It's okay. It has changed since I moved in. I don't think if they are just starting to let anybody move in now or what. I think they need to scene the ppl that comes through the property more. Just a thought

The Grand was fantastic, we always felt that the Staff went above and beyond to work for us and help us from applications to leasing to move in to maintenance and more. Every step of the way they demonstrated great care and interest in making our experience as amazing as possible as residents.

I am very happy at The Grand, the staff here is very helpful and they were very helpful when I was looking initially. They answered all my questions in a timely fashion, and even provided me a virtual tour as I was not going to be able to come in person before moving to KCMO. Since I have been here they have been extremely helpful and responsive and even gone the extra mile. I was diagnosed with cancer shortly after moving and they have been very supportive and I really appreciate that, especially as I moved here alone, and really had no friends to depend on.

We really like the location and view from our apartment. We feel like the cleaning crew could do a better job, rarely see anyone doing any cleaning. The trash can in the third floor garage overflows with garbage almost every week and stays that way for multiple days, yuck. We also have been disappointed with the amenities. Pretty much the whole time we've lived here, they've been unavailable. And for the short time they were available, we were charged $100 to use amenities that should have been free. The Elevation lounge and pool closing at 10pm is pretty lame. Especially on weekends. Seems like the whole rest of the building is inconvenienced because a couple residents live on the top floor. On a positive note, the employees we encounter are always friendly and nice.

Love it! Staff is wonderful and always ready to help. They make accommodations and go out of their way to provide the best help. The community is great and everyone is friendly! The building is always clean. The amenities are amazing, despite the recent flooding.

Great location, awesome amenities, apartments and common areas are neat and tidy. Management is always available to answer any questions or help with any problems. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner

I really like this apartment, affordable for the space and location. The only downsides are that the amenities floor is currently closed and being remodeled. Also, power & light can get a bit loud during the weekends

Amenities are awesome. However have been unavailable for a few different reasons. The only open amenity space closes at 10:00pm. The lobby area floors are a beautiful white tile. However, they are not being kept clean. Maintenance is very responsive, I don't see much cleaning of elevators, floor common areas, trash receptacles, trash chutes, etc. Security seems to be on their phones with their heads facing down. Not sure if they are there as a deterrent or if they are supposed to be engaged. There are a couple of awesome security guards who take the job seriously. The pipes have a moldy smell coming from them. It's hard to breath at the dog park. The smell of urine is so strong. There must be some kind of spray with odor eating enzymes that could be used on the turf. Love the view Love the staff Love the proximity to entertainment Not a huge fan of the street noise particularly when the motorcycle groups are riding around or when street racers start drifting. Wish the retail space was leased.

I have been living in The Grand for two years. My experience here was excellent. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Services are prompt, and Chris, the head of service team, is great. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

I immediately fell in love with my unit, the entire apartment complex, and the location. However, as the year progressed issues have risen: - city public bus stops have filled with people yelling, smoking and loitering - the basement flooded in February (which I am completely aware that it is not management's fault) and has yet to be fixed as of June. We have lost power several times since then in hopes of fixing it. Basically all of the amenities are in the basement except for the pool. Residents are currently being credited $40 per month and have a free gym membership; however, we initially were not given the gym membership. The gym membership was given only after many residents complained. And the gym is not nearly as nice as the one that was in the basement. - the elevators are extremely slow and usually only 2 are fully operating. I have had to wait for over 10 minutes for an elevator to come before. - the attached garage (that you pay $135/month for) has had multiple issues. The garage door has been left open for days at a time (which is alarming with the bus stops right across the street). During the flood, residents in the garage could not get out of the garage for nearly 3 days and were not credited at all for it. - this is a very noisy part of town, especially as the pandemic has tailed off. I will say the management team is very helpful and friendly and my unit is incredible and the perfect amount of space. The units provide amazing views and I haven't had issues with noise complaints.

