Renter Beware!
HORRIBLE PLACE. I don't even feel comfortable writing how BAD this place is because I am worried that the office staff will retaliate. It is HORRIBLE. Stay away!

Big rip off
If you think this place looks nice on the outside, your being tricked. The only things the staff care about are the false looks and trying to cram as Many people in there as they can. The apartments are WAY over priced for such a small space. I've seen so many cops in this complex due to crime that you'd be amazed. The parking is enough to make you move by its self. Sometimes I have to park my car 100 yards away from my over priced apartment. If your thinking of having freinds or family over at night time and they accidentally park in the wrong place, without warning the tow truck people take your car. One more big thing, I can hear every single noise outside my apt due to kids yelling at the top of their lungs, it's so bad that I haven't been able to sleep in on the weekends for what seems like forever. The only good thing I can say is that the maintanance people are great.

This isn't what I call nice!
The management has a bad attitude! You will definitely get a different story/ offer from the sales to manager. Service inconsistent! Place has no parking! Your guest must park at the entrance of complex not anywhere near your building. Neighbors? oh you can hear their cat meow the walls are so thin. Ive live in several other places and thought this was a prestigious new place. It is not what I am used to and I will not renew my lease! I'd rather live in an older place that is more consistent than one that says they are all that then changing the rules once you move in.. your best friend to get you to sign then you are not expected to ask for service or even a friendly smile in the office.

TERRIBLE MANAGER
We have tried and tried to deal with the woman who manages this place and she is EXTREMELY unprofessional! When we spoke to her a 2nd regarding an unresolved matter she became obstinate and seemingly threatened by us. WHY ???? I have NO idea. We are reporting individuals who are usung drugs and disturbing tenants and yet....WE are the problem? We have had no choice but to involve the authorities for our own safety and this seems to have infuriated the manager. She hung up on me last time we spoke. If you can't deal with people this is not the line of work for you!

Very Nice area.
Creekside hills is in a very nice area located near great shopping. Outside and inside of the appartments are very nice. There is a parking problem. Managment has some things in the works to remedy this problem. If you decide to rent here I hope your stay in wonderful.

Never had an issue :)
I have read the other reviews, and to be honest, I've not really seen any of the issues they're seeing. I've lived here for nearly a year and just renewed my lease. I have a first floor, two bedroom apartment that is roomy and the kitchen is fantastic. Parking is a bit chaotic if you get in after midnight. Aside from the noise from the stairs, I don't really hear any of my neighbors. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, and will take care of just about anything you need. I highly recommend this complex, as it's one of the best I've stayed in.

Great place, great management and great maintenance!
My girlfriend and I moved in a couple weeks ago and from start to finish, the staff have been awesome. The apartment we moved into was barely lived in and still had a couple of little things that needed to be taken care of, and they jumped right on it. Joe, Nicole, Jeff and the rest of the front office are doing an awesome job and have made the move very easy. I want to thank everyone at Creekside Hills for a very seamless transition into my new apartment and I have no doubt they will continue to provide the highest level of service and take pride in the work they do. Very pleasant place to live
Now first off you will see lots of reviews on here complaining about noise, and things of that nature. Well from every apartment I have been in, you will expect that unless you live on the top floor. But you'd be hard-pressed to find an apartment (at a decent price) that if you lived on the 1st or 2nd floors you wouldn't hear some noise. We had an issue of noise, but I simply wrote to the leasing office and let them know about it, and since then we have had no other problems. But the prices that they give you are decent, we have had a wonderful experience here so far. They maintain the property very well, and if you see dog poop around (like some of other other reviews stated) that is purely the fault of the residents, since tenants are responsible for picking up their own messes from their pets. There have been some unfortunate issues when we have seen cop cars in the parking lots, and myself being a mom of a young child I don't like to see that, obviously......BUT when you get a complex of a lot of people living there, there are boundā¦Ā See More>lifesjourney2

Rating Creekside Hills Apartments
My husband & I love living here! Ever since Debra Shea has been managing this community, its been so nice. There has been so many positive changes here. I've never lived at an apartment complex that keeps you so informed, and one that cares about the tenants that live here. The office staff and maintanance staff is so profesional, and so helpful. It's nice to walk into the office here, and the staff makes you feel like family. Please let them all know, how much we appreciate all of them. Thank Debra for doing such a great job! She is such a nice person. We just renewed our lease for 2 more years. This is our home, thanks to everyone here at Creekside Hills Apartments...

