Excellent improvements

Lived here since 2021, and ever since Morgan took over as manager, this place has only been improving in quality. Maintenance is fully staffed and responds super quickly, grounds are always well kept and clean, and everyone you talk to is super friendly and understanding.

Positive Living Experience So Far

[Incentivized Review] I’ve been living at Rosewood Village Apartments and it’s been a solid experience overall. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is generally quiet, which I really appreciate. The staff has been helpful and easy to work with, and any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled pretty quickly. One of the things I like most is the convenient location—it’s close to everything I need without feeling too hectic. It’s been a comfortable and reliable place to live, and I’d definitely consider staying here long-term.

Overall a good place to live

[Incentivized Review] I've lived here for 3 1/2 years and it's been a good place to live. It's relatively affordable. IMO it is a little sketchy on the outside (but hard to find somewhere that's not in SPFG). Morga,n the manager, is great! Maintenance is always attentive and timely. The laundry room is very nice with lots of washers/dryers.

[Incentivized Review] Attentive and friendly staff, Morgan goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Pool area and big laundromat, very large washers and dryers. Good floor plan. My only complaint is the hallways are a little shabby and could use a facelift.

[Incentivized Review] Decent apartments for the rent cost in todays market. I do caution that mutiple 1st floor apartments have had water ingress due to heavy rains. close to 3 grocery stores, neighborhood walmart within walking distance.

[Incentivized Review] The flowers always stay pretty even when it's hot outside at Rosewood Village. The rabbits and squirrels are very friendly here, my dog loves them! Lots of places to park under the shade. Very friendly neighbors as well! Definitely enjoy living here.

[Incentivized Review] The basement units do flood from time to time, but the amenities are great and the location is awesome! Maintenance is hit or miss, but things generally get fixed in a timely manner. Internet is great too!

[Incentivized Review] have lived with Wooten for years now. They are quick to help with matinence, my property manager is so friendly and helpful, and my rent has not gone up too much over the years like it does in a lot of places. I have never had any issues with Wooten, and I recommend them to anyone looking to move in Springfield!

Efficient Community!

[Incentivized Review] Living in the Rosewood Village apartments is a pleasure! The property manager is easily available to answer questions and quickly address concerns. The grounds and pool are maintained efficiently. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues, neighbors are from a variety of backgrounds and are always considerate. For all these reasons, I recommend the Rosewood Village apartments.

[Incentivized Review] I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.

The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Great place

It's a great place to live. They take care of maintenance problems quickly and it's a quiet apartment complex. I've been here several years and have had very very few issues living here. All around very enjoyable place to live

Ok apt for price

I get a discount once a year for writing a review. I usually say it's an average apt for an affordable price. Though after the pandemic they raised the rent by $150 over two years, instead of the usual $0-$10 increase a year. That seemed like a steep increase. Otherwise, still an average apt - not fancy but liveable and generally safe neighborhood. Maintenance requests usually answered when staffed though always a turnover in maintenance/office staff. Simple maintenance is adequate - but sometimes sloppy for jobs like recaulking loose tiles or moldy shower grout, replacing a toilet but not patching/ repainting sloppy wall behind it, etc. Office staff is typically responsive/helpful but on some issues evasive with corporate speak unless you can pin them down/ be repetitive. (I've been lied to often enough by rotating staff - so a trend - but have generally gotten my issues solved if I point it out .) Summary - still affordable unless rent goes up again, decent apt for the price.

High rating for Rosewood Apartments

My husband and I have been living at Rosewood Apartments for the past 7 years. It’s affordable despite the inflation. The management attends promptly to maintenance issues. The environment is peaceful and it’s pets friendly. Our grandchildren enjoy using the swimming pool whenever they come visiting. The lawns are well kept. The laundry is operated via apps and this eliminates sourcing for coins to use for your laundry. Payment of rental bill is also by Auto pay if desired. Overall, the management is people oriented. It’s suitable both for students and families.

If rosewood village (wooten company) will steal from you they have stolen 50 to 60 dollars from me saying it's a carpet fee and saying it's in the lease. It's not! The property Manger will try can take more money out of you back account then what you allowif they over draw you account because of this they wont reimburse your overdraft. They harass there tenant. Don't give a ---- if you have COVID they want you walking up and down the halls and might expose other tenants just so you have to take trash out.

Surprisingly sound proof. Has a pool that is well maintained. Jennifer is an easily accessible manager who is friendly and works hard. Laundry is on site, free WiFi that only seems to slow during peak hours (usually after 7 and on weekends). Even then, doesn't slow overly. CB

Never RENT HERE! First things they never fix anything! For months my washer machine was broke from August -February it took them a couple of months to just come and look at it. Not to mention I just put another one end months ago reminded them several times and still no one! They don't care about your needs I even tried to contact the Wooten company manger over the rosewood apartments she has yet to get in contact with me . If you want something safe this is not the place I have videos and pictures of dumpster divers! They come literally every day! People have gotten there cars broken into and apartments! There is a big dog next to the garbage that can break the gate and attack you at any minute! (Which I told them about) The hot water in the bathroom sink comes out little. We went months with out hot water! Partial Utilities is only free WiFi and garbage DONT BE FOOLED! Since August they have been through 4 mangers that should say a lot right there!! You Will regret staying here TRUST !!! I have way more videos and photos
