The office was extremely friendly and helpful. They were efficient and answered questions immediately. The apartments are in good condition and well maintained. Maintenance technicians are visible and on site during the business day.

It's great that they responded immediately to my initial request. But, once the problem was diagnosed and it needed a part or some other resolution, I never received an update on what was happening. No one has communicated the status of when/how my issue was going to be resolved. I don't think anyone cares that a major appliance in my apartment is unusable.

Great overall experience but rent continuously increases with supposedly cable "included" in your rent which is a forced $50 cable payment in addition to rent and parking is very limited. Convenient area away from RTP hustle and bustles.

Some issues important to residents go unresolved, such as people parking in the wrong sections (taking a parking space someone else is entitled to), and people not cleaning up after their dogs. Also if you are a non-smoker, make sure you get an apartment that is not above a smoker (the smell penetrates).

We have lived at this location since 2008. It has been the best experience. This is not an apartment to us, its our home. Everyone that works here, makes sure the grounds are clean, and kept up.Are there for you if you need something fixed, and everyone treats you like family here. I would recommend this place to live. I have never had any problems here. Thank you for such a safe, clean well kept place to call home.

We have moved about a week back and so far it is a good experience. We still need to be settled and experience all the Apartment amenities... Then we would be able to provide a better review. Washer and dryer inside is a plus! Although it would be better if we were not required t o get their TV cable connection.

The staff at Beaver Creek are outstanding! They are courteous and attentive to the tenet's needs. I have had several minor issues and the staff has been very responsive to all my needs. They answer any issue within 24 hours and fix the problem right the first time!

Roumayah is very good at her job. She always professional and willing to help. Noise and parking is a major issue. Response time on maint req are good but in my experience it most likely will take more than 1 call to completly resolve issue. Very annoying :-(

Very pleased with personnel. They are friendly and helpful. Common areas kept clean and safe. Appreciate that they hold packages so that aren't at door for all to see. Response to maintenance request is very fasr

The entire staff is wonderful, efficient, and extremely helpful! Everyone went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. This is one of the reasons that I chose this community. I am very impressed at how clean the community is, and I'm grateful for all the hard work that goes into keeping it that way. I would definitely recommend this community to others. Thanks!

Nice place to live. Friendly neighbors. Friendly staff .attractive grounds well kept. Close to everything you could need. Child friendly. Near schools. Maintenance staff professional and quick to respond to problems. My only negative is that despite warnings, many residents still not picking up after their dogs. Not fair to those of us who do.

i will say we are moving when out lease is up and i cant be too soon. we are afraid to walk around at night on the grounds. the noise level of the the folks upstairs is unbearable. the office staff does not care or show any interest in doing anything about it. they need to insulate between floors. do not rent here.

The community looks beautiful. I noise level of the tenants and the recent break in and damages that were being done to the cars is not a good thing. There is not enough parking so be aware of that. If you are not wanting to fight over finding a parking space near your home or if you have guests that you will want to entertain then this is not a good choice. All spots are always taken even the visitors that is no way near the buildings in a decent manner. They keep the area clean. Also, some of the new tenants are questionable. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the recent vandalism on the vehicles and thefts. All in all, not the best choice. Now days houses are renting for the same amount. Your better off renting a house!

I just renewed my lease for a 4th year trying to give the new company a chance. My gut was telling me don't do it, but I did and now I think it was a big mistake. I know they are trying, however, they say one thing to your face and I question if it happens. There needs to be facility guidelines signed with the lease so folks know what is expected of them. Otherwise it is a free for all. Noise is a HUGE issue. Vacuuming, washing machines, dishwashers need to be mandated operation hours. There is a major construction issue here between floors. I think this company made a mistake buying this property and I sincerely doubt they will fix things. They spent all their money with a sorry landscaping job and company.

