Review of Plainview Park

When I first moved to Plainvew, TLC was the management of the property. When I found out Wooten was taking over, I was not happy. I am pleased to say, the new manager, Dani has changed my mind. Any time I bring an issue or problem to her or her staff, it is promptly taken care of. I would recommend anyone to move to this property. It is beautiful and well maintained. The staff who fixes issues are nothing but professional and take care of the problems. The area around the complex is very peaceful. The gym and pool area are really nice. There is even a play area for children. I also have to say that TLC did not take care of the issues I had with my apartment which I was very surprised. Wooten has and I will continue to reside in this property.

Wooten Co. does not impress me

Since Su Lyn left Plainview Park it's been nothing but terrible. Su Lyn made sure everything was kept and followed the rules to a T. Though at times she would go a little overboard, she was just doing what she was supposed to as a great landlord. We moved here knowing that there was someone patrolling all night and because we felt it was safe (had a friend who already lived here at the time) Too bad TLC sold this property! Saturday night/Early Sunday, 2/4 or 5/12, my fiance's car got broken into and of course there is no patrolling at night anymore since Wooten has purchased the location. I'm very disappointed. I'm afraid it will happen to someone else here. If they actually had someone patrolling like they're supposed to, this wouldn't have happened. When our lease in up in May, you can bet we're moving out!

New Management?

Can anyone tell me how Plainview Park is now that The Wooten Company has taken it over from TLC? We were thinking about moving there, but now we aren't too sure as Wooten doesn't have the best reputation? Thanks!

We love Plainview!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 9 months and we love it! We have only heard our neighbors maybe 3 times the whole time we have been here. The grounds are always kept up, clean (even when we have 3 feet of snow). The property is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. And Su Lynn is amazing. She's always up beat and is on top of everything. We enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone!

A great place to call home

My Husband and I had an awful experience in our previous apartment (Briarwood Village) and have greatly enjoyed the change here at Plainview Park. The manager is extremely helpful, courtous and conscientious. The neigborhood is quiet and I have never heard my neighbor. It has only been a few weeks but I can already tell that we are going to love living here!

Review of Plainview Park

I have lived in the complex for a month and a half. I find the apartmant manager, Su Lynn did be wonderful. The staff is great about fixing any issue, which has been minimal. The grounds are beautiful! You rarely hear your neighbors. I live on the ground floor and do not hear anyone above me. I just received my first utility bill and it was very low. You open your patio door, you can hear the traffic on Plainview, you close the door and you hear nothing. I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes in Springfield and find this one to he the best. TLC Properties know how to take care of their residences.

Plainview Park

I am back to an apt after many years in a house. I didn't think I would like it. I started looking and finally found Plainview Park. Other than a rare bump or too,( which is expected) it is very quiet and homey. I am very pleased w my 2 bedroom apt. You will not find one better set up(space, location, layout, friendliness of staff, etc) for the money in south Spfd. I tried! Beyond the great location and relatively small complex( I love that, by the way) I also would have to compliment Su Lyn. She has been a pleasure to deal with, and not just on the front end. She has always gone above and beyond to answer questions, or offer to deliver a package when I was on crutches. If I ever get into the apt business, I am stealing her to come work for me! I reccomend this TLC property!

Plainview park apartments

I have lived at plainview park for 10 months, TLC properties in my opinion for springfield mo are the best places to stay. Top of the line, very nice! clean apartments, with great! management. These people take their job's seriously and do a fantastic job at taking care of you and all your needs. Su lynn rogers is head of plainview apartments and she does a wonderful job with taking care of all the residents and property. I would recommend this place to anyone as well as any of the TLC properties for they are the best and top of the line. With their affordable prices and such nice apartments there is no where else you will find this!!

Great management

While Plainview Park is a great place to live at due to its great looks, quiet environment, and overall appeals, I would like to comment on what a great job that Su Lyn, the manager, has been doing at Plainview Park. Time and time again, she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She got her hands dirty for over an hour to get my car out of the snow, offered to drop off my parcels inside my apartment due to my work schedule conflicting with the office hours, and numerous other altruisms. Whenever I've had special requests, she has fulfilled them quickly and effectively. Her attention to details is impeccable and her cheerful mood is refreshing. I have stayed at many different apartments, and Su Lyn is by far the best manager I've ever had.

A Great Place to Live

I searched for several months to find the perfect place to live and I found it at Plainview Park. It is a smaller complex in a great location off the beaten path, yet still close to shopping and area schools. This is a quiet place with a nice workout room, pool and plenty of parking. The management is excellent--they are professional, personable and take care of maintenance issues ASAP. If you are looking for an apartment, make sure you check out this property!

Quiet, Secure Community

If you are looking for a quiet community where there are no loud parties and noises at night going on, then this would be the place for you. This is in a very nice neighborhood with one of the best school districts I have ever seen. There is also an exercise room and walking path for those health conscious ones who want to exercise daily and there is no extra cost. This is a great place in which to raise your children who can get a good education at a good school and not have to worry about the parties going on in the neighborhood as there are none.

Quiet, beautifully maintained community

If you are looking for a loud apartment community with lots of people around and constant partying, you will want to look elsewhere. I have been at Plainview Park for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier. Everything from the condition of the apartment, the plumbing, water pressure, appliances, floor plan, parking, landscaping, maintenance and snow removal has been outstanding and has provided me with a new definition of value. I smile as I pay my rent each month (or rather, as it is effortlessly deducted from my checking account- another great feature that simplifies my life) because I love where I live. Su Lyn Rogers, the Community Manager, is so pleasant and helpful. She is a driving force behind why this community is so pleasant and will gladly put in any extra effort to address any concerns or issues. I visited approximately 20 communities before selecting Plainview Park, and I am so glad I made the choice I did. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.
