No way! Don't rent here.
This place is awful. There is a high incidence of vandalism, the noise ordinance is not enforced, people are constantly yelling in the hallways at all times of the night and day. If peace and quiet is something that you like to have - this is not the place for you. They don't fix things, even when they say they will. At the end of the lease they will try to make you pay $30-$40 more than what you were paying and on top of that they will require another pet deposit on top of the one that you made to move in. Everyone that I have talked to - postmen/women and Roosevelt Park Police officers have told me that this place DOES NOT have a good reputation. Check the dept. for yourself, they are called out here at least once a week for one reason or another. The fixtures and other amenities are cheap and look as if the job was done halfway. All the way around this place is horrible and I am looking forward to leaving as soon as possible. The only plus is that the apt. managers are friendly.

Good apartments, Good people
I lived in this apartments for 2 years and found exceptional services for the price. The apartments were built with requirements in mind. Very good people at management, always fast responsive to issues of their residents. I had good and wonderful experience for my overall compared to the apartments I lived at Omaha.

nice cheap place
I felt very safe here. The place is nice enough, although they told me I'd have new carpet and it was old beaten down carpet. My yuppie parents thought it was a dump, but I didn't see any problem with it... a bit run down and old, but nothing you can't live with. A lot nicer than my last aparttment, at the Muskegon Townhouses.
