Perfect For Our Transition
Stayed for just two months, but the staff members were flexible about the lease term and this really impressed us! Would definitely recommend this apartment community!

Great Place to live!!!
We moved here in August and rented our apartment "site unseen" from out of state. We had a beautiful home in Florida and didn't know what to expect moving to North Carolina. The apartment is GREAT!!! The location is perfect. It's extremely quiet! The neighbors are very friendly. Staying here until we buy.

Creekside is the Best Side!
I have been living here for almost six months, and have been pleasantly surprised with this apartment complex, management, residents, and overall atmosphere since Day 1. I love the social events, pool parties, and all the other fun activities that the management goes out of their way to put together. Never before have I been treated so well, and welcomed as I have in this community at Creekside Hills. The gym room is far better than the local fitness center (if you are into nice cardio equipment, all linked up to two separate TVs for easy viewing while getting in the daily grind of a workout; and of course, fresh towels). The management goes out of their way to make sure the residents feel happy and glad that they chose to stay here at Creekside, especially with their bargain prices for apartment rentals, and monthly rent specials. This is by far, the best experience I have ever had while renting. Thanks Deb, Tamra, Angier, Louis and Lori and Joe! Love the Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream, and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! Keep 'em coming:)

Creekside Hills Great Place To Live!
Creekside Hills is quite a nice place to live. Kudos to the entire office staff! Always helpful, willing to listen, and the ultimate goal is to bring resolve. I don't know how they do it all, but any request is efficiently & effectively taken care of. I moved in November of 2007. However, I had drastic bug problems living on the ground floor. Drastic pet problems did not occur until the weather beacame warmer or shall I say hot in the South. Well, so much for the old exterminator, in with the new. My problems are resolved(keep your fingers crossed :). Also, at any time, I may request through the office the exterminator to come out & spray again. Such friendly staff that compliments the manager Debra Shea. I tell you they are all on one page. It's great when you don't mind talking to any staff member about anything, obviously b/c they all have one goal in mind & that is to make sure residents are taken care of. Personal thanks to Debra Shea for always making the right things happen & it simply means that sheā¦Ā See More>solling

This website is the BEST!! I am a current resident and could not agree more. This place is sickening with all the dogcrap that no one and I mean the managment team here cleans up. The manager is so full of herself. She is a liar as well as the other. We are moving soon but will do whatever we can to let people know not to move here. They hace criminals here that are drug dealers, gang bangers etc. All they want to do is rent to whoever comes knocking. Be prepared to see flyers posted on what to do

Should have looked around more....
Though we are fairly pleased with our current living situation here, we are very anxious for our lease term to expire. We are renting a 928 sq foot one bedroom/den, as well as a garage... if it weren't for the special promotion running at the time of our signing, we'd be paying close to $1,000 dollars for rent, water and electric! We're already looking at other complexes in the area and are finding that the prices are significantly lower. We really like the floor plans and decor, but in my opinion, I feel that these apartments were built very fast... I'm not sure about other apartments, but when doing our apartment survey we found gashes in our pantry door, the frame molding around our front door is partcially embedded into the actual drywall... none of our windows lock and the front door also is not completely flush with the floor treshold, therefore we have a constant draft, there are cracks in the bath tub from the installation, our toilet had to be worked on a little over a month into our lease because parts broke, and the complex had to do an immediate inspection on the water heaters because thereā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Do not rent here
Do not rent here, unless you do not care about the fact that there is no grass for kids to play on, no benches or places to sit, play ground has been roped off like a crime scene for months, NO wi fi because they have shut the pool down, and if you want to play pool in the clubhouse, well be sure to do it when the office is open otherwise it is closed. What you see is what you get, anything the office staff says will happen in the future... has not and will not This could be a great place to live but the owners seem to have taken a cheap way out. This place S....

Does anyone eles in this complex have a problem with the cost of Electric ???
There is a problem with the electric in the complex Bills are the same each month regardless of how much you use your air or heat do not expect to pay anything less than $120.00 a month for a 2 bd.

The Peak of Good Living
I just moved here a couple of months ago, and have realized that noone has written a review of the place so I thought I would be the first. Over all so far I am very pleased of the complex, grounds, and especially the staff! They are very friendly, attentive, and seem to know everyone that lives there by first name! Everything is brand new so there can be no complaints on this aspect. I have not been to the pool yet but it does seem very nice. I do however frequent the gym as well as the business center. Both are very well maintained with the most up to date equipment. I can not say all of these good things without having at least a couple negative comments. First, and the most important to me is the parking availability. At the time it is adequite. I do feel however that as the complex begins to fill up further that there will be a lack of places to park. Second... At the time, there is no where to dispose of the pet feces. Hopefully in the near future this will be taken care of. Over all I must say that I truely enjoy living at this facility, and willā¦Ā See More>11B