Lies! The staff is rude! oh except Joe, he will do anything for you as long as you sign the bottom line.

Horrible - stay away!!!
It was a big mistake moving here - i live on the second floor and the noise is unbearable - its like living in a parking lot! you have people moving in and moving out constantly. from what i can see - there is alot of trash living here so they must be offering some great deals over there in the front office (which by the way, i don't think they are doing backround checks!). There is a very large guy working in the office that is a fast talking wind bag and you have to be careful w/him cause he will try and sell you the golden gate bridge, so be careful - he screwed me bigtime!! If you are looking for peace and quiet - forget this place. you have a load of idiots w/the nascar engines that come and go all night long. between the cars, the noise on the stairs, drug addicts (dealing), and dog poop everywhere, its just the biggest mistake i've made ever. its impossible to get any sleep too - if you are looking to sleep late on a saturday or sunday, forget it! the noise starts at 7:00 am. to make matterā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Great apartments/staff
I had a family member live at the property and loved it. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile, including maintenance. They host social events and seem to care about their residents. The apartments did have a parking issue due to everyone wanting to park in front of their apartment. It had since been addressed and has become better. The amenities at this site are a major plus and prices are reasonable. I would truly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Management SUCKS Parking SUCKS Somebody is on drugs...
This was a major mistake. Even with the prices lowering everyday the neigborhood is getting worse! The office staff is rude! mainly the manager ------ and her best side kick ------. My neighbors complain all the time and I am beginning to look at moving away. New, yes it is but just get rid of that moody crazy girl in the ---- office! Some of us will only go in if certain leasing people are there. We never want to see the manager or the ------ chick by in the other office. They are always in front of the office smoking and never speak when you go in. Parking is awful only one place is given per apartment! I can't have company cause there is nowhere to park! Oh and now they Tow everyone with out warning on weekends! The maintenance guys are super super super! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone sorry Check out the emails we get! Crime is everywhere now! Crazy people hurting themselves and causing all cars and apartments to be investigated. I had to get out of my carā¦Ā See More>crawdad365

Bad construction
I lived on the second floor in a 1 bedroom for 15 months and a 3 bedroom on the third floor for three months. The stairs of this place shared the wall of my bedroom and I could hear every single person who walked up the steps. I could also hear when my upstairs neighbors flushed the toilet (11:00 pm - 11:05 pm incidentally). Most annoying of all, I could hear my DOWNSTAIRS neighbor talking at a normal volume on his home phone. All of this is due to awful construction and terrible insulation. Parking for any more than two cars is a nightmare, even with the new permit parking system (which is the best solution available). The only relief for the parking situation is to make more spots, which is not an option because there is simply no more space to put them. The staff is great as is the maintenance staff. All complaints which were able to be fixed were fixed with no delay at all. In short, if you want to live here, live on the third floor (so no noise or flushing from above) and live at the end away from the dumpsterā¦Ā See More>anonymous

The 11:05 flush
I have lived in Creekside Hills for over 18 months. In that time, I have seen the change of the management staff from one company to another. I have been pleased with the staff, generally. I have had a couple of maintenance concerns which have been addressed and fixed the first time. However, I do have the problem of the 11:05 flush. You see, I live on the second floor and I have a very nice, polite couple that live above me. The only problem is that, on occasion, they go to the bathroom. Now normally I would not call attention to this, but the evil builders and idiotic architect saw fit to run the sewer pipe from the upstairs toilet through the wall in my bedroom. Therefore, every night when that nice, sweet couple above me does their business (between 11:00-11:05) and flushes, I can hear their business WHOOSH down the pipes. Not a problem, you say. Buy a house, perhaps? Well, the point here is that when you take a 1 bedroom apartment on the second or first floors, go and ask the upstairs neighbor to flush the toilet when you are in your bedroom so you can "testā¦Ā See More>anonymous

After several months quality going down hill . . . .
After writing a review that gave Creekside Hills a 4 out of 5 stars I will have to agree with the most recent review. The place is great from the outside but it is all an illusion. In the past couple of months the number of cops that drive thru has tripled. It seems that I have to park so far away I am wondering where all the cars are coming from. It is not fun when you have to carry groceries or a young toddler so far. As for the noise, you can hear everything. And I mean everything. So if you have young kids, this might not be the place for you. I can not even enjoy myself outside on my deck because I am afraid that something from the upstairs neighbors will fall into my coffee or food. It is really gross but they do provide me with there on alarm clock starting at 6:30 in the morning when the kids start running around until 12 at night. No sleeping in or going to bed earlyā¦Ā See More>anonymous