Rough start, with time things became more smooth. Happy to be here, meeting tons of new people here has definitely helped! The pool vibes are amazing. And the staff here are really stepping up from when I first Moved in!

My experience since moving in Halloween of 2020 has been great. The staff is prompt and helpful. I am in a studio which I have found is quite spacious and the view of downtown is nice. The tenants have all been pleasant and generally friendly. There is security pretty much around the clock, which I love, and it's a secure building. They have a few different parking lot options which helps with people on budgets and with specific preferences. Unfortunately, the random ice storm in the winter caused our clubhouse to flood so that is being redone, but they compensated for that temporary loss in a few different ways, including a pass to a nearby 24 hour gym. They are very accommodating and very good at communication, which I love. I've only had a couple maintenance requests but they have been handled quite quickly, same day. They've done their best w community wide events given the pandemic and have been mindful of cdc recommendations and county restrictions. I highly recommend.

It's been an amazing journey and I can't get enough of it I love this place with all my heart. I will definitely be renewing my lease as long as I'm still living in Kansas City. The stuff here at the grand are the best and easy to deal with.

When I first moved in, I was extremely happy with The Grand. As time has gone on I do feel that attention to detail and customer service has slipped a little, but overall I'm still happy here. One thing that will be preventing me from resigning my lease when it comes around again is feeling generally unsafe when leaving and entering. Several times this year, I have been approached and borderline accosted by unhoused people loitering in front of the building. I am constantly cat called and it is honestly very stress inducing. There isn't a lot the building can do, but just an unfortunate location.

Wonderful for the first year. Super clean and almost maniacally and meticulously clean. Staff was great, not super friendly (with exception to the maintenance staff, they've always been perfect, competent, and friendly).

The staff at the Grand is literally second to none, they are kind people who genuinely care about the residents. Add that to stunning facilities, beautiful views, and frequent resident activities, this place is seriously a joy to live in.

The entire staff is amazing. From leasing to maintenance, everyone is extremely helpful and nice. The only issue has been the amenity spaces have been mostly unusable during my time at the Grand. Its important to note, however, that this was during COVID and then through no fault of the staff, a fire hydrant flooded the amenity area. Outside of that the apartments are amazing as is the staff.

I'm paying $80 for amenities every month that haven't been available the whole time I've lived there. That's my only complaint so far. The noise is no fault of the apartment, it is simply the location

I have been living here for about a month. I havenâ??t had any issues that required maintenance requests so Iâ??m not sure how smooth those run. However, Iâ??ve been very satisfied with the community, the office staff, and the cleanliness. Communication is frequent over the app, everyone is friendly, and the building is clean. I feel safe with 24 front desk staff too. Also the location is great! Esp when Covid subsides

I mean WOW!! I understand and respect anyones negative reviews on anything, but im hard pressed to think of anything at The Grand to complain about. Outstanding staff, quick responses to maintenance, and promoting social events (i wish i could attend them all!) Love the pool...u get a phenomenal view! The amenities are awesome too like the gym and coffee bar

I moved in right at the start of Covid-19. But my move went smoothly The leasing agents are the best. Covid is stil going on, so havenâ??t experienced the amenities, but got to view them all before I moved in. One of the main amenities if the recycling and glass.. I just canâ??t say enoughLocation oh great.

The Grand has exceeded my expectations! The staff are great, personable people. The amenities are exceptional and always kept in great condition. The residents are all kind people, most of which happen to have dogs. This is a great place for dog owners!

I fully plan on renting an apartment from here. Iâ??ve only gone on a tour but everything was amazing the the leasing professional was so amazing! The building is absolutely gorgeous. The leasing agent was able to answer every question I had. And the amenities were all incredible.

The Grand has really lived up to their motto "Elevated Living". The apartment, amenities, building, and staff make you feel proud to be part of their community. The amenities and space are well kept by an awesome staff with great daily attitude, they seem to enjoy themselves for what they do. The leasing office staff is very easy to work with and they care for the residents well being. I feel safe in this place with around the clock staff and security presence in this property.
