I am in a unit that I'm sure was requires a TOTAL UP GRADE! But for me to have to "PAY" for an upgrade is ridiculous! I have the "White cabinets" where the middle shelves hang as if their going to break, I still have carpet in the dining area and I have a dishwasher that has NEVER properly worked! (all the water doesn't drain out), so I use it to store dishes in.

I moved into Drawbridge East back about a year ago, and I recently just renewed my lease with them. The staff is composed of kind and genuined people, and the prcie of the rent is fairly good for the amount of sqft you'd get. I'm satsifed with everything except two things: walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you pretty well. Second thing is, the traffic. Because the apartment complex is located on 16, where it gets busy during morning and evening, commute can be painful. However the commute issue is just my personal thing. I haven't found anything else to be sub-par other than the thin wall.

I believe that Drawbridge could be a phenomenal complex if some money were invested into it. Updates to the apartments would certainly be a plus for everyone involved. The age of the property is definitely showing and does a disservice to what could be a really nice place to live.

The new managers are a lot better the managers I had when I moved in. Things are getting fixed and upgraded to match the price of the community. It's quiet and everyone I have encountered seems very nice that lives on the grounds.

Great! It was a pleasure meeting and talking with the staff at Drawbridge. The apartment that was shown to me was the one I got when I signed the lease. I live in a pet friendly unit and I have yet to hear any noise. So far this place is great, clean, friendly, and has,a lot to offer.

I like the environment and the set up of the apartments as well as the friendliness if the staff and neighbors. The only thing I really seem to have a problem with is bugs such as spiders, rollie pollies etc.

It is a decent community. The grounds are fairly kept. Maintenance is usually speedy and efficient. I would refer this apartment community to someone who was moving in the area. Staff is always friendly.

It is a nice place to live but the rent is crazy for a one bedroom apartment with animals. I have had to call a lot of times for my door and other things to be fixed and i gave up because it wasn't done the way it should have been done.

I do not like that the rent has increased so much over the past couple years that I've been there with very little change or improvement. I also did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously when I spoke with the current management about it

Drawbridge delivered on everything they advertised for. I've had so many problems with my last apartment, and moving here is like moving from a nightmare to a dream. I worked with April to get my new home, and she was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with. She was so patient with me despite the fact I was getting a little quick about moving in ASAP. Instead of getting annoyed she did what she could to help me move in faster, and I couldn't be more greatful. These apartments are spaceous and full of light! It's so easy to relax and take a breathe here!

Best value in the area for the amenities! The landscaping and snow removal is always done regularly and professionally. The office staff are very knowledgeable and polite. My neighbors are also friendly.

Overall experience has been great! It's easy to pay rent and use their online services for maintenance request etc. Maintenance is quick and they are polite. Pool is kept clean and so are the buildings. Only issue I have is with trying to upgrade to a better unit when my current lease is over. Besides that it's a highly recommended place to live.

Experience is good here at Drawbridge. The appearance of the apartment is very nice and maintenance does a great job. My biggest complaint is the residents renting near us and we can constantly hear the people above us stomping around day and night. It has kept ourselves and our daughters awake at night.

This complex is full of friendly staff, neighbors, children, and pets. They offer a wonderful pool area, gym facility, sauna, laundry in building, also close to highways, and is pet friendly. We love our home here

I've been here almost a year and I love it. No complaints about neighbors,staff or pets. Great space for small families and affordable rent. Great pool area and 24/7 security! Parking is convenient and affordable too.
