Apartments are old. Paint was splashed all over, carpet was not replaced after a cat lived in the apartment before me and apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in. Too many bugs. $$$$&&&&&&&&$$$$&&&&&

Fantastic management and near plenty of amenities. The maintenance staff is very responsive and the area stays quiet after 22:00. However, parking and trash disposal continue to be issues here. I would suggest cameras near the dumpsters to avoid the constant mess that piles up.

Becoming a part of this wonderful community was a wonderful experience. Management was very informal and welcoming. I had a very small window to move and they made that so easy for me. My calls or emails, they were very prompt to return my call or email. I was really taken by how clean and organized the community is, I was really happy that they were pet friendly. Love this community! Love the responsive service staff that deal with everything from normal upkeep to emergency plumbing disasters! One thing I love is the excellent landscaping and grounds care. Staff in office are always welcoming and attentive to needs!

I am pleased with living here with the exception of parking. I believe it should be revisited and perhaps do something different. Instead of everyone with a sticker being able to park in front of their building, it should be only one car per apartment is able to park in front and all others need to go to visitors lot

The location is fantastic. Maintenance responds quickly when there is a problem. The office team has a high turnover rate. Unfortunately, the current team is not flexible or understanding of needs as they arise and don't seem to value longevity of renters.

The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The residents can be a lot to deal with between trash they let pile up and people smoking pot, it is becoming a less desirable place to live.
