First apartment so it's great to me great atmosphere ,people think they moving into the ritz and complain is crazy and just slow about small stuff they can fix they self , overall il keep renting til rent hit 2k them I'm out??

This place is great !

This place rocks ! Special props to Melissa! She is always very helpful, and quick to answer our questions. She is very friendly , and is quick to offer a hello, or anything .Our daughter loves going to visit her, and the rest of the office staff! Keep up all of the hard work!! We love it here! It’s been a great 7 plus years!

Great Maintenance Crew

Maintenance comes quick and does a great job everytime, I’ve had Dre the past few times and he’s done an amazing job and is very quick and thorough! Everything always gets done and I haven’t had problems with anything fixed since.

Super Friendly Staff!

Super friendly staff members and maintenance! I feel comfortable and confident with the maintenance team here! Our closet door broke when I moved into the apartments here, and the staff ensured it was quickly and effectively taken care of! It’s really nice to know I can rely on the maintenance team here at Lakecrest!

Quick, professional and friendly

Our experience with the assistant property manager was great. She was welcoming, warm, and professional...she was able to fill us in on all the details quickly and precisely. She got us approved in a few hours and gave us the keys!!!!!

Great Experience!

All the staff I encountered at LakeCrest Apartments were so friendly. Melissa especially made me feel welcomed she was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I highly recommend setting up a tour and visiting LakeCrest for anyone looking for an apartment.

Mice, loud neighbors, no bike racks

The title of my review says it. There have been ants, mice, now rats…and I’m on the 3rd floor! I’ve been thru a couple sets of loud neighbors, and I’m just thankful I do t live down the hall where I can reall hear people yelling. Last but not least, the complex’s does not provide bike racks outside your building, and the maintenance guys straight up sawed my bike lock off when I locked it to the stairwell. Had to make a police report and have the neighbors report back to me what happened. Then the bike was returned to me with a flat tire, they refused to take the price of a new lock off my rent, and the woman I talked to was rude on the phone

This is the place to be! I’ve been here 4 years now.. we are just entering into our new renewal! We love it here! The office staff is always very understanding, and quick to help with questions! I love that Kathleen and Melissa are doing such a great job! Melissa is always so pleasant and always quick to do anything she can to help answer my questions! Even when they are silly questions! Keep up the great work guys ! I love it here and couldn’t ask for a better office crew ! And Maintenance staff!

Great place

Great place to live. Nice staff. Maintenance is pretty quick to get to you. Pool is nice once it's open. So is the fire pit in the fall. Only complaint is people don't pick up after their pets like they should.

Worst place to live. Please don’t rent anything here. Just a horrible place to live. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I also want to tell everyone this place has 0 Maintainance, extremely rude staff and totally ignorant. They never care for any of your requests and stuff. Don’t no sign any lease here

We came in hoping to find an apartment for my disabled brother in law. Even with out an appointment, the leasing agent Morgan, took us back for a tour of their model immediately. We were amazed that not only did she answer all of our questions, but also knew some sign language so she was able to include my brother in law in the conversation and get his opinion on the apartment. While they do not have any current openings, she explained to us about the waitlist and we are hoping they have something come available soon.

I was visiting my aunt and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Love the upkeep of the apartment complex. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend living here. The location is a great place.

I move out next month but overall the experience has been alright. The buildings are old and not much is being done to improve them but that’s not fault of the staff. The staff is easy to work with and maintenance is good.

The front office staff have been very polite and informative since we first inquired. Lakecrest is also so close to everything. Schools, work, beach and shopping. Such a nice area to walk to most places too.

Lived here 4 years and have no plans to go. The manager Katherine in the office is very knowledgeable and polite when I go in there. I wish people cleaned up after their pets more though. The pool next to my building is nice too. JB

Came in for a tour and was greet by both of the nice lady’s that sit at the two desks right when you walk in. They both were so nice and one even showed me the model even though I didn’t have an appointment. Unfortunately I didn’t end up renting from them because my job offer fell through but I’m keeping them in mind for when i do finally move to the area.

Lakecrest Management team and its Maintenance team is prompt and responsive at all times, whether be apartment maintenance work or laundry or fireplace issues outside. There's coffee and cookies in the leasing office at all times, whenever u land up at office to meet the Management team.

0 stars if they allowed 0 stars Things to know before moving in, If you turn off the Air Conditioning and close the windows in the winter, it gets up over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The Model apartment is NOT like the actual apartments, the actual apartments are falling apart, dirty, and very outdated. If you like cooking in or on a stove, forget it because they give you a less than half sized oven. They will not do anything about noise complaints or secondhand smoke (cigarettes or otherwise) so do not bother asking. They do not take care of the landscaping outside. The parking lot is falling apart. The outside doors are propped open often so people can just walk right in. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building. There are 84 apartments in each building by the way. Overall, if you have not signed the lease yet, do not do it.

DO NOT LIVE AT LAKECREST APARTMENTS I have a slew of reasons for you to avoid this terrible apartment, but my main complaint is the ongoing laundry issue I am in building 4 on the Ravine side (the non-lakeside property off Cleveland) There are 3 washing machines and NONE of them work I have had screaming matches with the laziest and most incompetent Leasing ------------, who insists the broken washing machines are "a third party washing machine company and they are aware of the issues but it is the resident's responsibility to call them to come out" It has been this way for the 2 years I've lived here I AM A COVID-19 NURSE and clean scrubs Is one of the safest ways I can protect myself and others There are 800 residents and 0 working washing machines AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS Take a look at our laundry room:

I love this community because it's nice and quite drama free and everyone is so polite I love how clean everything is and it smells really nice and you have a nice view of the beach and if u like to walk it's a good neighborhood to take a walk in

I've been living at these apartments for about a year now. I'm very happy here. Sometimes I go into the office just to say hi or to attend a resident event that I am interested in. The staff and neighbors are really friendly. I feel happy here.
