The staff at the leasing office is very attentive and helpful. The community is located next to the highways and across from Publix which is a big plus! Close to downtown Apex and anything you would need.

This apartment complex is well managed and is affordable. The office is friendly, professional and responsive. Excellent handling of maintenance issues. The community is close to shopping, major roads and good schools and has been a good place to live while transitioning between the sale of a house and the search for a new job.

I recently moved in so really don't have any complains so far. The staff is super friendly, maintenance is on point, the grounds are amenities are well kept, the floor plans are spacious. My only recommendation would be not to increase their rent so much upon renewal that way you can maintain a better resident retention, 5-9% sounds like a lot to me. Other than that I am very exited to live in my first MAA community and so far I'm loving everything g about it!

The move in experience was miserable. The apartment was not turned and ready for move in, and the girl that was in the leasing office was a temp position, filling in for employees that took off, so she really couldn't help me move in. There were a lot of problems and things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, like the carpets and the walls. 2 weeks after move in, I am still waiting for things to be fixed. Also, 2 weeks in, they still can't provide me with a parking pass. I don't believe the price you pay for these apartments are worth it. Guess it is just the location you are paying for. I have also noticed minor things about the apartment, like light switches and bathroom towel rods placed in inconvenient locations, and the ceilings are really low. Don't necessarily plan on staying here more than a year. Hope it goes by quickly!

I've only lived here about 2 weeks but so far everything is great. The only issue we've had so far is finding parking close to our building later at night. Other than that everything is fine. Maintenance answers service calls same day which is great because then you don't have to wait 2-3 days to get something fixed if there's an issue.

This is the second time I have lived within the community. At this time I have been here two years. Previously I was here for five. Great place!! Love that we have access to pool, gym. I also have a garage for storage on property!! Highly recommend!!

We have been happy here at Colonial Village at beaver Creek. The only incident we had was with very noisy neighbors upstairs, It was taken care of and now its good. they are always landscaping and taking care of the property. Its a great place to live.

I've only been here a month. Management seems to be responsive and effective so far. The apartment had dirty windows, cobwebs, and dead bugs on the floor when I moved in but was otherwise clean. The pool isn't anything I want to get into again, however. I was pulling long hairs off me and the water is just too murky for my taste. Otherwise, so far it's quiet and the grounds are kept clean. A couple of cars drive WAY too fast through here.

Clean, organized parking designation and quite at night time. The staff is very responsive. We had to call the maintenance staff on a Saturday because we had a problem with our AC. He returned our call immediately and within five minutes he was at the apartment fixing the AC.

The staff either lost or stole one of my packages and attempted to blame the delivery company. Upon contacting the delivery company, they were able to give us the name of the staff member that signed for it. Upon confronting the assistant manager with this info, it was insinuated that I could not be trusted because I was potentially a felon because the background check on me was not thorough enough... it must have been the way I had my polo shirt with my company's logo on it tucked into my khakis,

The apartments are merely fair. Many outdated fixtures and half done maintenance. The walls are extremely thin so noise is a problem even with basic daily /nightly activities. However, the pool is very nice

We moved in on July 10th, 2017 and we love it so far. The staff and neighbors are all super friendly and we love that there isn't a breed discrimination on pets. My boyfriend absolutely loves the fitness center because they take good care of their equipment. My only issue with this place is parking. Even when everyone parks where they are supposed to, it can be difficult to get a parking spot at night.

like I'm on vacation when overlooking the pool. With the gym it's like resort living. Ample access to 64 and 540. We are bldg a house and needed a short term rental in the same school district as the new house. Cv had a 3 br available so my family of 4 jumped on it.

Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a clean neighborhood and I enjoy living here so far. The only complaint I have is amount of parking spaces.

We have lived at Colonial Beaver Creek since June, 2017, while we wait for the construction of our new house to be finished. Since June it has been a pleasure living in the apt. My only concern is the amt of money that is charged to people who have short leases. I think the amt charged is excessive and not warranted. I realize that you go by "Market Rate" but feel that people who need to rent short term are taking advantage of when it comes to the rental cost per month.

Construction noise and outdated appliances are a big concern. Smokers leaving cigarettes and smoking in breezeway have been an issue. For the price, I feel this apartment should not cost as much as I'm being charged. Not enough parking.

A great community that is kept orderly by the staff. Maintenance requests are frequently handled on the same day or next day, and office staff is happy to help where they can. There are a lot of shops in the area and easy access to US-64, NC-55, and I-540. Parking can be an issue around certain buildings or if you frequently come home late at night. Noise is a constant issue; walls and floors are incredibly thin, so you will hear *everything* your neighbors do inside and outside of their apartments, moreso than most apartment complexes.

CV beaver creek is a wonderful place to live. They have by far exceeded my expectations on keeping this place the way it is and the way it's run. The office staff are amazing. My puppy always wants to stop in for their bowl of treats during her walk. The maintenance team is great also. This place is kept up so well it always looks beautiful. Thanks guys for all your work I love living on this property.

The area is perfect. My experience with the main office staff has always been pleasant. All my work orders have been resolved by next business day. My kids have friends they go to school with that are close by and can interact with without having to drive them somewhere.

Overall, apartment complex is good. Main issues are parking and slight aging of entry ways. The complex has a great location to shops and medical offices. I would recommend this apartment complex to others.

The staff is great! Helpful, responsive, and effective. The one thing our family is having a harder time with is finding a way to connect with other kids in the apartment complex. The pool has some kids at random times, but no way to really make a friend and set up a playdate. I thought there would be kids running around and riding bikes through and around the complex but everyone seems to go inside. If there were a way to have kids events that would be great! Secondly, our upstairs neighbors do have children who run and run and run like elephants through the apartment morning til night. I don't know how to address this issue.

I moved in a little over a week ago, thus far I am very pleased with my move. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, Megan has been exceptional. The property is clean and well maintained, I have a 2/2 that is spacious with lot's of closet space. The few minor issues I have had were resolved promptly. The community is quiet so far and both child/pet friendly.

Over priced, dirty, rundown and miserable!! I am grateful to have a roof over my head, but, I am hoping and praying to get out of these apartments ASAP. It is noisy and reeks of pet waste at every turn.
