Just not worth the money. This place was brand new but riddled with problems, which points to how much they effort they put in building the place. Myself and multiple people have had some pretty major issues living in thus "luxury" complex. Just look somewhere else this place isnt worth it

So far it's really nice and quiet. I really enjoy the gym. It has all the amenities needed to have a great workout. Greenways are nearby to ride a bike or go for a walk which makes it very convenient.

It's a good apartment complex though it could use some accessibility improvements as it's very hard to get around the common areas in and out of the buildings in a wheelchair by myself. There's also not sufficient parking for the residents of the main building. Hopefully this new apartment complex can work out the "kinks" in months not years.

It was a great experience. Loved the apartment and Shay was so nice!! I loved the apartment itself and the open floor plan It was very nice and the light from the outside made the place for me. I love the nature feel with all the windows.

Great community and neighborhood! They had the apartment clean upon moving in and even left nice welcome home gifts! Great location to near by restaurant and shopping centers. Not much traffic going to work which is perfect. They also have events held at the community where you can get to know your neighbors and network. Truly love being here!

Overall we are happy with the apartment and the amenities. However it is clear that they are understaffed for the maintenance of the buildings. Phil needs at least one more person to begin to even keep up with the construction issues of these buildings. The LED light fixtures in the apartments are all faulty if they are the initial fixture. Replacing them solves the issue, but we've had to replace 6 of them already. There are no lights in two of the three bedrooms which is unusual. We had to purchase and install two ceiling fans so that we had light in bedroom 2 and 3. The AC system causes resonant sounds when running because it is located in a closet with insufficient airflow to the return. The cabinet drawers fell apart on first use because the cabinet was built incorrectly with 1/4 gaps on either side of the base causing the rails to fall out. The water temperature limits in all the showers was set way to cold, probably from the factory but should have allowed for hotter water. I've fixed all of these issues myself, because I'm not going to add to Phil's already strained workload. But the place is in a great location 1-2 miles from everything you need. And we can pop out the back and hop right on the Greenway with our bikes. I recommend this place to anyone who can handle typical home maintenance on their own.

Overall the community is really great with all the amenities and location! I'll definitely want to give it a try if I get the apartment which I want under my budget! Hope they will get this feedback and make some changes

Great complex with wonderful staff! New apartments so fresh and clean. They're still working out some of the issues typical of a new complex, but staff is always attentive to our needs and responsive to issues needing fixing.

It has been pretty good so far; the people we have met are friendly and everything is in arms length when we want to go out and shop. Downtown Cary is closer so that's a huge plus! We really enjoy this place and do not want to leave any time soon. Moving can be daunting so we hope this place remains a treasure trove of comfortable living.

It's been fine. Wish i had hot water for my bath/shower but it only gets warm. Very unfortunate. Good building so far. Very quiet. Ceilings are tall, the pool is nice. Good parking policy. Nice staff.

This is a beautiful new community with excellent amenities located very close to the pretty town of Cary which includes a new and lovely pocket park. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. The common areas are beautifully designed as are the apartments where which offer generous closet space.

We were extremely impressed with Bainbridge. The apartments were beautiful and the apartment amenities and complex amenities were outstanding. Even though the master bedroom was a bit smaller than we would have preferred, it checked all our boxes. The pricing was right and they are running some really great incentives

Beautiful grounds and management staff is professional and very helpful. The only problem is that the elevator and area needs to be clean daily. Other then that everything is wonderful. I will tell family and friends that are looking for a apartment to consider living at Bainbridge-Cary.

Very positive experience from touring to move in. Staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. Maintenance has been great with handling some issues we had upon move in. Things that were out of their control but expected mishaps with new construction. We have been very happy with our decision to move here.
