I am very pleased with my experience living here the past 16 months. It's an attractive, well maintained property conveniently located near the basic shopping needs. Office staff is friendly and makes every effort to help when you have a problem. Maintenance is also friendly, prompt, and does an excellent job.

Our experience at this community, has been great. Whatever concern or problem we've had, have been addressed quickly. The team or main office, are very helpful and friendly. One of the reasons we moved here are the great schools in the area, and were close to virtually everything.

This apartment community has beautiful grounds and the staff is friendly and responsive to their residents' needs. I feel that there is relatively low turnover in the office, which is a sign that the office is run well. Unfortunately, this apartment still uses carpet in its units, which is one of the biggest drawbacks of living here. They recently fixed the exterior lighting on the complex which has been a very welcome change.

So far I have been living here for a few months and I love it it's clean and quiet there are stores near by so I do t have to go far to grocery shop or get gas. The city is like 10 minutes away also which is pretty cool

Very easy access to public transportation. Shopping 10 minute walking distance. Well kept yard. Feel very safe. Overall a very nice living experiance. I will recommend renting at MAA to anyone. Maintenance is terrific when called upon for anything.

Since the tour and moving the staff has been friendly, attentive, caring, accommodating, and responsive to all my needs. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is fixed within 24 hours. I have no complaints.

I have a mixed experience, community is good and we have a healthy environment. However, My apartment rent was increased this year and I was promised to have fans installed last summer but didn't happen even after multiple follow ups. For the same rent we get better furnished apartments. I feel like MAA don't focus on retaining tenements.

It is good, I like that it is quite here. I also like the gym and pool here as well. Overall it is a nice place to live. The rooms are also nice sizes, I just wish there was more counter space in the kitchen.

Overall my experience living in MAA 900 Waterford has been nice. The maintenance team is timely and the leasing office team are very friendly. Nice amenities and quiet area. A big bonus is that the swimming pool is fairly large in comparison to other apartment complexes. One area that could use improvement is the trash area, it does begin to accumulate every so often. Overall you recommend this complex to others.

I was having an issue in my apartment I went to Emily who I have known for years. She is the best property manager I've ever had. I know the issues I experienced were not her or her staff members fault. Emily immediately worked on getting a solution. Angel came and assisted and Emily also contacted the external contractor they use for my concern. I have seen a huge improvement and I am very hopeful all will be back to normal very soon. Carlos also came and completed a work order, him and Angel are always so efficient and very kind and courtesy. All the staff at MAA 900 are caring and want there residents to be happy in their homes.

It has not been ideal. The building hallways outside are full of spider webs and spiders. I know we are near the woods but so was my last apartment. There is paint on the bathroom and kitchen floors. The appliances may be older than I am. The dishwasher is ancient and super loud. The stove has no digital clock or controls. The playground swing is super high. The benches outside are full of bugs. The kids run wild with no supervision. The pool opened late and closed several times due to the phone not working. It looks like the pool walls and floor have never been scrubbed. It would be nice if there was a 24 hour computer lab. It's a shame there is no free car vacuum like my last place. Lately I've seen a few cars with broken windows.

Beautiful community to live in. There is so much trees and nature available if that is your thing. I also enjoy seeing the diversity within people. I always feel safe within the community. The staff are friendly and have responded to maintenance request rather quickly. Great place to live !

Map is a community with mature trees and a feeling of suburban living, not cement city. The staff is receptive and tries their best to resolve situations. The maintenance crew answers in a very reasonable time and is always respectful

I have been satisfied with the service as they do try to take care of a problem in a satisfactory manner. I am happy with the building I live it as it is not so close to the others. I like it especially there are many trees and the grounds seem to be well taken care of.

For the most part my experience living at Waterford Forest apt has been good. The only real complaints are that the frequent change in office staff & at lease renewal, the increase is ridiculous. My only income is social security & the rent increase is a lot more than the yearly increase I get from social security.

Very nice community. Very happy there. Sometimes it is frustrating to not be able to find a parking spot near your building: parking regulations should be routinely enforced. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

Kitchen cabinets are not in great conditions, also bathroom is a bit old and falling apart. Bathtub seems very old and outworn Charnise is very good at doing her job in the office. Really nice and kind

It is a wonderful and peaceful place to live, I love to live here. However, at night the neighborhood is very dark, we cannot see the road well or the animals that may be in the area. It would be great if you could improve the lighting in the place.
