My experience has been highly favorable. I haven't lived in an apartment for more than 30 years so it was with reservation I opted for an apartment. Staff is outstanding. They can't be more responsive or helpful. Grounds are kept clean. No unpleasant surprises relative to other tenants. Overall I am very pleased and work permitting will stay.

This community is amazing! The office staff are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The staff made the process of moving in very easy. Since this is the first time I have been in a real apartment, that was not in a college town it was nice to have someone that I could relate to and that was very friendly.

Colonial village is maintained well with service issues usually handled as expected. The staff for the most part are courteous and work with the tenants. Overall this is a very nice place to live at and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

It is a wonderful place to live. It is very quiet, safe, and clean. The office staff is charming. Maintenance staff is very professional. Families with children will enjoy living in this community. Prices are very competitive. Pool and gym are free.

I have lived here for two years and have been quite happy. My only complaint is the thin floors and living under heavy walkers. I love how convenient the location is and how nice the property is. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous and the office staff is very helpful and usually know me by name, which is a nice feeling. I have recommended this complex to many people looking for a home in this area.

complex is very well maintained. staff is friendly and helpful. property is convenient to a lot of amenities. Parking is very bad. each apt should have one space reserved to park. I have had to park at the office several times already.i like the complex but if I had realized how the parking was, I would have rented somewhere else.

Living in Colonial Village apartments has been a great experience! We love to live here! Not noise at all. Our neighbors are very kind and friendly. Our kids love the playground and the pool area which is always clean. Maintenance is always on time and very kind!

Great experience. I got a reponse back in not time about my application. The office staff was extremely helpful and very profesional. Love the fact that everything is done online, no need to take off from work to fill up any paper work of get signatures on documents. Overall a GREAT! experience so far!!

This is a very well kept and quiet community, the staff looks after the property very well and is always very courteous. Living in a complex of this size, i find it very encouraging that it can be managed this well. I came to live here in October of 2012 after selling my own property, this has been a big change and I certainly expected a lot of issues. I am very surprised at how much I am enjoying my stay

Overall Colonial Village at Beaver Creek is a nice apartment community with easy access to shopping and dining. The office staff and maintenance staff are quick with responding to your requests and are really nice about everything. The only bad thing is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy with neighbors and people moving in frequently.

Staff and maintenance are great..parking has got ALOT better! I love the pool area can't wait for it to open again. I feel safe here. Everyone is nice and willing to say hello even if you don't know them.

The entire process from first call to move in is very welcoming. Office staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Having only been in residence for a few days it is difficult to assess all areas of satisfaction but so i's been great.

The availability of parking is very aggravating. There has been some improvement in the sense that they don't sen to be towing more residents than others anymore, but it still does not seem as though the spaces are allotted sensibly and I often end up parking quite a bit away from my building.

The model apartment that is shown is nothing like the units that are rented. The model has ceiling fans with overhead lighting in each bedroom indicating that this is provided by the leasing company when in reality you have to provide your own. There is ZERO storage in the rented unit. Both the model and the floor plan they send you home with shows ample closet space. The unit was dirty upon move in and the leasing company refused to fix certain damaged areas unless I was willing to pay for it. The unit I was shown also had a balcony. After I signed the lease for my current unit I found out that there was no balcony. Overall I feel like they did a bait and switch and its not a good way to do business. Also be warned MAA likes to tack on extra "fees".

Its a pleasant community. The biggest disadvantage is limited parking, its awful . You have to walk a decent distance, there isnt always availability in front of you home and you can hear neighbors water run. The community is friendly, staff is quick to respond.

Great Apartment Complex. Move in was easy, maintenance is excellent, office staff is very friendly, grounds are well kept. Overall it is a wonderful place to live in the Raleigh area; easy access to highways, downtown Apex and shopping!!!

Been through a lot of staff, management, and owners since moved in. The parking is a big problem. The grounds are nicer than they were. The maintenance staff are very friendly. Needs more lighting outside for safety reasons. Only reason we left is due to significant increase each year but especially this year.
