Very dishonest management. Just wanted tenants to occupy their apartments but they don't treat their tenants right. Yes, they are very nice to you but they really don't care about your well-being. There is always a saying " Treat others like how you want to be treated". I believe in "Karma" meaning every bad or good that you do to other people will happen to you too. So just wait.

My dryer knob broke off so I put in a service request on the MAA website. With-in that same hour the maintenace guy was already knocking at my door. I was actaully very surprised at the response speed of the maintenace team. It took the maintenace man just 10 minutes to fix the dryer. So from the time I requested for the dryer to be fixed to the time the maintenace guy was leaving my apartment, it only took about one hour total. I am very satisfied with the service speed and quality of the work. The dryer runs like it's brand new!

I love the staff and the amenities, my neighbors are also wonderful to live by. The garbage area and fitness center could be cleaner. The landscaping is well kept, easy parking, quick access to the highways. The office hours are also convenient.

I enjoy the location to my work place more than anything else. Don't spend alot of time there. But when I do it's relaxing and peaceful. I appreciate the planting of trees and grass recenetly to improve the looks of the community. I will be renewing my lease if it's close to what I'm currently paying.

I've only been here a few days and it's truly a very heartwarming experience. It's a "WOW" kinda thing. The office personnel were courteous, informative and very welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and I love my apartment home...? This is my peak of good living in Apex and I even enjoy climbing to the 3rd floor...it's just a beautiful thing. I am still exploring and enjoying my new community. I don't have anything else today!! A special thanks! ????? Property in my eyes. Haven't walked the trail just yet. The playground was clean and we'll kept ........Ya gotta come see for yourself! A well rounded community with grade A schools and plenty of shopping....it's my beginning of something new. . . .

Overall, I am satisfied. The community is clean, no issues with the tremendous amount of dogs residing there. Maintenance requests are satisfied almost immediately. I am disappointed, however, that I have been an excellent tenant for 3 years with no upgrades but increases each year. I believe it is reasonable that I should have the wood-grain tile in the kitchen & both bathrooms. This is my 3rd request. Thank you.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is clean and safe. The apartments are well maintained. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, and I have lived in two different apartments in this complex. The only downside is the parking.

Pros. Ease of moving in. Office staff very knowledgable and extremely courteous. I like location of apt., but was disappointed that I did have the upgrades in appliances and amenities as my original choice. I love new carpeting. Cons. Apt. Was switched at last minute which caused me a lot of issues: mail and renotifications of address change. My kitchen and master bathroom floors are uneven which makes me feel insecure at times. My toilets are so low with my left knee replacement are difficult to use comfortably.

Colonial Village at Beaver Creek is a pleasant place to live for the past two years. Aside from the noisy neighbors above me, I was satisfied with the apartment, amenities offered, maintenance and management interactions. Complex is conveniently located near shopping and highways.

The process of renting here was amazingly easy. The office staff guided me through the whole process. They were simply amazing. The apartment is larger than I expected which is a huge plus. The downside is the parking is terrible, the office rarely answers the phone, and I continually hear walking above me that sounds like elephants. But overall I love the place. I'm happy to call it home and so grateful for how much the office staff helped me.

My experience with this community has been exceptional. It is very clean and safe. I would recommend this community to someone else who is looking to rent. You do have to pay for cable even if you don't want to and that is not exciting if you are on a budget.

It is fine. As mentioned before, pet owners and smokers need to be little bit more responsible. The location is convenient to shopping highways Etc. The leasing staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Upstairs neighbors extremely loud. Noise level so loud i must sleep with ear plugs. Noise continues most of the night. Very annoying!! Most staff members very helpful and polite. Did encounter one young lady with a very bad additude. She was very rude!

SUPER sweet staff, extremely safe neighborhood and town, great location right at the hub of 55, 540, and 64, we have access to virtually all parts of the Triangle and surrounding areas with such convenience, and it takes less than five minutes to get to a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, shopping, urgent care, etc. Units are clean and very modern (even the ones that haven't been renovated) noise level is what is expected when you live in a building with many other families. Grounds are kept up with, things are beautiful around here. Literally only draw back is a lack of parking later in the evening when everyone gets home from work. Overall really happy with the decision to move here.

When moving to the area, we were looking for an apartment complex that was safe, quiet, had easy access to major routes, and was reasonably priced. This place checked all the boxes. We never really hear our neighbors talking, or their music, TV, etc. We do hear the person above us walking, but are not sure if this is typical or if they walk heavily. Also, the maintenance staff is quick to respond when called/emailed.

I have only been here a little over a week and so far I am feeling right at home. People are friendly and my dog is happy here. It's a nice place to walk a dog. So far, my needs have been addressed and, I assume anything I will need in the future will be taken care of in a timely manner.
