Have had 2 apts here. Rent goes up. Quality goes down. No pool yet. Received threatening communications regarding pool, etc last year and didn't even use it. Communications seem to be written to children and I am practically a senior citizen. Scared to say my name for fear of retaliation.

    I have had nothing but great experiences! Anything that needs to be repaired is done so quickly! The staff is extremely pleasant to speak with. I have recommended this location to several friends, family and co-workers. I absolutely love it here!

      Overall it has been ok. I have not been satisfied with the sense of urgency when emergency maintenance is needed as I had to wait several hours for a response after air conditioning failure as well as after a pipe broke in my apartment. Its almost pointless to call if the office is closed. Even then there isn't a sense of urgency.

        There is HIGH turnover regarding staff in the front office as well as maintenance, so it is hard to communicate regarding issues. There are A LOT of updates that needs to be done to the units because they are older. The look on the outside is much nicer than the inside. Things like the showers, sinks , toilets, and tubs need to be replaced. There is only so much caulking you can do to hide the rust and mold...

          Well I was looking for a place that was not to loud and not alot of young people and I found that place but there have been a few things that I am not Happy about and that is the car break ins and I'm scared to leave my house at night time overall it's OK.

            There are improvements that need to be completed but like any home it takes time The property is beautiful. But the schrubs are overgrown and the growth around fence is awful. Don't count on good snow removal It has gotten worse over time. All the I individuals working on the property are friendly

              The staff as well as maintanence dept is unprofessional. Jobs not answered in a timely manner, and jobs left undone for months. I would not recommend anyone to live here. It is cheap but horrible place to live. You get what you pay for, for sure.

                Overall a pleasant and safe living experience. Nice sized apartments on the inside and a nice appearence outside with mowed green grass and kept up landscspe. Moving in was easy with plenty of space to move large couches in or out. Also appreciate having a security officer on duty and is visible. Would recommend to a friend

                  It's a very nice place to live at. The people are nice and the area is so quiet. They have a nice pool actually they have two of them and a gym that is good to be at for your quiet times. It's just down the street of a grocery store and gas station that is great for easy access to food and gas.
