On the plus side, maintenace requests are handled properly. The grounds are nicely kept. On the minus side, the front office is not responsive to email requests. This is a consistent pattern, and an experience that aother residents have.

Overall a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Attentive maintenance team. Great amenities. Beautiful apartments. Excellent location right on the Cary and Morrisville line. Close to plenty of shopping and places to eat. You'll love it.

Wouldn't recommend, the community complex and and amenities don't get cleaned. The office staff isn't communicative and is never in the office. People smoke weed and cigarettes, despite it being a non smoking community. Maintenance can be fastish depending on the issue which is great sometimes. Parking is a nightmare if you work a regular 9-5 the convenient spots are always unavailable. The amenities are beautiful but get cleaned like once a year.

Don't move here. Cars get broken into all the time, most of but not all of the agents only care about you when they're trying to get you to sign, the trash pickup is inconsistent, the new maintenance guy is unintelligent and people still smoke in this "smoke free" property.

I like the convenience of the location near shops and other services. The apartment is beautiful and the maintenance staff is very quick to help. I have not interacted with the staff so I can't speak about them. Parking is an issue.

Bainbridge is a beautiful community, I have been very happy living here. I have hosted 3 celebrations in the outdoor/ clubhouse space which inspired other people to look into the apartments on Zillow! Shay has been wonderfully helpful and is a great asset to the management team!

its an excellent choice for apartments in the Cary area, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, as well as close to schools. Not too far from the other surrounding areas like Durham or Raleigh.

This community is improving over the year since I moved in, trash area have been improved as well, ground keeping is good, thanks for the continuous improvement. The leasing office staff and ground keeping, maintenance staff are all very friendly and courteous.

This community is a friendly community. It is also a very comfortable and dog friendly community, as there are many dogs in this neighborhood. The clubhouse is inviting and gives you a space to get out of your home and enjoy some quality time.

Nothing to complain about yet. Save for the neighbor who insistst on starting his car without a catalytic converter then not moving it, or the huge train than goes by on the immediately nearby tracks, or the fact that this review is required as part of this survey for a work order

I moved in 12/6 and I honestly love the community so far. It is luxury, quiet, friendly neighbors and just a welcoming community all around. Shay helped me with my move in she was very polite, communicative, fast and efficient. She made sure I had everything I needed when it was time to move in. I would recommend moving here 10/10 for me.

Shay Jones in the office has been very unresponsive to our needs. She has asked for our renters insurance at least 3 times. Whatever she is not doing has caused us to be charged a $27 fee for not having insurance. We also have not received our credits from the special they were running when we signed. Overall its been a very underwhelming move in process and I hope this isnt how the community operates during our lease.

Great, quite place with close proximity to greenway, shopping and downtown Cary. Very modern apartments and nice swimming pool. Finding a parking spot can sometimes be challenging. Highly recommended place.

We love our apartment comunity. The gym, pool and every monthly comunnity events are awesome. This is the best stay and live apartment ever we had so far. Managementr are very good. Maintance are super FAST. Property manager very understandable and like to communicate with residents.

Good home, I would recommend to anyone. Prices are high, but that comes with the area and the easy access to many stores and the highway not being too far away. Very diverse community of people. Young professionals to young families.
