The staff is amazing and very accommodating, one of the main reasons why I moved here. The amenities are above the rest. When I moved in there were several things that needed attention, but no major issues that couldn't be fixed.

Health issues cause me to have to have a high criteria regarding cleanliness, mold, dust, etc. My refurbished apartment went above and beyond meeting my needs so that I am healthy and safe. Not only for my new home, but the surroundings are clean - even the trash area!

I've lived here for over two years. I do not have any complaints. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. All workers are friendly and always say hi. Even when I'm having a bad day they are always so nice to me and talk to me with respect. Couldn't ask for better people.

I haven't been here very long but it already feels like home. Staff and residents are pleasant and helpful. The grounds are well kept and it is extremely close to anything you could possibly need. Very happy I chose to live here.

The property management was amazing during the initial check and process. I was Comparing properties and they were very fast to answer my questions. The quality of the apartments are very high. The stove and dishwasher are very dated however.

very good, and convinient. the sorrounding is clean and neat, the community is safe and secure. sometimes the air smells of dog pope. sometimes it is noisy specially during day time when people mow the lawn and the other empty apartment is being renovated.

I'm very pleased overall with this community. It's clean, nice, quite, and the office staff is excellent. The fitness area is my favorite I know longer have to pay for a membership. The mail room is also great I don't have to worry about my packages.

The staff has always been very helpful and has always acted like they really care about you. It is very easy to make friends here. When it snows they streets are cleared of pretty quickly. My toilet was stopped up on Thabksgiving eve, so I called maintenance and within an hour a repairman was here to fix it. Acting like it was ni big deal for him to have to come and repair it.

A nice and safe place to live. A little pricey for Lee's Summit MO, but there are not a ton of renting options in the area. The only thing I have not been happy about is when our AC took almost a month for them to fix. Our electric bill was crazy high that month-month after and they said that was a normal electric bill for the area.

Clean and peaceful community. Maintenance requests are quickly handled. Location is great.,close to schools, childcare centers and supermarkets. Love living here in this quiet,clean and peaceful community. The clubhouse also has variety of entertainment for the residents.

I have enjoyed my time here but after four years my same window continues to leak. My rent has gone up every year even though the issue has never been resolved. The office staff is nice and people want to help. However my window continues to flood everytime it rains and my bathroom has never been repainted after the pipe burst.
