Very Very Unhappy Resident :(

I am new at the Drawbridge apartments. I hear all kinds of terrible things about the manager. Myself has only had one encounter with her and it wasn't very pleasant. She was very short and snobby. Everybody else that works in this complex seems to be very respectful and helpful.<br><br>Thanks

I like it here a lot!

I think this was a nice idea. However it is so sad to see the same person writing bad review after bad review about the apartments. Maybe you would get better service if you didn't act like such a bi**h. You guys are doing a great job and I hope you know it. Drawbridge is the place to be. Don't listen to the obsessed loser who keeps writing negatitive comments the rest say what this place is. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! -Eric

Great place to live

I do enjoy the staff. They are friendly and eager to help/fix everything at any time. I think Kristen, Mike, Lisa, Dave and Bob are doing a great job.<br>The flowers are lovely, the pool/gym are in good shape, and the prices are very reasonable. <br>Always willing to help out in a bad situation, or to talk things out.<br>After moving from a house for 30 years to an apartment, it was hard to adjust, but all the staff made it feel like home. <br>Now some of the residents well.......

My roomate and I were down in the fitness center and were reminded about the contest. I think Drawbridge is a nice place to live and my neighbors are happy too. Everybody is nice and looks out for eachother. We like it here & enjoy having the fitness center and pool.

good location

Good location. Right near everything. Metro Park, the lake, freeways and more. Everything is right were I need it. Also, the apartments and staff are nice too.

Lap of Luxury?

I am new to apartments this year, after having a house for so many years. First off lets start by saying how nice the manager kristen is. She always seems to be in a nice mood, even thought managing the complex is not at all an easy task. Next on the list is the housekeeper Lisa, lets just say keeping the complex clean is a downright tough job. She is always saying hello to residents while she goes about her job. She is doing a remarkable job. Then the maintenance guys, Dave & Bob, boy You wanna talk tough, these guys put up with alot. They not only fix, repair, install, but help out others with tasks that might be beyond their reaches. Overall I would refer anyone here. The Workout room is a good bonus to have.

Drawbridge is a nice place to live. Everyone seems friendly and the place is clean. Plenty of lighting at night and my neighbors are really nice.

great staff

Lisa is to be commended for all her hard work and beautiful personality. Dave is very pleasent and professional and nice to have in my home. Bob is new but seems very nice. The property is well kept and we love the pool and fitness center. <br>Kristen and Michael are great worker bees in the office with very professional manners. <br>Thank you for having us as residents. <br>Robert and Deidre

I like it here everyone is nice. The place is clean and maintenance fixes things when I call. I have not had any problems. My neighbors are quite. I think the apartments are nice.

These comments must be written by the manager, Kristen!! Every one of them!! Not to mention it's a bit obvious too!! Give it up! This place is nothing like these phoney comments. Let's get real now! What does she think she is? A miracle worker??

good staff

When ever i'm driving thru the parking lot, someone form the Drawbridge staff always waves at me. It could be the manager Krisin or one of her staff. I'm always happy to come home. Someone always greets me with a hello and a smile

clean place to live

When I was first looking at apartments, I went to the Glens first and then came to Drawbridge. Drawbridge was cleaner and the staff seems to know what they are doing. I feel good when someone comes to visit me, because the hallway always looks clean.

since management changed things are looking good around here. It is nice that drawbridge had a BBQ for all the people who live here. I made new friends here because of the BBQ. The people who run the apartments are nice.

Good support staff

I just wanted to let everyone know just how much I appreciate Lisa and Dave. They have always been extremely helpful the last four years I lived here, as well as always friendly and willing to stop for a pleasant chat. Many times, they have both gone out of their way to help me out. Keep up the good work!

not HAPPY at all!!

I'm not happy and neither are many others. I talk to my neighbors and we know everything that is going on around here and management doesn't even seem to care. Many 'break ins' and it's very scary! These past 3-4 comments are hilarious!

Every thing is fine since Kristen has been in the office. Things are well organized and all my needs are fulfilled. Thank you for your service and your staff is great. I really enjoy calling the office now. Mike has been really great with all my request.

We are In desperate need of a new manager.

I have not lived here for very long but the manager needs a attitude adjustment. She is the most unpleasant person i've ever did business with. Is she here to stay?

When the summer was winding down and it was cool out they cranked the heater up to about 90 on the pool so we could still take a nice swim. Cleaning and maintenance are on the ball!

Great Leasing Person

When I first looked at Drawbridge Apartments, I was greeted by a friendly person who made me feel at home. Mike answered all my questions and already, I feel that we were friends. He's a great sales person, and "all around great guy". I'm glad that he's part of the team were I live. Thanks Mike. You have made me feel at home. They should have an award for "Leasing Person of the Year". You are it Dude. Thank you for your great service

Good for the price

I moved in about 6 months ago. I picked this place because of the location. I am happy I did I have no complaints. Nice apartments for the price. I would recommend -Megan