I live here and the staff is great!!!!!!!
Everyone has different taste of what they want in an apartment, I live here at Creekside Hills and they provide a clean, newer place to live. Their apartments all have good living space with great closet space. The staff is always prompt and professional and very personable. One of my elderly neighbors calls one of the agents who lives at the community to carry groceries in for her at least once a week. The staff has personally handed out breakfast as residents left the community for work, they also have put on numerous parties in which they provided the food and beverages, last summer they washed cars all day on a Saturday. If Creekside isn't your style of apartment that you like that's fine but coming from someone who has had experience living in other apartment communities Creekside Hills is a fantastic place to live. Best Regards.

Just so you know....
I tried renting from this place and got the run around from management for for a week before they decided that i could move in bu by that time it was too late. I went elsewhere and then when I told them I was not moving there the attitude came in to play!! The office staff SUCKS!! Not once did I ever talk to the same person and when I spoke to someone different, it was like starting over again. The apartments are small and when I went ona "tour" with one of the agents, I asked the agent to be very honest with me and give me the pros and cons about living there. I was told by the agent that the reason they do not rent is because of how small they are. The agent was VERY HONEST with me and did not give me a good impression of this place at all and was also told that it was just a job and this agent did not have much loyalty. Was also told how crappy the parking was as well and that if I wanted no problems with parking I better move to where there was notā¦Ā See More>anonymous

MISTAKE
This place is over run with people who do not care. There is often garbage in the lot and POOP on the grounds. You can hear everything that goes on from all types of dwellers. And let me tell ya...they have some real winners. Now they are going to force us to use a waste removal valet service even though we have been using the trash compacter/dumptster since last year. Anything for a BUCK. Don't contact the office...they are useless.

2500 amex cheks
The AMEX checks promtion that the apartment community was running was very helpful...i used mine as I saw fit. Once that promtion ended they started another one still giving residents the same amount (2500), but they gave people a portion off every month to lower their rent on a monthly basis, which i liked also. My co-worker moved out here and she signed a concession addendum which states how much you get off every month and what your rent is, so she would know. From what I understand....once you sign it, you can't change it. That would be stupid! Why would she want more off one month when she can spread it out throughout the whole year to keep her rent low! That last review from an unknown person...is an idiot! Fact: if you don't pay your portion/rent when your LEASE says...yes an eviction can start. I love living at Creekside Hills...these people are awesome! They have always been their for me and I have never had a problem with the staff. they have been willing to sit down with me and throughly explain my lease, my account if needed, or just if I had any questions about anything!

Don't live here
We moved in last year and it has been a hassle ever since. All tenants here got a pink paper on the door threatening us to get into the office and pick up a parking permit! Why the nasty threat? They said if people did not come in in the next few days they would tow their cars! They allow drug dealers to live here but will tow someones car who pays rent if they don't get a sticker on their car. At this point I don't tell people I live here so I really don't want this on my car but..... they can do what they want when they want. The staff is awful especially -----. I am sure we all had to look at the signs at the entrance of this complex celebrating her birthday....why??? She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. 50... Nifty??? How about 50 and Shifty !!! Get a grip lady we don't want to hear about you... just do your job....and do it better than you are doing now.

Creekside Hills
I have lived there for over a year. Being one of the first to move in, I can say that it is very nice. At least it was for the first year. There have been some issues for me that arose starting summer of 2008. More and more people have moved in. By the look of the parking lot, the complex almost seems full. I live on the second floor of a certain section and I continue to be the only one on it. I have a problem parking close to my apartment. It gets full around 7:30-8:00 pm. If your not there to get a spot, then you will have to walk a little ways. Another big issue at the complex is dog wastes. Many, many people own dogs at the complex. They let their dogs ---- all over the place without cleaning it up. Thats not a pretty site when i come home from work and the first thing I see when I walk up to the sidewalk is a pile of dog ----. The office in the clubhouse can be very useful. But lately, I have not been able to depend on it. They need to check itā¦Ā See More>anonymous
