff has been so helpful with me from day one. I have moved within the complex twice due to personal reasons and they went above and beyond to find me accommodations to meet my current living situation. The apartments are soooo nice and kept up as well as the grounds. The pool and walking trails are awesome. I feel like I live in a Condo and I plan to stay there for some time to come. I would highly recommend Old Farm Shores to anyone looking for an apartment community.

My .Name is Janet Iman. and I live on the North Shore Drive side of our community.I love living here and it's like your a family here instead of an apartment complex. I have 4 sets of neighbors and we all look out for one another.With the view of the Lake I feel like I'm on vacation and staying at a 5 star resort.The leading staff with a shout out to my sister from another mister "Patty is amazing and always there to help .The maintenance staff rocks and is very courteous,and respectful coming into your home.You can live the dream and feel like your on fantasy island to.This was the best move of my life.They also have community events that include movies, food,and fun. The grounds are kept landscaped well and they are clean.. And like Mr. Rodgers said won't you be my neighbors.

Save your time and money. Been here for too long. don't have a working water heater. i've called maintenance and even spoken to the manager more than 4 times and all maintenance does is turn the gage to hotter and tell me studio apts have smaller water heaters ( doesn't explain why i can't even wash my hair without water getting cold. so now i just have scolding hot water for 5 minutes. A couple months after being sick of harassing maintenance i reached back out again to the manager who i spoke to previously and she had no idea why i wanted to talk about my heater. SO i have to go to other peoples houses to shower. my ceiling was leaking at 12:30am so i called overnight maintenance and they told me to go upstairs and knock on whoever's door that is. SUPER UNSAFE!!!!!! i'm a young girl living alone and the last thing i'm going to do is go knock on a strangers door and that time of the morning. Maintenance never fixed the ceiling either so hopefully i won't get charged. This place is a ---- show and i cannot wait to get out of here.

It is like living in a resort. Very nice landscaping, ducks, pool, and it feels like a community. The staff is kind and helpful on answering questions. Club house us nice and ponds are well kept. I like it here. I like being ticked away in this gem complex.
