Great apt close to everything

Just renewed my 12th year lease renting thru Wooten Co/Plainview park. Very nice spacious apt, quiet and safe. Maintenance and office staff is very helpful. Great neighborhood close to so much. Great pool and gym. Highly recommend

Been living here 7 years!

I have lived at Plainview Park now for 7 years. Although some maintenance issues in the past year were delayed due to lack of manpower, the manager did all he could to make sure they did get completed. I have not had any major issues with noise even though Plainview Rd is quite busy. You will hear some traffic noise but I suppose that depends on how close your apartment is to the road itself. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. I have thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the grounds themselves are kept clean! I plan on living here as long as I’m able to! I would recommend Plainview Park as a nice place to live!

Just signed a lease for my 6th year at Plainview. Quiet area of town, just a 10 or 15 minute drive from downtown Springfield. Easy highway access and convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants. Great management and upkeep of the property. Very spacious, affordable one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings if you're on the top floor. Pet friendly. Traffic in the mornings and evenings into town can get bad, but no other complaints about location

Great place to live

The apartments are quiet and safe and the schools are great! The rent is quite reasonable, especially for the area and for how good the schools are in the neighborhood. I haven’t ever had issues with neighbors or break-ins or packages being taken. I love living here!

nice quiet place to live!

Plainview has been such a nice quiet place to live. I just renewed for another year. I would this recommend to friends and family. The maintenance staff and been great and work orders have been done in a timely manner. The manager has also always been very helpful.

Love the location

I’ve lived at Plainview for a year now, and I love the location. I lived in Nixa prior and work in Springfield. The locations a nice in between! Quiet area, not far from just about anything. Christian the property manager is amazing. From apartment hunting process, questions, leasing process and beyond he was always so helpful.

Quiet and Convenient

I really like living here at Plainview Park Apartments. The location is convenient to virtually everything in town without being right in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are very well maintained.

They have a 23 yr old leasing consultant that for 2 weeks gave me the run around. After jumping through hoops to take care of old debt, I'm told they won't accept me but would for my daughter on a 1 bedroom with a co-signer. I was also told I wasn't allowed on property until old debt was settled. I have no criminal history. I have a stable job. I had a co-signer. I made mistakes trying to care for my daughter when she wasn't employed. Wooten approved someone I knew that had a criminal background & poor credit, moving to Springfield with no on job time & no co-signer. Very Biased company. Leasing agent said his manager made the call. God forbid if you're over 50 & trying to get financially squared after being a single parent that you dare apply with them. They will drag their feet to say no to an older person but yes to the young.

I have lived in Plainview Park Apartments for a year now and I have had no complaints. It's quiet and I always feel safe. The apartment manager is the absolute best. He's very friendly and helpful! I plan on extended my lease again next year.

I love living here! All of our neighbors are so kind and friendly. I feel very safe. Complex manager is helpful and attentive. It is clean and well kept. Our unit is spacious and updated, plus it's pet friendly, which we love! I really can't recommend living here enough, I love it!

I love this community because of the great amenities and location! There is a gym, laundry and pool that are always clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area but only a block from main roads, gas stations, and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

My fiance and I have lived at Plainview Park for two years now and we have enjoyed living here. We hadn't lived on our own until we moved in together and Plainview has been a wonderful first home for us. The complex is small and quiet, and management is excellent. We love Plainview and we are happy to sign on for another year with this complex!

We've lived here 3 years. This is a small, clean apartment complex on the edge of town, so it's quieter than most other places we've lived in Springfield. We were very happy with it until they added nonrefundable monthly "pet rent" on top of the nonrefundable pet deposit. Obvious cash grab. Other than that, the only problems are the ones you'd have in any apartment (noisy neighbors, awkward bi-yearly inspections, etc.). The managers and maintenance have been friendly and helpful. We'd recommend this place if you don't have pets.

Plainview Park is in a great location because it's just off a main road, but the neighborhood is quiet and generally isn't busy. The staff is really helpful and whenever we've had a maintenance issue it's been resolved really quickly. The buildings are fairly new and I feel like it's a good value for the rent. The apartments are spacious, with washer-dryer hookups and the internet almost always works really fast. The grounds are well maintained and it's overall just a great place to live.

I have lived in Wooten Company Apartments going on 5 years now. A year ago I moved to Plainview Park Apartments and fell in love immediately. First off the location: very south side, very quiet, right off of Campbell with a Walmart, the library,an Andies, James River Freeway within a 5 minute drive. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. There is an accent colored wall that makes the place extra cozy. Vaulted ceilings make for a more spacious feel and for 1 person they are the ideal living place. The place has a modern feel, and I look forward to the days where I can just chill in my apartment. I just signed another year lease and can't wait to see what else I fall in love with!

I love this community because it is peaceful and quiet here! It is in a great location! Great school system for my daughter! Rent includes everything except electric and phone. They also have a pool, a laundry room, and workout room. The manager Christian is very easy going and quick to help as well. Thank you Wooten!

The people who live here are clean, the parking lot is kept up seasonally and the green space is nice for our dog. Management keeps up with maintenance requests and responds to issues in a fast and efficient manner. We’ve signed for a fifth year!

I love living at Plainview park apartments! I never have noise complaints, I hardly ever hear my neighbors or things going on around my apartment and I am on the first floor. The staff has always been helpful for me and fixed my minor issues very quickly. The grounds are kept very clean even though we are a pet friendly place. I would always recommend living here to other places. I have lived in other apartments and I love it hear more than anywhere else!