Expect to step in dog poop
Overall I like Creekside Hills. Parking is a problem for sure. They have made updates and seem to improving things. For example they installed nice tall lamp posts surrounding the pool. Prior to that it was so dark around the pool at night if any child ever got in there no one would know till morning. On to the pooh: IT IS EVERYWHERE. Many owners let their 8 year olds take the dog out and have not taught them to clean up after the dog poops. Honestly I have seen a huge load on the pavement in front of a garage for weeks. This poop was within 10 yards of the office and 2 garages down from where the staff keeps their golf-cart. Poop around every walk way. Even in the stairwells ( I guess dog could not hold it). There used to be a guy that cleaned up the grounds daily or maybe twice a day, but he got laid off along with everything else they recently cancelled. Not a bad place to live if you don't give a S*&T about S*&T

Don't Do It!
Oh my god I hate this place!!! I typically don't write reviews however, I feel the need to let people know what they're getting into. The new management company "Colonial Village" is money hungry and as another person put it, "does not care about your quality of living". They put hundreds upon hundreds of dollars into "improving" the property however all they have done is moved trees, painted buildings and pissed off their residents,. They have taken away more than they have added and in the process made many people miserable. They've taken away the rent drop box, cut office hours making it more difficult for you to pay your rent, gave then took away recycling, canceled valet waste, complain if you have anything (really anything at all) outside your apartment door, hired unknowledgeable staff and are now enforcing an absolutely unreasonable parking policy. Onto the parking.... If you like to walk, come live here. Each apartment is given 1 parking pass. If you have more than one car the other car needs to fight with the rest of the residents for Visitor spots or park as far as possible from their apartment. Yes, if you live here yourā¦Ā See More>todd299

Started out good, but...
When I moved in in 6/07, I was the first one in the 12000 building. It was not even finished yet. The original management team was so nice and helpful and gave me a great deal on a 1/1. Parking was awesome (I was the only one in the building). After a few months, the building filled up, but it was still a nice place to live. When the new management company took over, things started to decline in a hurry. They stopped running background checks, so anyone could move in there. They also stopped regulating parking. I would come home on Sunday nights, and there was no where to park. $700 a month, and I can't get a parking space? The summer of '08 (one of the hottest on record) my AC would stop working during the day while I was sleeping (I worked nightshift). The last six months were especially terrible. It seemed like every one of the people, except me, had a dog, and there was dog ---- all over the grass outside. I couldn't even open my sliding door to get fresh air,ā¦Ā See More>anonymous

I'd rather be homeless
I have lived in this apartment complex for about half my lease term and I regret the day I signed the lease. These people are a joke. First of all, the maintenance people suck. They were good at first but my shower head and blinds broke two weeks ago and I have had nobody to come fix it. I finally went down to the office and they only have one maintanence guy for several buildings of apartments!! Secondly, the office staff suck at their jobs. They don't help you in any way possible unless it makes them more money. It seems like everything I tell them is "against the lease". If I have a visitor, that's against the lease. If I cough or sneeze, that's against the lease. I could be living with a Serial Killer in my apartment, they don't care. "It'll be 98723987234987234987234987234864107234 dollars to break your lease plus the damage fees". Sure, the complex is somewhat nice and not ------. But, the minute you move in you have floors coming up, walls chipping, showerheads breaking, blinds need replacing. Everything falls apart the minute you become settled and sure that you want to move in. This place sucks andā¦Ā See More>imsaynn

crappyside hells dump
The place is OVER priced. They will try to over charge you on your water bill!!! there are too many new rules which makes comfortable living impossible. Parking reminds me of the mall parking lots on Christmas Eve. Good luck with have a major household item repaired in a timely manor. The constant construction will drive you crazy. The construction crews damaging your vehicle will cost you money. The staff is so-so. The repair guys ride golf carts all day while eating Bo jangles and talk on their cell phones and do no work.....A lot of good people live there even though some are very noisy and un checked. Most of the staff don't know the answers to many questions or will just lie to you. They allow construction company that the have out there to plug their heavy power tools to your outside outlet and run up your electric bill Illegally!!!! This place is not family friendly. Dirty pool! Waaaaaaay to many spiders and frogs in the area! Large dogs are no longer allowed. The garbage service has you playing sanitation everyday or you get hit with a 25 dollar fine if you leave a pizza box outside yourā¦Ā See More>11B
