My experience with Plainview Park has and still is very great. I'm on my second lease here now and I couldn't be happier. MAnagement is always on top of anything and maintenance is great. Anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood to live in could look no further than this place right here. Tell them Jake sent you when you come in to sign a lease!

Great place to live. Wooten and Plainview Park are great to have. Very quiet neighborhood and traffic. Pet friendly, great amenities, clean property and pool. Maintenance is always prompt at resolving issues and the manger is awesome!

I've been here for a year end of this month, I love this complex! Never expected to say that about apartments, but these are very calm. If there is a problem with your apartment it gets taken care of extremely quick. Spacious for what it is, in a great location. Neighbors keep to themselves and are nice if you do have interaction. No complaints from me.

Friendly staff in the office most of the time. The maintenance man is always around if you need something done or need to pick up a package. It is fairly quiet except for the noise coming from the nearby road.

This is my second year here and I have had no problems. The complex is well kept, I feel safe here the noise is kept down and the staff is very helpful. I will be renewing my lease for another year. My neighbors are great and respectful.

I love living at Plainview Park. Any issues I have had were addressed timely. The apartment is well made and very spacious. There is easy access to main roads, shopping and restaurants. I love the amenities. Yes, there is an additional monthly pet deposit that just started, but I don't mind. Management has always been great to help when needed.

Plainview Park will be the first apartment complex that I will be renewing my lease with for another year. It is extremely peaceful, and I've never even needed to call maintenance once in the past year. Great location, great internet speeds, and very clean and spacious apartments.

Plainview Park Apartments are a very nice, quiet community to live. They are close to shopping, restaurants. The Management is great and they are very well maintained. I have lived here for 7 years and renewing my lease.

Plainview park apartments are quiet, clean and a small complex. Maintenance is quick to fix things in a prompt manner. This will be my 2nd year living here and I couldn't ask for a better, safe, convient location, place to live.

This may be my forever home! No complaints, period. Private community, safe, well maintained, but still close to everything. Maintenance requests (Ive had very few), are completed in a timely manner. Apt manager gets my packages. I LOVE the pool!!

Just resigned for my 3rd year at Plainview Park. With the exception of one, I have only had wonderful neighbors. The pool is nice and never really busy. Great smaller, cozy complex. Cable included, Fitness Center and On-Site Laundry.

I have lived here since the summer of 2014, and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, it is always quiet, and I feel very safe here. We are renewing our lease this summer and I am sure we will be here for a few more years.

We've lived here for a year and couldn't be happier with it!! It very quiet, the grounds are always clean, and the staff is wonderful to work with! The 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious and the accent wall (which you get to choose the color of) adds a very homey touch! I would definitely recommend this complex!!

I was not overly happy about this apartment. It was everything I was looking for in price and amenities and location, but there were a few things I learned were not all that great. First off when I first moved in the smell of smoke from the previous tenant were overwhelming. When I went and asked the manager about what to do and that I was sensitive to smoke smell, they said "we can change the filters." (management has changed since then, and is much better) Which did not happen until a few weeks later. I've had friends leave my apartment because they said it smelled so bad. Secondly the noise in the apartment. I know that there is a certain level of noise that comes with apartment living, but you can hear people just walking upstairs because the floor creaks like crazy. Also you can hear people having conversations if you are in the bathroom...I don't mean you catch little words here or there, but full conversations. Not pleasant. Lastly the burn holes in the carpet, which I think should evoke replacement of the carpet or even just repair of that area. These apartments have real appeal from the outside, but look closer on the inside and you'll be disapointed. I know it sounds like I'm knit-picking, but rightly so. So here are the positives: The pool, the gym, the manager, and security. The pool is large and very beautiful, the gym is small but does the job, and the manager is lovely. With the security, I had an incident where I had to call because of a suspicious person looking into cars. They immediately came over and investigated and asked if they wanted me to follow up with the police for any reason.

Disgusting ! Ground units prone to flooding and they do NOT disclose. they will actually blame it on the previous tenant bean malodorous and they haven't had a chance to clean it Nor do they feel after it has flooded there is no need to offer a carpet shampooing not to mention checking for mold!!! the staff appears to be friendly but the truth of the matter is they are mean vindictive women! if you remotely challenge their authority they will quickly type up a breach of contract and plant items such as cigarettes in the breezeway that is not even the brand that you smoke and site YOU for them. if a friend we received mail at your address again quickly type up breach of contract!! the breeze ways are disgusting they never clean them I tried to keep ours clean but it was fruitless because there was three other apartments close 2 mine. reported a roach problem three weeks later nothing was done so I went into the office and a man did something be done again falsified reasons for breach of contract! table for the television is frequently with an eruption as is the free WiFi it is so slow you would be better served to just go ahead and pay for your own if you have the courage to live here it is the worst place I have ever lived the Internet is terrible the cable frequently says sorry for the interruption no cable connection please contact your cable provider and nothing was ever done about this either

I was not impressed danny was not helpful to me or my family, things were not fixed and if so they took days to get fixed. They dont answer to phone and the other staff i have seen are not any better. I would stay clear, unless you want to pay rent for no help.
