Bainbridge Cary was awesome, my wife and I toured and loved the complex, from the rooms to the amenities to the staff. We were welcomed immediately and not once did we have any concerns, our leasing professional answered every question we had.

Pool area furniture needs to be updated and better maintain. Some of the cabana tents and furniture have mold power cleaning does not solve the problem. Furniture needs to be replaced with materials that don't collect mole.

The entire management team is always helpful and supportive of any issues I may have. They take time to listen and respond to any concerns. The grounds of the community are well taken care of which is nice when taking walks to look at.

Bainbridge Cary is quiet community that I highly can recommend . The neighbors are very friendly with one another.The management team is always ready to help and they are very professional.The clubhouse is always clean and ready to be used for residents.

Beautiful on the outside and in pictures but up close its a mess. Cheap materials. Lied to about cameras. Stolen Packages. Trash not being picked up every time. Unfriendly people. Supposed to be dog friendly but most residents are scared to death of dogs and will freak out around them. Luxury prices for sub par apts

It's an apartment complex and we share walls and floors.So noise and sound is expected. I honestly can't complain. Overall I have had a great experience and honestly made life so much easier. I'm right in the middle of everything, with quick access to the airport, Downtown Cary, and Downtown Raleigh, which is perfect for work, travel, and last-minute plans. I love being close to so many great food spots and everyday conveniences. The amenities make it feel comfortable and homey, and the location truly can't be beat.

Overall this has been a good place to live. The buildings are kept very clean and it is very quiet. Staff are friendly! Maintenance leaves the door unlocked after attending to a request, which is concerning. There is also a strong smell of marijuana use on the weekends that never seems to be handled. Emails are just sent to remind residents of the policy, but it clearly hasn't helped.

Ebony has been wonderful!!! She is a super-recognizer! It took her a few seconds to recognize me in November 2025 after seeing me with my daughter for the first time back in August 2025. She managed to show me the unit I was looking for as it was the one I was supposed to live in. I applied the very same day, and she was very supportive telling me Sue, you got this! This meant so much for me! Ebony understood where I was coming from and surely was efficient answering all my questions. The application process itself was quick and seamless. After moving in I realized I needed some clarification regarding the application/admin fees refunds and the promotion gift card and the management team was prompt to respond via email. I did receive maintenance agent Wednesday to my new place for dishwasher?water leak. She came prepared and? took her time to analyse the situation and determine a new?dishwasher was needed. She promised to come back next early morning for a replacement and did so. Along with her colleague?they did a?wonderful job. Wednesday led the operation very well. This wasn't an easy task and she nailed it! I was?amazed by her exceptional service! Bainbridge Cary equals Top Notch voila!!! Thank you for making me feel home!!! Sue.

Beautiful clean,complex, only noise is street noise. Super convenient to a variety of grocery shopping experiences (Aldi, Walmart,Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, etc.). Sidewalks leading to walk/run/bike trails.

Shay has been incredibly helpful with the application and moving process. My fiance and I moved from NY state and unfortunately had poor rental experiences in the past. In general, staff are courteous, helpful, respectful and follow up on request well. The property system/portal needs some improvement to ensure important key data is not lost in message transfer process. Overall maintenance of the property is pretty good, one improvement would be to have their gutters clean up more often.

Area where the apartment is located is very good. Schools, temples etc are very near. Its overpriced at-least by 30 to 40%. There are many empty apartments because of that. If the rents are reduced by 20% this is best apartment.
