Overall I have been very satisfied with quality of service from staff and quality of apartment. Lack of ample parking and trash compactor being broken has been quite frustrating. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The grounds are well-kept and clean.

The maintenance team is great, personable easy to converse with. The office is in constant communication regarding on site events, food trucks, weather concerns, and other alerts. I am always greeted warmly and their attention to detail is consistently on target.

Hi there! I would not recommend living at this apartment complex! When I moved out they added a lot of hidden fees. The management seems to be trying to scam all the money possible out of you. Mainentance doesn't completely fix the problems. They just try to cover up the problems. The dumpster is disgusting. It is always overflowing with trash. The computers never seemed to work which is something you pay extra for. There are always a lot of unsupervised kids in the workout room and computer room.The location is a great benefit though! Happy to be out of the complex.

The office staff is great. They were always helpful when I came by or emailed them. The apartment itself is quite nice and everything was cleaned and perfect for move in. Only small issue I had was a wasp nest on the porch which was gone the day I asked them to remove it. The parking is weird. There are passes that allow one primary vehicle to park in front and a secondary pass to park in specific areas, usually the sides of buildings and further away. Visitor parking is very limited by my building and so far it has been full with residents every night. If I have guests over they will have to park pretty far from my apartment. I also do not like that basic cable is included for such a high rate and cannot be opted out of. I would prefer to chose my own provider without having to pay $50 regardless. Even going with Time Warner is an additional amount each month which is supposed to be a discounted rate but really you end up paying the same as you would signing up as an individual.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Clean, well maintained grounds. Apartment layouts are well thought out. The pet park could use some improvements. There should be remote video monitoring of the trash compactor area to catch violators.

This is a great place to live. It is clean, safe and the staff is very pleasant. It is close to schools and shopping. I have only lived here a short time but I am very impressed. To be able to live in a complex this new with all the amenities it has to offer at a fair price is quite unheard of. it is the best kept secret in Apex!!

Great community with a family environment filled with multiple activities. Staff is very congenial and knowledgable to tenants needs, parking at night after (2100 hrs) is suspect which may cause frustration but inclusively a good experience.

Colonial Village at Beaver Creek is a great community to live in. There is a large pool with tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs, gym and community events. The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is very efficient. Great place to live.

overall somewhat pleased.apartments are very noisy. floors are obviously very thin. people slam their doors,walk heavily in their apts or on the stairs and the walls shake. perhaps a letter to residents to care about drive too fast in the community,ignore stop signs. someone is going to get hurt.

Ever since I moved into this community, everyone was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whatever I asked for was done in a timely manner. The grounds are very well kept as well as the pool and clubhouse. I would recommend this community to anyone.

During my so far short stay, everyone has been extremely friendly. Also, the few times I needed maintenance, it was taken care of almost immediately. The treadmills and exercise room are nicely maintained and it is obvious that the grounds are very well taken care of.

My experience had been great so far with the exception of parking. There are limited spots and you are not given a visitors pass. Visitor marked parking is scarce. There have been several times where I as a resident have had to park very far away from my building and with 2 small children that is difficult. These occasions people were having parties and their guests (15+) had taken up a lot of parking. Towing is not enforced as we have been told.

From Day one Todd was absolutely marvelous. We were moving from a large house to a small apartment so we were picky. He wasn't pushy but informative. Sara was also awesome. When Todd wasn't available she too took extraordinary care of us. On day of move in we were driving from Virginia and was running late she stayed and took good care of us.

Management company takes great care of the buildings and grounds. No complaints there. Some neighbors are disrespectful of others and are noisy during periods when they should be quiet. Dogs bark at early morning hours and late at night. Oh well.
