I checked into all of the apartment complexes in the area and found Drawbridge exceeded my expectations. Nice location, superb staff. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The one thing that stands out is the care given to the tenants by mgmy. Very happy!

Drawbridge East is quiet, clean. The apartments are spacious and the staff are professional, and very interactive with residents during holidays. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Also, it's the ideal location for all major entertainment and shopping venues and fresh food options.

Move in day was a bit chaotic, the floors weren't finished and there were a few things that needed to be fixed right off the bat, but the apartment was decent. It's clean, carpet is new, obviously new flooring, the cabinets were in good condition and overall mostly just minor stuff that had wear and tear. Though I haven't been here long it's ok. Haven't been able to hear my neighbors, the grounds are well kept, emergency maintenance person was so nice & helpful. I was offered compensation for the floors not having been finished the first day. Most people I have encountered have been friendly and helpful.

I used Apartments to find this place & have not been disappointed! Community oriented, safe, good office staff & maintenance crew. Beautiful pool, exercise room is clean. Plan on staying another 10 years!

Things have really declined since I moved in here. You always would see maintenance staff out and about working on and around the property. House cleaning was done regularly with follow-up checks in the buildings. Now we are constantly short staffed. There is an abundance of corner cutting going on. They are putting maintenance care onto the residents. The pool is listed as only being open Monday thru Friday...this is a home residence where people are home on weekends and should be able to enjoy themselves. We used to have visible security walking the property checking in and around the buildings. Now you never see them. And now if you call security...you have to leave message on some system that you aren't even sure is an actual business.

The community here is quiet and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff are always kind and welcoming. There area is great as well, the community is right off the freeway, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Metro Beach is also close by.

It was fine until recently. We spoke very highly of the complex but the negligence of the staff really set me off. I have been a huge advocate for this complex an all that has been lost in a matter of days. I hope and pray no person or no animal has to deal with what we have the last three days

i just moved here but so far it seems nice i like my kitchen it is pretty big. The size of the apartments are nice and I like how close it is to the highway. I also like the fact that there is a pool.

Relatively quiet community, clean and safe. Ample parking spaces. Close grocery markets and other shopping. Close to expressway. Affordable rent. For apartment living, it is very comfortable. I'm enjoying my stay here.

While the pandemic is an issue, moving in was relatively easy and the apartment was much nicer than originally assumed and easy to get accustomed to, even though I have never lived in an apartment before and I definitely don't miss yard work.

Nice apartments. Clean & quiet environment. Neighbors mostly stay to themselves. Complex employees are nice & very accommodating to needs upon request. Maintenance request are answered quickly and resolved. A little on the expensive side for a 2bedroom but keep in mind the closeness to a main freeway & near major stores/business.

Maintenance crew are professional and courteous, as are the people in the office. They recently switched the security company and I feel safer here now. The only downside is that amenities are still closed for the foreseeable future during the pandemic, aside from limited access to the pool.
